:( Poor Emilie. I remember buying the issue of InStyle Weddings with her on the cover. She looked so pretty in the wedding dresses.

That's so weird... I've never gotten why people spend years together, apparently happy together to the point that they consider they're ready for the next huge step, and then once married, they just don't last the year :? ... I always thought it was easier to seperate before than after getting married... apparently not  maybe it's the living together that's too hard... who knows?

In any case, that's sad for her :(

You know, this is an interesting point. I've seen it happen with my own friends. I think that once an engagement is set, it's really hard to stop the train thundering down the track. Most just go along with it, particularly celebrities (because they can afford it), and then quietly split up after. I have the utmost respect for people who break engagements. It takes a lot of guts. I think a lot of people just let themselves go along with it, then decide to get out of it after.

Either way, I feel bad for Em. Hope she's happy eventually.

Poor Emilie. Even though I hated Tess, I adore Emilie and hope she finds happiness again soon.x

just found out...i feel bad for her but i think she will be able to bounce back ok. besides better to get out of a bad marriage early on rather than drag it out over years and possibly invovle kids.

wish her the best!

In case anyone missed this info, here's an excerpt from an email that I'd written yesterday to some friends who don't visit here (and believe me, I do tell them what they're missing! hehe):
Emilie: Starting with the pic this time:

I don't know too much about Emilie at the moment. Did
you hear that she's getting divorced from Josh
Janowicz? They married in June of last year. :( I
have heard recently though that she's still married so
you never know if maybe they've reconciled? We can
hope for her sake anyway. You know she's starting her
4th season of "lost". What else? Movies! She's
actually got 2 in post-production at the moment:
"Ball Don't Lie" and "The Perfect Game".

ENJOY! Sarah 8)

I took this off a media blvd pg but it’s valid...

Keeping Roswell on the Scifi Channel, Let's show them we love our aliens...

Roswell's 5 year contract with Scifi will be ending at the end of December. They did have 2 rotation days scheduled in January but they pulled them off of the schedule. We need to let them know how much we appreciate them picking it up and giving us the opportunity (the old fans and the new ones) to relive this amazing story and we want to have it stay around for a long time.

We can contact them two ways,

1. You can e-mail them at Scifi feedback

The programing feedback is the first one. If you can, e-mail them daily asking them to please continue the shows after the contract is up. You can tell them what the show means to you and why you love it. If you can't do it every day, try to do it at least once or twice a week, the more the better.

this is the email address: feedback@scifi.com

2. Send a few cards to them too.

(IMG:http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v654/ ... firos2.jpg)

Send them to:

SciFi Channel
30 Rockefeller Plaza
New York, NY 10112

You can add: Attn. Programing Dept. too, so it will get to where we want it to go.

Hopefully they'll see how much we love it and want to keep it around.
