Colin Hanks to guest-star on 'Happy Endings' --

by Dan Snierson

Colin Hanks is going from a killer drama to a killer comedy: The actor who played an apocalypse-obsessed serial murderer on Dexter‘s sixth season will guest-star in an episode of Happy Endings, EW has learned. The body count should be considerably lower on the ABC comedy, as he tackles the role of… Colin Hanks, a new celebrity friend of D
ave (Zachary Knighton). What brings Hanks into Dave’s world? The Steak Me Home Tonight truck has become a Chicago hotspot boasting designer drinks.
Hanks begins shooting his scenes tomorrow, and the episode will air later this season. Happy Endings‘ second season has also included guest spots from such folks as Michael McKean, Megan Mullally, Fred Savage, and Rob Riggle.

Tomorrow June 1st,Colin's movie HIGH SCHOOL will hit the theaters.

On the official page http://www.highschool-themovie.com/ , you'll get more information about the movie, a red band trailer and also the showtimes.

Colin plays the vice principal Brendon Ellis.

Happy, happy, happy news. :D

After over a decade, Shiri and Colin have reunited
(briefly) on a project, and here is the result.

I wanted to share this earlier this week,
but I'm just getting around to it now.

It's a short comedy (about 6 minutes) directed by Shiri.

Both Colin and Shiri's former co-star, from S1 Dating
Rules
, Alison Becker are in it.

Here are all the people involved in making it happen:
Starring: Colin Hanks, Alison Becker, Brandon Johnson, Lindsey Kraft. Director: Shiri Appleby. Writers: Becker, Johnson. Producers: Corey Moss, Tiffany Moore, Michael Rainey, Mark. J. Marraccini. Editor: Kate Hackett. DP: Jenn Gittings.
It was posted Monday, November 19 and it's titled Got the Check?

Even though it isn't until tomorrow...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, COLIN!!!

p.s. Since this involves two of our Roswellians, I'll
post this on both Colin and Shiri's news thread.

From People.com

The Hanks family is expanding! Colin Hanks and wife Samantha Bryant are expecting their second child, his rep confirms to PEOPLE. The pair let their happy news speak for itself Monday at opening night of the actor's father Tom Hanks' new Broadway play, Lucky Guy. The Dexter and Burning Love star, 35, and Bryant, clad in a form-fitting dress that showcased her pregnancy, posed for photos on the arrivals line at the Broadhurst Theater in New York City. The couple, who married in 2010, are already parents to daughter Olivia Jane, 2. This will be the second grandchild for the elder Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson -- and they're already well-versed in the art. "They cannot wait to just dote on this kid with every single fiber of their being," Hanks joked after the birth of Olivia. "My wife and I are more than happy to give them our baby and say, 'Here, watch her while we take a nap!'" -- Sarah Michaud with reporting by Julie Jordan

NO freakin' way! ANOTHER Roswell baby?? :P

What is in the h2o, these days?

And lately, for the past few months, I've been
noticing pregnant ladies everywhere I go.

Good and ready to pop, too.

Hmm... This is probably the fifth Roswell child in about a year, huh?

Well, CONGRATULATIONS to THE HANKS FAMILY!!! :D

If this next Ros-Baby is a GIRL... I'm gonna assume there's
some wild planetary alignment taking place, because
the odds of it happening seems so crazy.

I think I'm going to do some research on the ratio
of girls to boys born in the last few years in the USA.

See what the statistics have to say.

Gracias for the good news, La' Shon!
