Author's note: I started this story under the ID tiggerswife but since i had probs posting and such under
that I.D i made a new one. Also I changed this story around a little, but the basic plot remains the same.
The story takes place present day (2004) post "Graduation"
Destiny is still calling........
The lab was buzzing with commotion. Two humanoid beings stood by a computer shock and
fear, haunted their features. Both humanoids stood about 6 feet tall with pale shimmering
pink skin. Their hair was cornsilk blonde. Their eyes large almond shaped and black as coal.
If not for those features, these beings could almost pass for humans.
The oldest female of the two looked at the computer mournfully. "All is lost" she said finally
" I cannot bear watching my son die again." the other put her hand on the oldest's shoulder
" No your majesty, there IS still hope." "How can there be??"The queen spat "When Kivar,
has been one step ahead, the whole time?" The queen of Antar was sick of being told to
"Have faith" when the death of her son and daughter haunted her dreams. Her blood boiled
at how Kivar and his cousin managed to seduce her children and then destroy them. "But your
majesty there IS hope." The other replied gently "come with me." The two beings walked over
to another table. With a fewpresses of a button a hologram projection emerged from the center
of the small table. The queen stared in shock as detailed images of how to insert and combine
Antarian DNA into a human egg cell and then implanting it back into the human womb. " How
did you......I thought i ordered no more testing on humans, after the hybrids were sent to earth."
The younger female blushed with embarassment. " You did your majesty, but felt we needed a
back up plan in case somthing went wrong. And indeed , somthing has." The queen looked puzzled
"And how is THIS going to help us??" The younger one beamed "We send another."The queen
frowned " In case you haven't heard, the last two protectors deserted the hybrids." " This one
will not need a protector," the other replied "Sure, Kivar is probably expecting us to send another
hybrid to earth. But he's expecting for it to be born from a pod, not a human." Although the plan
seemed to be well thought out, The queen was still worried. "What about Ava? shes down there
or at least....her hybrid is, and she is the part of the reason my son is dead!! And you can only guess
what her and that treacherous protector of hers is planning for Zan!" The Other female frowned, She
knew what they had planned. She saw what features were given to Ava's hybrid and they were
targeted at male humans main weakness......their hormones. Then a thought hit her. " Did Zan
ever consider anyone his soulmate?" The queen looked at the young scientist with curiousity,
wondering where this was leading to." If you mean Ava, no. But there was someone i would have
thought...." The scientist's eye began to glimmer with renewed hope. "who?" The queen frowned.
"She died many years before Zan, even took the throne. She was his childhood friend." The young
scientist's heart sank. " Oh....so shes been buried for decades." The queen suddenly grew excited
"NO!" she exclaimed " She wasnt buried! They put her body in suspended animation, til they could
a cure for what ailed her! her body was transported to the cryotomb lab!" The scientists features
eased with relief " Lets get to the lab then, we havent much time!"

Destiny's calling card
May 25th
Journal entry 1
I am Liz Evans and 2 years ago i married the love of my life, Max and left the only home we ever
knew. With us is Max's sister Isabel, Maria my best friend, Kyle my ex and good friend, and Micheal
a mutual friend of Max and Isabel and my best friend's fiance.
We have been away home for nearly two years now. My husband Max...is a King, a king of an alien
planet known as Antar and formly known there as Zan. He is one of four hybrids (human/antarian) sent
to earth to learn about his enemies, In hopes of one day returning to his home planet, and freeing his
people. With him was Isabel also known a Vilandra, Micheal known as Rath and Tess also known as Ava
and wife to Max in his former life. Three years ago Max got Tess pregnant and were planning to go back
to Antar to save the baby's life. Tess betrayed us all by killing a close and beloved friend Alex then
attempting to get to Antar and deliver the rest of the hybrids to Kivar enemy to the Royal family and
former lover of Vilandra. Tess was sent to Antar alone to have the baby, only to return next summer with
Max's son. She later gave her life, to save the baby and the rest of us.
On september 18th 2000 I was shot and died. Max healed me and brought me Back to life, and I changed.
I became half alien myself having my own set of powers.
" I thought you were done with writing in journals." Liz looked up at her husband " yeah well i guess old
habits die hard." Max snuggles up aside Liz and kisses her on the forehead. When he sees her frowning
he frowns himself. " What's wrong?" Liz lets out a sigh "I miss Roswell. I keep getting the feeling that
our lives are gonna change again." "Have you been getting premonitions again?" Max inquired. Liz
shook her head. Max was the one to sigh next. "We all miss home Liz and I promise once it's safe...."
"How will we ever know its safe Max?" It was a good question, and one that's been on everyone's
mind. "I havent gotten the feeling we're being watched have you?" Liz asked. The truth was, Max hadn't. But he
wasn't willing to take that chance so quickly. He made some really poor choices in the past and nearly
lost Liz forever. Max was not willing to jump and make such risky decision so quickly again. If they go
back to Roswell, it will be because everyone chose to.
Max stood up "don't stay up too late its supossed to get chilly tonight." He kissed her good night
and headed back to their bedroom. As Liz watched him go, her mind drifted to the first time she witnessed
the hologram of his mother. She witnessed his destiny. That destiny was still out there, waiting for all of
them. Just because they ran from Roswell, doesn't mean they could do the same to Antar. Liz knew
eventually Max's mother or someone else would find them and she was tired of running.She knew the others
were starting to feel te same way Wether it as her powers or not, Liz had a feeling that all of them will have to
return to Roswell soon.
Trying to rid herself of troublesome thoughts, Liz thought of Maria. Only one week ago her best
friend, rushed into her motel room with the best news Liz heard in a while......Micheal and Maria were finally
engaged to be married. Why it took those two so long, Liz will never know. Maria and Micheal's relationship
was a bit more complex than Max and her's. Everyone was thrilled when they heard the news. Liz saw the
twinge of pain that flashed briefly in Isabel's eyes. She missed Jesse. Isabel put up a good front, but Liz could
tell it was tearing her up inside. She reminded Liz of Max, when he had to give up his son, Zan.
Smiling to herself, Liz thought of how Maria has asked Liz to be the one to set up the wedding details.
This was just what everyone needed, a party.
Liz stretched as she got up from the lawn chair, as she did she felt her stomache lurch " darn burritos."
she mumbled and darted for the bathroom
Where was she? She couldnt see a thing. but she could hear whispering from what sounded like alot of voices
drifting around her. And then, there was a familiular voice " You have lived before! you perished in a conflict
that enslaves our planet." Liz was standing in the pod chamber with Tess, Max, Isabel and Micheal. Suddenly
the image of Max's mother looks directly at Liz. "Thats odd," Liz thinks to herself " I don't ever remeber
her looking directly at me." "It is time!" Max's mother suddenly said. Liz sensed urgency and fear coming from
the hologram. " You must return to Roswell!" she points to the stone wall in the pod chamber and images begin
to play. Diane and Philip Evans stare in horror calling out for Max and Isabel. "Lizzy!" Liz's father calls out
she could hear the fear in his voice. "You must go back to Roswell and find her!" a woman's face flashes before
Liz eyes, it was not one she regonized. "before it's too late..." then an image of an unborn child flashes on
the stone wall. The image of Max's mother begins to fade " You must find the communicator" "Wait!"
Liz cries out "Theres another communicator?" But the image was gone "Liz!" she her a voice call her
"Liz!" it was Max's voice "Liz!! Wake up!" Liz opened her eyes, she was back in her bed. Max was looking
at her, concern flooding his eyes. "Are you ok?" he asked "what's wrong you were calling out to me! you sounded
so scared!" Liz looked at Max solemnly "Max, somthing bad has happened!
Everyone was sitting at the small kitchen table in Max and Liz's motel room.Noone spoke for a momment after
listening to the dream. Liz was looking distraught. " I thought you had to be touching someone, to get
premonitions". Isabel asked. " I do," Liz replied " I don't think this was a premonition. I think your mother contacted me."
Micheal stood there with his arms crossed. He didnt like this. not one bit. The last time Max and Isabel's
mother contacted them, was when they activated the communicators. Now, Liz seems to be the only one to receive
messages. It didnt make sense why Liz? why not Max or Isabel or maybe even him. " I dont like
this Maxwell, I doesnt make sense. How do we know this isnt a trap?" Max sighed "We don't. But I trust
Liz's powers. They have saved our lives, and kept us out of trouble all this time." Max gave Liz's shoulder a reassuring
squeeze. Liz smiled gently. "Have you tried calling mom and dad?' Isabel asked the fear obvious in her voice.
Max nodded. "No answer." "Liz's parents?" she asked. Liz shook her head. "What about the sheriff?"
Micheal asked. " Valenti thought they had gone on vacation. But when he noticed the crashdown closed for
several days, he knew something was wrong." "what about my mom?" Maria asked after listening quietly.
Max smirked slightly, and looked at Liz. They had definately caught up with Amy Deluca, she was
the one who answered the sheriffs phone at two in the morning. It didnt take a genuise to figure out what was
going on between those two. "Um, the sheriff is taking um....taking good care of your mom." Liz said with a
blush. "Oh," Maria said absentmindedly and then, "Wait! What? did you say the sheriff?" Maria heard
Micheal chuckle quietly next to her. "Yeah i bet he's taking reeeeeally good care of her" he replied softly
so only Maria heard. Maria punches Micheal in the arm, but only succeeds in making him laugh even more.
"We need to make a decision." Max stated seriously " Do we go? Or do we wait?" "I say
we go!" Isabel said immediately "Same with me." replied Liz. Max looked at Micheal and Maria, they both
nodded. "Kyle?" Max asked. Kyle came out from a corner "Yeah sure, whatever let's go home."
Everyone noticed Kyle had withdrawn from the group. Max and Liz knew it was because Kyle's "latent"
powers failed to appear. Since they had no explanation as to why Liz aquired hers, neither she or Max
doubted that Kyle would be crackling and buzzing soon. Without any powers Kyle was beginning to feel like
he didnt fit in with the gang. Although Maria had no powers, she belonged with Micheal. Now that she and
Micheal were engaged, Kyle knew power or no power Maria would always belong. He on the other hand,
was a different story.
"Ok, well i guess we're going back home." Max said finally. "Everybody gather your stuff, we leave
in an hour."

Chapter 2
Everyone was asleep on the trip back, Everyone except Max and Liz."Is there something wrong?" Max
asked staring at the raod ahead of them. Liz had been quietly staring out the passenger side window, her dream
playing over and over in her mind."No, i am just thinking about Roswell." she sighed. "Why would anyone take our parents?"
" To get us to do exactly what we are doing now." Max replied Liz's face went pale as she uddered the name "Kivar!"
Liz suddenly felt her body tremble, as a vision took over her mind *Flash*(the stars, a nebula) *flash* (five planets in a "V" shape)
*Flash*(Max and Isabel's mom in the pod chamber)*flash* (Kivar at isabel's wedding)*flash*(a communication orb)
*flash*(A Woman with jet black hair and brillant green eyes.)The woman speaks " You MUST return to Roswell before
it's to late!"*flash*( Philip and Diane Evans clinging to each other in fear) *flash*(Jeff and Nancy Parker huddling together)
When Liz came to she saw Maria,Isabel and Max huddle over her. Liz looked around confused. "What happened?
Why have we stopped?" Maria sniffed back her tears as she helped her friend sit up. " You scared the heck out of us
thats what happened!" Liz looked up at Isabel then Max "Whats going on?" Max stared at Liz bewildered." What is it
Max?" Isabel asked looking concerned for her brother.Max gave Isabel a dazed look " It was Kivar...Kivar has
kidnapped our parents!"
, Isabel stared out at the deserted
stretch of road.She had hoped she would never have to hear that name again. She had hoped Kivar had gotten
the message when she sent him away that time, when she and Jesse were on their honeymoon.Now,she will
have to face him again.It was too soon. She had been away from Jesse, too long to face Kivar now."I will
call him when I get back to Roswell." she thought to herself. She needed to hear his voice, to know that he still loved
her.The past two years, had been torture without him. The fact that he was living the life he should have in Boston,
was what kept her heart from breaking ,completely.
When Micheal saw Maria wipe away her tears, he wrapped an arm around her waist.Without
Micheal and Liz, Maria didnt know how, she would have survived all the traveling. Now they were
on their way home.But home was not home anymore, Instead it was at Sheriff Valenti's house.Maria
was planning on having a long chat, with her mother, but not before Amy Deluca chewed out
Micheal first. Maria pulled a vial of cypres oil from her pocket. Watching Liz convulse like that,
really did a number on her nerves.
Liz looked around confused and then her face went pale " Max! it's..." he cut her off " Kivar,
I know." Liz looked puzzled "how?" Max stared at his hand and replied " When i touched you, I saw
what you saw." Everyone was puzzled. Max had never been able to tap into Liz's premonitions before.
For the longest time, They were hers alone. Now, suddenly they were an open book to him. " What
did you see?" Liz. asked. Max glanced over to Isabel " I saw home, and the pod chamber, Kivar" Max
looked at Liz frightened " And our parents...but i did more than see our parents....i felt them! I felt
their fear!" "Theres another Alien in Roswell" Liz responded back. "And we need to seek her out."
" Well, if crystal ball here is right, don't you think we should get a move on?" Micheal asked.After
Max was satisfied that Liz was o.k Max hopped back into the driver's seat of the van and started it up.
Micheal took the passenger's seat, leaving Liz in Maria's care, in the back.
When Max and Micheal got wrapped in a conversation Maria asked. " Liz, are you ok??"
Liz looked away. "Yeah fine." "Liz!" inquired in an annoyed voice." This is me your talking to, not Max".
Liz sighed.She couldn't get anything past Maria."Well, ever since i started getting the particular visions,
I haven't been feeling too well". Maria puts a hand on Liz's forehead.Liz pushes it away" Maria!"
"What!?!?" she replies defencively " you look pale thats all." Liz sat up and glanced at her reflection
in the reveiw mirror.Maria was right. She was a touch pale. First thing she was doing was grabbing a tub
of chicken soup from the crashdown's refridgerator.Liz's stomache protests "Then again, maybe not."
Liz thinks to herself as she rests her head, on her best friend's lap.

When Micheal saw Maria wipe away her tears, he wrapped an arm around her waist.Without
Micheal and Liz, Maria didnt know how, she would have survived all the traveling. Now they were
on their way home.But home was not home anymore, Instead it was at Sheriff Valenti's house.Maria
was planning on having a long chat, with her mother, but not before Amy Deluca chewed out
Micheal first. Maria pulled a vial of cypres oil from her pocket. Watching Liz convulse like that,
really did a number on her nerves.
Liz looked around confused and then her face went pale " Max! it's..." he cut her off " Kivar,
I know." Liz looked puzzled "how?" Max stared at his hand and replied " When i touched you, I saw
what you saw." Everyone was puzzled. Max had never been able to tap into Liz's premonitions before.
For the longest time, They were hers alone. Now, suddenly they were an open book to him. " What
did you see?" Liz. asked. Max glanced over to Isabel " I saw home, and the pod chamber, Kivar" Max
looked at Liz frightened " And our parents...but i did more than see our parents....i felt them! I felt
their fear!" "Theres another Alien in Roswell" Liz responded back. "And we need to seek her out."
" Well, if crystal ball here is right, don't you think we should get a move on?" Micheal asked.After
Max was satisfied that Liz was o.k Max hopped back into the driver's seat of the van and started it up.
Micheal took the passenger's seat, leaving Liz in Maria's care, in the back.
When Max and Micheal got wrapped in a conversation Maria asked. " Liz, are you ok??"
Liz looked away. "Yeah fine." "Liz!" inquired in an annoyed voice." This is me your talking to, not Max".
Liz sighed.She couldn't get anything past Maria."Well, ever since i started getting the particular visions,
I haven't been feeling too well". Maria puts a hand on Liz's forehead.Liz pushes it away" Maria!"
"What!?!?" she replies defencively " you look pale thats all." Liz sat up and glanced at her reflection
in the reveiw mirror.Maria was right. She was a touch pale. First thing she was doing was grabbing a tub
of chicken soup from the crashdown's refridgerator.Liz's stomache protests "Then again, maybe not."
Liz thinks to herself as she rests her head, on her best friend's lap.

Missing.....
As the van pulled up to the crashdown, everyone noticed an eeriness in the air.It was quiet; too quiet,even for ten
o' clock at night.The gang piled out of the car and headed to resteruant's front door.Liz tried the door.It was locked
as it should be and the sign flipped to "closed" Liz pulled out her set of house keys and unlocked the resteraunt.
After turning on the lights, she smirked up at Micheal. " Still remember how to make galaxy sub?" Micheal rolled his
eyes and headed into the kitchen. Liz gave a worried look as she glanced up in the direction to the stairs. Had her
father been home,he would have defnatly heard them, and came downstairs already.
Liz headed upstairs, she felt a chill up her spine. " Mom? Dad?" there was no answer. Liz slowly walked into
their bedroom. Empty. The bed was made, and had half an empty laundry basket on it.the other half was folded
next to it.Then, Liz saw somthing that made her blood run cold. Her diary."oh no!" she mumbled to herself. "What
is it?" a voice said suddenly behind her.Liz jumped. It was Max. Liz rushed into Max's " Their gone Max! we have
find them!" "We will Liz," he said stroking the back of her head, while holding her close "We will."
When Max and Liz headed back into the resteraunt, they were greeted,by Amy Deluca and Sheriff Valenti.
after a few sympathetic hugs and a hand shake.They sat down. "Max, Liz, I'm sorry you have to return under such
a disstressing situation.Jim Valenti glanced over to Isabel, and gave her a sympathic look. You're parents have
been missing for about a week now". Next to Jim, was Amy and Maria both, sniffing at a bottle of cypres oil.
despite her her fear and worry, Liz smiled at the comical site Maria and Amy displayed.Liz shook her head and
gave a small chuckle.When Micheal glanced in their diection, he rolled his eyes.He never understood Maria's
obsession with aromatherapy, although he couldn't knock it.Eucaliptus came in handy, when he had a few colds, in
the past.
"Sheriff, did you notice anything strange, any strange people hanging around the crashdown, before Liz's parents
went missing?"Max asked. Valenti shook his head. Liz looked around "The place doesn't seem to be broken in either."
Isabel suddenly got up from eating." I am gonna try Mom and Dad's again." When Isabel was out of earshot Valenti
leaned in close. "Jesse has been watching the house, while your parents have been away." Max and Liz gave each other
a knowing look.Isabel deserved some happiness in her life right now. She was gonna need Jesse to help cope with their
parents unexpected absence.Max gave Liz a questioning look,and she noodded.Then Max got up." I guess we are
gonna head to my parents, to look for clues." Liz stood up with him."We all should meet here first thing in the morn-
ing." Everyone agreed with Max's statement, and nodded their heads."Goodnight"Micheal got up from where he was
sitting. Max lean in close."Keep alert,who knows who is aware of our arrival, Call me if you notice anything unusual."
Isabel came back in from being out back." Still no answer." her eyes noticably red from crying. Liz went over to
comfort Isabel. " We are going to your parents to check for clues." Isabel nodded and fllowed Max and Liz.
"So," Jim started "How was traveling?" Suddenly Amy Deluca hit Micheal upside his head "How dare you
take off with my daughter for two years, and not even contact me!!" Maria jumped to Micheal's side "Mom! we couldn't
contact you! Didn't you read Liz diary?" Amy crossed her arms "Yes i did...what a way to say goodbye to your mother!"
Maria rolled her eyes and sighed. "Mom, I'm not your little girl anymore. Micheal and I are engaged." Amy eyes went
wide "What!?!"
All the lights were out at the Evan's house, when Max pulled up to it. "Dosen't look like anyone's home
Max." Isabel worried voice said.Max pulled out his set of house keys and everyone stepped out of the Van. Suddenly
Liz's vision began to spin, and her stomache began to lurch once more.Max and Isabel rushed to her side. "Liz are
you alright?" Max asked Liz groaned "Ugh! i think i am gonna be sick! everything is spinning." Max and Isabel
ramained with Liz outside the house door still her queasiness subsided.Isabel flashed Max a glare.He needed to find
out what was wrong with Liz. Ever since that dream Liz has seem a bit off. When Liz had their confidence that her
queasiness had passed, they entered the house.
Max flipped on the kitchen light. The house was deathly quiet.Tears welled up in Isabel's eyes.The last time her
and Max was here was when they were getting prepped for Max's graduation. As Isabel strolled toward the kitchen
sink to wash her face Max tried to stop her.But it was too late, Isabel did not see the red beam shining from one side
of the kitchen floor to the other."No wait!!" But Max didnt finish. Suddenly a red glowing light illuminated the island in
the middle of the kitchen. There on the counter was a little black cube.It was smooth, grey, and mettalic in color.
Momments later, a hologram emerged. There stood the hologram of Kivar, in the human form he had taken before.
"Hello, Zan! If you are looking for your human parents, don't bother!" "Kivar!" Max growled "They are here
with me on Antar!" the hologram continued. Isabel and Liz looked at Max wide eyed."If you want them back, you
will have to come to Antar, and face me once and for all. I am sure you will find a way to get here. Or maybe the
way, will find you.Anyways, your lovely wife's parents are here too, for extra measure. Oh. and i assure you, I will
kill them if you don't, Oh passive one!" with those last words the hologram disappeared. "Max," Liz looked at him
fear filling her eyes "How the hell are we gonna get to Antar?" "Good question!" a voice said from the pantry's
darkness.From out of the darkness stepped a woman with dark hair and brillant green eyes.Max regonized the
woman right away. It was the woman from Liz's vision.

Max," Liz said wearly as she put her hand on his shoulder." I know," he whispered to her. All
three of them raised a hand in defence. "Wait!" plead the woman " Don't shoot I
am messenger!" they didnt put their hands down.Max looked at the woman suspiciously.
"What message? from whom?"
Liz's vision started to go fuzzy. She tried to blink it back with no success.her stomache started to
lurch again. Next thing she knew, her legs collaped under, her and all went black. Max rushed down
to her.The woman rushed to Liz side.Max raised a hand over Liz's head.He frowned "She's
unconcious." The woman raised a hand over Liz "Let me." she stated the woman closed her eyes
and "felt" for diseases. There was none, not even a cold.And then there it was...another mind
barely detecable; barely aware. The woman stop abruptly. "What is it?" Max asked his eyes searching
hers for a hint.
It was dark Liz couldn't see a thing.but there was a noise,very faint Liz could barely make it out.It
became louder.It was another heartbeat.Not her own, it was much too fast. Liz could hear whisperings
bouncing of the walls? were there walls? she couldn't tell and then *flash* her and Max making love three
nites ago*flash* Liz checking out her figure *flash* Liz standing in front of a mirror 9 months pregnant!
*flash* Max and Liz cuddling up to a little girl with long thick black hair and brown eyes,*flash* the little
girl again, she reaches her arms out to Liz. Liz felt herself waking up.The dream started to fade and just
before she opened her eyes, she heard the little girl whisper "Mommy!" and at that momment Liz knew.
"Who are you?" the woman stood up when she saw Liz's eyes flutter open. " I asked you question!"
Max demanded. When Liz got to her feet the woman answered "My name is Serena, I am from Antar."
Max turned to Liz "Are you alright?" How should she start? right now was not a good time to tell him.
Liz hesitated "um, yeah I'm fine, i must being coming down with somthing." she lied praying it didnt show
in her eyes."Did you find Jesse." Isabel's eye went wide with surprize "What about Jesse?"
The woman stepped aside and there sat a frightened Jesse, tied and gagged. "He tried to shoot me
with this." Serena tossed a gun at Max. "No one could know i was here, except you. He was threatening
to call the cops". Isabel didnt care to hear the woman's explanation. She rushed over to untie Jesse. Tears
began to pour out of her eyes. She couldn't believe it! he was here. Her Jesse.She had missed him so much.
For so long, she had wished she could let him comewith them, when the had left for Roswell.But none of that
mattered now. She was back and he was here.When Isabel finished untying Jesse, the two of them, stood up
holding each other.Isabel looked into Jesse"s eyes "what are you doing here? Why arent you in Boston?"
He took Isabel's hands into his."Boston ment nothing to me without you. So I stayed." Isabel held Jesse tighter.
"Ehem!" Max cleared his voice. Jesse smiled and walked over and embraced Max " Its good to see you
again Max." he nodded to Liz "Liz." Liz beamed back at Jesse. "Sheriff Valenti said you were watching the
house since my parents have been gone."Max said."Yeah," Jesse replied "they have been missing for about a

pouch on the kitchen counter.From it she grabbed a grey communication orb. She handed it to Max. "Who's
the message for?" Isabel asked. Serena looked at Max and Liz."For his highness and his wife." Liz looked
at Serena, "But i don't have the power to activate this." Serena smiled "Of course you do.Her highness would
not have sent it if you couldn't." Liz took the orb in her hands and held it as she saw Tess did. Max then held her
hands on top of hers.Max looked into Liz's worried eyes. "Don't worry," he said gently "You'll be okay."
remembering words he had spoke in the past, she closed her eyes, and let her mind go blank. Within seconds,
blue light shined through the antarian symbol on the communicator, and Max's mother's image appeared before
them again.

A New Life......
" Hello my son, and Liz." Max and Liz stared at each other."Zan, you are seeing me now because, a traitor was discovered
only after you were sent to earth." There was a sadness in her eyes. " I am sorry for any hardship this may have caused
you." She then looked at Liz." Elizabeth, this may not be easy to hear, but know in your heart that it be true....You have
lived before." Liz's blood went cold.She couldn't believe it." You were a childhood friend of Zan's and his first love." Liz
glanced at Max, he was looking at her, as if he was seeing her for the first time."You died of an illness, for wich there was
no cure.Like my son your DNA was duplicated and mixed with human genetic material. Your earthling parents human genetic material.
We did not send you in a incubation pod, instead we implanted you into a human womb.And your powers, were hidden til
you were fully grown to ensure your safety from humans as well as our enemies." Liz felt as if someone had dumped icewater
on her."We had to hide you from yourself to keep you safe. You must understand this! please be careful, help bring my
children back to me." The hologram flickered and then faded.Liz was at loss for words.All of this was coming at her too fast.
Liz, could barely hear a thing. Even when Isabel hugged Liz and said somthing about "nearly sisters" and "ment to be."
Tears welled up in Liz's eyes. For the first time in her life, she did not know who she was. "Liz?" the concern was obvious
in Max's eyes."what is it?" tears finally spilled down Liz's cheeks."All my life, Ive always known who i was. Where i was
going and now..." then Liz buried her face inMax's shirt and sobbed.All Max could do was hold her. He felt guilt;
guilt becuase he was relieved that he was not responcible for her "changing". He always knew he was different from the
momment he was born. He knew earth was never his original "Home". But poor Liz got it all dumped on her all in ten
minutes."I'm here Liz, I'll always be here.
"I hate to break up your " momment," Serena said curling her fingers to emphasize the word momment, "But we need
to discuss our plans to return to Antar." Max scowled at Serena " Not tonight," he replied "And not with out the others."
"he's right," Isabel agreed "We just got back to Roswell, we need to rest." Jesse and Isabel gave each other knowing
looks.Neither of them were gonna get any sleep that night.Max scooped up a still very upset Liz, and headed up to his
bedroom.
Isabel was reclined on her queensize bed, in her favorite red silk pajamas watching Jesse undress for bed. She
grinned to herself. He was just as "yummy" as she remembered.Jesse was always good about keeping his form in
shape.When Jesse caught Isabel checking out his hind quarters he cocked an eyebrow, then grinned wickedly at her.
" I see some things haven't changed Mrs. Remerez!" with that he crawled on the bed upside her. Isabel's face went
serious "You don't know how good it is to hear you call me that." "What? Mrs Remerez?" Jesse asked.Isabel nodded.
he held up his hand and thumbed his wedding band."I never took it off." Isabel smiled gently as she looked down at hers
"Neither did I" Jesse lifted Isabel's chin with his finger and kissed her gently at first, when he felt her arms circle around his
waist, he deepened the kiss.When Isabel felt Jesse's hands caress her curves she sighed contently.It's been so long since
they were last together and she intended to fully enjoy her husband, she needed this.
Max gently laid Liz on the bed.Her eyes were still red from crying.Max laid down beside her and pulled her agaist his
chest." Liz I know this must be hard for you. I was so confused when Tess came into the picture, and then hearing my
destiny from my mother." Liz sat up "But Max you always knew you were different. I just accepted being different as a
side effect." Max flinched " I didn't mean it like that" Max sat up too."I know." he said quietly. "You don't know what its

The plan
Maria woke and for a momment, she had no idea where she was.As soon as she regonized Kyle's room, she sighed contently.
They were back in Roswell.Maria glanced over at Micheal's sleeping form and giggled. He wasn't a graceful sleeper. His
mouth hung open, with a hint of drool on the side.Maria was grateful though, it could be worse...he could snore. Micheal
open one eye." It's not polite to stare" he grumbled.Maria beamed at him. "I'm not staring." she stated " I am gazing at
you lovingly." Micheal rolled his eyes and climbed out of bed "Gazing, staring, what's the difference?" Maria frowned
and crossed her arms. "Fine then, be that way!" and she went to storm out of the bed room. Micheal smirked. She was
such an easy target. Just as she was about through the door way, Micheal circle an arm around her small waist, and
pulled her up, for a quick kiss."I love you too" he said and then put her back down.Maria grinned and sauntered out the

Maria entered the kitchen. Jim Valenti and her mother were already up drinking coffee.The two were having some

Serena."What's wrong with her?" Serena rushed toLiz's side. She laid a hand on Liz's pregnant belly. Liz's skin was hot
to the touch. "Her body is having a negative reaction to the pregnancy."Max's eyes went wide with fear." Why? Tess
never reacted this way, well, not for real anyways." Serena gave a heavy sigh, "That's because Zan was completely
human. Your daughter however, is not even half." Max smiled briefly " Daughter?" Serena nodded. "Liz's human half,
is trying to adjust to the baby," Serena frowned "looks like her body is not adjusting well at all. If that baby is born here
on earth, it WILL die. But as long as she is inside Liz, she is safe." "How long?" Max asked "Three weeks." Serena replied.
"Isabel call the others at the crashdown." Isabel nodded and went to the phone in her bedroom.
Ten minutes later, the rest of the gang was at the Evan's house. Once in the house, Maria dashes upstairs
to be by Liz's side.When she enters Max's bedroom she finds him sitting on a chair by Liz's side. He looked both tired
distraught." How is she?" Max rakes ahand through his hair."she's sleeping." Maria kneeled down by the bedside and took
Liz's hand in hers." The baby?" Maria asked without looking at him. "She is doing fine for now." At the momment
Maria was furious with with he both of them. Had they learned nothing from the "Tess" incident? Not knowing how
to deal with Antarian pregnancies, is what gave Tess, power over Max. Jesse gently tapped on the door way." Every
one is gathering for a meeting downstairs. I'll watch Liz." Max and Maria nodded and headed downstairs.
When Max and Maria entered the tv room, Serena was the center of attention. "Okay, i know you are all wondering

Quietly in a corner Amy Deluca. Jim Valenti were taking all of this in. From what they heard. their children were off

Kyle sat on the other side of the T.V room. After spending two years with Max and Liz and the rest of the gang, he had
a feeling this time he would be left behind.Everybody had their part in this scenrio what was his part? Whatever it was,

After everyone was satisfied that the problem getting to Antar was solved, everyone headed off to different parts of

The search for Ava....
" Yes, i know you said, to never contact you again, Kal....." Max was getting frustrated with shapeshifter.He had called
many times due to, being hung up on." No, I am not coming to L.A, I need Ava's whereabouts. I figured you would know.
Why? we're going back....yes for real! Because they took our parents and because it's time to put an end to Kivar! What?
Okay wait! Lemme get a pen." Max quickly wrote down an address on a notepad. "Yeah, i swear! never again! Thanks"
Max rushed over to Serena and Liz, "I got a last known address!" Liz glanced at the address "Max, thats only an hour from
here." Max called Micheal over "We got to visit an old friend, can you go get Isabel?" Micheal nodded. Once isabel joined
them Max , Micheal and Isabel headed out to find Ava. "Please becareful, Maria pleaded. Isabel took Jesse off to the side,
"This place is only an hour away, i will be back." Jesse nodded. Max was hesitant to leave Liz alone, He knew she had
Maria, but things have been touch and go. "Go into bed and rest." "Max, i feel fine now." Liz objected. "Please Liz. for
me." Fear showing in his eyes.She sighs "Okay, but i wont like it." Max kisses Liz's forehead and then heads out.
"How, did you deal?" Amy asked "Huh?" Jim didnt know what Amy was referring to. "This alien stuff, how did you
deal." "Well, after Max healed Kyle i stopped being scared and started being grateful." Amy nodded thoughtfully. "Yeah,
i guess him saving your son makes it easier." Jim looked at Amy curiously "Are you afraid of them?" Amy sighed. "No,
I am just afraid, Maria might end up wanting to living up there." Jim put his arm around her "I don't think thats gonna happen."
Maria heads up stairs with Liz. Once Liz snuggled comfortable under the blankets, Maria asks "Whats it like?"
"Whats what like?" Maria points at Liz's belly "Being pregnant with an Alien?" Liz runs a hand over her belly.
."Shoot I am still trying to come to terms with the fact, that i am a hybrid.I feel like someone pulled the rug, from
underneath me." Maria give Liz a sympathetic hug " Youre still the Liz i know and love!" Liz gave her a grateful smile.
"Thanks Maria." "You know what you need? Ben and Jerry's!" a few seconds later Maria came back a tub of "Chunky
Monkey" ice cream. The two girl sat there eating icecream talking, and laughing. That's when Liz felt it.a little flutter of a
kick.Liz's eyes went wide with amazement. " Oh my gawd Maria!" Maria looks confused. "What!?!" Liz beamed " I just felt
the baby kick!"
Micheal studies the address on the ripped peice of paper, thoughtfully. "She didnt stray to far from Roswell did she?" Max
smirked "Can you blame her? You should have seen the way, Lonnie and Rath treated her. Ugh! and where they lived."
After have been driving for about an hour, Max pulls up to a modern day green house."Well, this is it. Kal said Ava was
taken in by a foster family." Isabel gave Micheal that knowing look."Oh yeah, somthing to bond with." Micheal replied. Isabel
jabbs him with her elbow. "What?" he asks defesively "Did you forget she's Tess's dupe?" "Liz's assures me that she's trust
worthy" Max replied "Yeah well that was four years ago". Micheal said matter of factly. They step out of the car and head up
to the door then, rung the doorbell. A short elderly woman answers the door. "Yes? may I help you?" Isabel steps forward,
before either micheal or Max speak, and gives her biggest smile. "Hi! we are looking for Ava? she is an old friend of ours."
The woman considers them for a momment,then replies "She's in the garage." then closes the door.
Max, Micheal and Isabel roung the corner to the garage.The sound of Mettalica could be heard behind the large mettalic
door.Max bangs on the door and then the door slowly slides up. "yeah!?" an annoyed pink and black haired blonde snapped
When she saw Max ,Isabel ,Micheal she stiffened up a bit a hint of fear shown in her eyes."We're going back." Max says
simply. Afew minutes they are all in Max"s car on their way back to Roswell. "How did you find me?" Ava asked "Your pro
tector told me" Max replied. "What do you need me for?" He looks at her for a momment. It was hard to look at her, she
had Tess's face.When he looked at her,he remebers Tess's betrayal, and how she was going to, hand deliver them, to Kivar.
"How did your Ava die?" Max clenched his jaw "She was a traitor, she killed a friend of ours, deliberately got pregnant and
tried to deliver us to Kivar.She took the granolith back to Antar, then return with my son.She then gave her life to save him."
Ava looked down at her lap uncomfortably. "Oh." "We need you, because only the "royal Four" can restore the granolith.
although Liz jas powers, she cannnot use them, she's pregnant." Ava smiled "she's pregnant?" Max smiled "Yeah, and she
is looking forward to seeing you again." It was like seeing a ghost Ava thought to herself. Although Max was so different
than Zan, He still had his face and his smile. She missed Zan and it wasn't until she saw Max's face did she realize how lonely
she had been.

New found friends
When Ava stepped into the Evan's house, she was immediatly greeted by Liz. She smiled, although Ava considered Liz a
"cornball" she really liked her. No one ever treated her, as kindly as Liz had.Liz was good "peeps" as far as she was
concerned and would always have her loyality. Ava embraced Liz in a hug, and then looked around "nice place." Max
mumbled "Thanks" and walked away. Liz glanced in his direction as he left. " Don't mind him, its not you, its who you look
like." Liz explained. Ava nodded, she understood. Liz grabbed her hand "Cmon, I'll make some coffee and get up to date on
things." Liz and Maria took turns telling the story, about Tess and her betrayal, and then about Max's son and the long search
for baby Zan.She finished off with tthe new communcation orb and her new hybrid status.Ava's went wide and then she
beamed happily.Liz was practally like a sister now.
After deciding to come out of his corner, Kyle headed to the kitchen to talk with Liz and Maria. As he did so, he saw something
that made the blood drain from his face." I thought Tess was dead!?!" all three girls startled. "Um..Kyle this is Ava, Tess's
dupe."Liz explained Kyle still gave her a look of hatred." She's scared ." he thought to himself "Nearly ready to pee her pants. Huh? wait!
where did that come from? How did he know that? He didnt. He "felt" it. He felt it? How? Blowing it off as nothing Kyle De
cided to check in on Isabelle and Jesse. As he headed towards her bedroom door, he quickly turn the other way. "Oh no!" he
thought he'll wait til later ,when they werent about to "do the deed." A chill ran down Kyle's back. How the heck did he know
that? And how did he know suddenly ,that Ava was really trustworthy and that Liz was very fond of her?That Maria was
jealous of Liz's pregnancy.That Amy Deluca was worried that Maria was going to move to Antar, and have babies that were
green and had antenna's.Then there was his dad, he had confidence in Max and.......All the emotions were coming too fast
he head began to throb. The room was spinning then all went black.
Serena and Max were both checking Kyle for injurys. Serena frowned "Nothing." Max was confused."It's the change."
Ava stated. Max and Serena look at Ava even more confused."Yes, humans do change if you heal them.And Kyle has
finally change.To an empath i believe.He is just passed out from it hitting him all at once." Jim Valenti was finally let through
to be next to Kyle.Amy looked on with worry. The more she saw the less she liked.At some point she was gonna have a
chat with Maria about this alien stuff.
When Kyle regained consiousness he open his eyes, to find his father staring down at him. "What happened? he asked
rubbing his temples, his head felt like it was splitting in two."You passed out." his father replied.Suddenly Kyle beamed up
at the gang " I finally got my powers! ugh! i just hope it doesnt always come with these killer headaches" Serena help Kyle
up "You'll adjust" Amy headed top kitchen to find aspirin.She came back with some and a tall glass of water.
" O.k people! i think its time we head up to the pod chamber." Serena stated. Everyone got their things together and hopped
into the van.Amy and Jim followed in thier car.
Liz had noticed that Ava was looking a bit uncomfortable, and was biting down her black painted nails. "Ava what is it
what's wrong?" Liz asked Ava gave a big sigh "I will be going to Antar labeled as a traitor.Kivar will be expecting me to
take his side." Liz shook her head "It doesnt have to be that way, you are Not Tess, and you are not the former queen" Liz
put an hand on Ava's shoulder."You are my friend, and your a good person." Ava smiled up at Liz.
When they arrived at the road before the podchamber, everyone got out and immediatly headed up.I was a tight squeeze
but the just managed to fit everyone in.
Liz was having another one of her dizzy spells.Max looked at Serena "We better get started," Serena gave Liz a worried
and nodded.

A planet called Antar
"Only the "Royal Four" can activate this. No offence Liz. So Max, Ava,Isabel Micheal, if you would be so kind" Serena
said tapping the transporter for the granolith."Place one hand on the transporter and conentrate.See the granolith renew
itself." They put their hands on the transporter and did as Serena asked.Momments later a humm could be heard as the
as the granolith came to life once more.The timer counting down once again.
"ok people! unlike the last time the granolith was activated, you do not have 24hrs, we have only an hour. So i suggest
we go in now." Serena explained. "Wait!" Micheal exclaimed as he wrapped an arm around Maria "Can humans ...you
know, be on the planet, without suffocating or something?" Serena chuckled it was a cute niave question " You yourself
are half human silly.Of course humans can survive on Antar.Besides, you are gonna need, all the backup help you can get
Isabel looked at Jesse, her eyes asking the question He walked over and embraced her. "Of course i will go with you.I am
not losing you again.Isabel hugged him tighly.She was happy. Kivar didnt stand a chance against this love! She was gonna
make Kivar pay for kidnapping her human parents, and killing her family!"
Suddenly all eyes were on Amy and Jim. "I wont be going. Someone needs to keep an eye out, in case the Feds catch
wind of this" Jim explained " I do planes or helicopters or um....." She looked nervously at the transporter " Spaceships."
Out from her back pocket, she pulled out her bottle of cypres oil. Although Amy believe what she really needed was a good
strong sedative.Maria gave her mother a hug and then Amy and Jim Left the podchamber.
Everyone placed a hand on the transporter and momments later they were inside the granolith.When they looked down they
could see the inside of the podchamber."Wow!! Maria exclaimed as she glanced around the inside of the ship.There several
reclining seats.Several control panels.And a mashine that replicated food.Kyle pleasently discovered. After getting over the
excitement of being in a "real" spaceship, Max was the first to speak."How long will it take us to get Antar?" Serena's face
was serious "Not long enough.....about two earth days. Before we enter Antar's solar system, we will have to change the
appearence of the ship.Otherwize, Kivar will have it blasted out of Antar's sky." Max nodded and then went back to Liz's
side. He had her sit in one of the recliners til her dizzy spell had passed.Jesse and Isabel sat in another set of recliners
holding each other's hand."Are you scared?" he asked Isabel swallowed hard and nodded " He suqeezed her hand "Me too."
he replied.
Kyle felt like a child on christmas. He wanted to push every button to see what they did."Max is extremely worried about
Liz." Kyle snorted in irratation Was it always gonna be like this? His power.It was so intrusive,like commercials during the
superbowl.Kyle could sense everyone's thoughts on the ship, including the little one growing inside Liz. He prefered focusing
on her.Her thoughts were simple. To grow. Whenever Max or Liz spoke,Kyle could sense a feeling of joy eminate from the
unborn child.There was somthing else...a power and it grew stronger every time Liz got a dizzy spell.Kyle was pretty sure
that Liz and Max had absolulty no idea how powerful their child would be." No wonder Kivar wanted Tess to get pregnant
with Max's baby!A child could be easily brainwashed!and with that kind of power, could be used as a weapon; a very
powerful weapon.
Ava sat in a corner, watching the display of emotions on Kyle's face.He was cute...for a human. He was nothing like Zan
even Liz could agree on that. But still, he was cute.Ava's eyes drifted to Kyle's chest. He was wearing a tight blue T shirt
that made his chest muscles stand out."Yummy!" she thought to herself. She could just imagine him without his shirt on.The
way his skin would feel on her finger tips.The way......Suddenly Kyle turned in her direction and grinned. The color drained
from Ava's face.She had forgotten about Kyle's newly aquired powers.At that momment, she wished she were outside, That
way she could find a rock to crawl under."Great!" she mumbled to herself "Nice going Ava!"
Max looked at Liz "feeling better?" Liz nodded."Liz, may i try connecting with the baby?" she smiled and nodded again.
As Max's hand approached Liz's belly a little glowing hand print press out against the skin on Liz's belly.At that momment,
Max was reminded of Zan. He hadn't really connected with him thanks to the mindwarp that Tess provided. The minute
the connection was made, he knew this little one different. No flashes or images. Just emotions.There was an awareness of
his presence, and reginistion.She regonize him! From what Max could tell she was healthy and strong. He could sense she
had powers, but not what they were. As he probed the baby's mind ,he came across what could only be described, as a mental
"cord" of some sort. Max let his mind drift to the end of the cord, and when he got there he was surprized to find, that he was
no longer in the baby's mind but, Liz's! "They are linked!" he thought to himself. When Max took his hand of Liz's belly,
he smiled up at her."Shes perfectly healthy. Liz beamed at him."The two of you are linked mentally though." "What!?" Liz
gasped.Max grasped her hands in his "Don't worry, you'll be fine."
Micheal and Maria sat close together, "Only a few minutes left, nervous?" Micheal asked " Um, lets see. I am going to
another planet. There could be loads of danger. I am meeting my fiance's parents for the first time. So, yeah I'd say i am
pretty nervous." The last part of Maria's reply took him off gaurd. He was finally going to meet, his parents. When Micheal
stepped out of the podchamber, to be left behind, he willingly left behind his entire unknown Antarian life.Now he would have
to embrace it once again.
There was a jolt and then what sounded like the start up of engines.The time had come and the granolith was preparing for
for take off. A few seconds later, there was another jolt as the ship launched into the air.When th ride smoothed out every
one loosen thier grips on their seats.Kyle, whom squeezed his eyes shut during take off, now opened them "Are we still
alive?" He asked.then suddenly jumped up "Woohoo! I'm still alive!"
Micheal got up and headed towards Serena.She busy typing in coordinates."So, we're really in space now huh?" Serena
flicked a switch and to metal panels opened, revealing the vastness of space.Everyone got up and gathered around. No
said a word. They just stared."There is no, way we are going to get to Antar in two days. Not at this speed." Micheal
stated."You're right." Serena replied "We won't.So we'll be traveling within a wormhole, to get us there in two days."
Micheal was confused "What wormhole? there are no wormholes near Earth." "I know, we're going to make one." Serena
flicked another switch and an aqua green beam shot into space. It collected into an orb in front of the ship, and then opened.
Serena stood up "O.k everyone will need to get strapped in.This is going to be a bumpy ride." When everyone was safely
strapped in, Serena launched the ship into the worm hole.
The bumpy ride eventually smoothed out, but everyone was stuck to their seats, like they were in the "roundup" at
a carnival. Two days later, they finally slowed down to a cruise.Everyone was sleeping soundly when Serena anounced
they were entering Antar's solar system. Everyone again was gathered around the windows "There she is, home sweet home".

"Wow! it's beautiful!" Isabel gasped She looked over at Max "We're home." Max joined Isabel and put an arm around her
shoulder."I never thought i'd see the day." he replied with awe.
Antar was very similar to Earth. In shape and size. but rather than blue oceans, there were multiple shades of red.
.The clouds were a pale shade of purple.The land appeared as a pale tan.These pale colors gave the planet a delicate
appearence.Orbiting the planet was two moons one three times bigger than the other.Both were pink. "I never imagined
it was so beautiful!" Liz said walking up to Max's side." You would never guess there was a war going on."

not losing you again.Isabel hugged him tighly.She was happy. Kivar didnt stand a chance against this love! She was gonna
make Kivar pay for kidnapping her human parents, and killing her family!"
Suddenly all eyes were on Amy and Jim. "I wont be going. Someone needs to keep an eye out, in case the Feds catch
wind of this" Jim explained " I do planes or helicopters or um....." She looked nervously at the transporter " Spaceships."
Out from her back pocket, she pulled out her bottle of cypres oil. Although Amy believe what she really needed was a good
strong sedative.Maria gave her mother a hug and then Amy and Jim Left the podchamber.
Everyone placed a hand on the transporter and momments later they were inside the granolith.When they looked down they
could see the inside of the podchamber."Wow!! Maria exclaimed as she glanced around the inside of the ship.There several
reclining seats.Several control panels.And a mashine that replicated food.Kyle pleasently discovered. After getting over the
excitement of being in a "real" spaceship, Max was the first to speak."How long will it take us to get Antar?" Serena's face
was serious "Not long enough.....about two earth days. Before we enter Antar's solar system, we will have to change the
appearence of the ship.Otherwize, Kivar will have it blasted out of Antar's sky." Max nodded and then went back to Liz's
side. He had her sit in one of the recliners til her dizzy spell had passed.Jesse and Isabel sat in another set of recliners
holding each other's hand."Are you scared?" he asked Isabel swallowed hard and nodded " He suqeezed her hand "Me too."
he replied.
Kyle felt like a child on christmas. He wanted to push every button to see what they did."Max is extremely worried about
Liz." Kyle snorted in irratation Was it always gonna be like this? His power.It was so intrusive,like commercials during the
superbowl.Kyle could sense everyone's thoughts on the ship, including the little one growing inside Liz. He prefered focusing
on her.Her thoughts were simple. To grow. Whenever Max or Liz spoke,Kyle could sense a feeling of joy eminate from the
unborn child.There was somthing else...a power and it grew stronger every time Liz got a dizzy spell.Kyle was pretty sure
that Liz and Max had absolulty no idea how powerful their child would be." No wonder Kivar wanted Tess to get pregnant
with Max's baby!A child could be easily brainwashed!and with that kind of power, could be used as a weapon; a very
powerful weapon.
Ava sat in a corner, watching the display of emotions on Kyle's face.He was cute...for a human. He was nothing like Zan
even Liz could agree on that. But still, he was cute.Ava's eyes drifted to Kyle's chest. He was wearing a tight blue T shirt
that made his chest muscles stand out."Yummy!" she thought to herself. She could just imagine him without his shirt on.The
way his skin would feel on her finger tips.The way......Suddenly Kyle turned in her direction and grinned. The color drained
from Ava's face.She had forgotten about Kyle's newly aquired powers.At that momment, she wished she were outside, That
way she could find a rock to crawl under."Great!" she mumbled to herself "Nice going Ava!"
Max looked at Liz "feeling better?" Liz nodded."Liz, may i try connecting with the baby?" she smiled and nodded again.
As Max's hand approached Liz's belly a little glowing hand print press out against the skin on Liz's belly.At that momment,
Max was reminded of Zan. He hadn't really connected with him thanks to the mindwarp that Tess provided. The minute
the connection was made, he knew this little one different. No flashes or images. Just emotions.There was an awareness of
his presence, and reginistion.She regonize him! From what Max could tell she was healthy and strong. He could sense she
had powers, but not what they were. As he probed the baby's mind ,he came across what could only be described, as a mental
"cord" of some sort. Max let his mind drift to the end of the cord, and when he got there he was surprized to find, that he was
no longer in the baby's mind but, Liz's! "They are linked!" he thought to himself. When Max took his hand of Liz's belly,
he smiled up at her."Shes perfectly healthy. Liz beamed at him."The two of you are linked mentally though." "What!?" Liz
gasped.Max grasped her hands in his "Don't worry, you'll be fine."
Micheal and Maria sat close together, "Only a few minutes left, nervous?" Micheal asked " Um, lets see. I am going to
another planet. There could be loads of danger. I am meeting my fiance's parents for the first time. So, yeah I'd say i am
pretty nervous." The last part of Maria's reply took him off gaurd. He was finally going to meet, his parents. When Micheal
stepped out of the podchamber, to be left behind, he willingly left behind his entire unknown Antarian life.Now he would have
to embrace it once again.
There was a jolt and then what sounded like the start up of engines.The time had come and the granolith was preparing for
for take off. A few seconds later, there was another jolt as the ship launched into the air.When th ride smoothed out every
one loosen thier grips on their seats.Kyle, whom squeezed his eyes shut during take off, now opened them "Are we still
alive?" He asked.then suddenly jumped up "Woohoo! I'm still alive!"
Micheal got up and headed towards Serena.She busy typing in coordinates."So, we're really in space now huh?" Serena
flicked a switch and to metal panels opened, revealing the vastness of space.Everyone got up and gathered around. No
said a word. They just stared."There is no, way we are going to get to Antar in two days. Not at this speed." Micheal
stated."You're right." Serena replied "We won't.So we'll be traveling within a wormhole, to get us there in two days."
Micheal was confused "What wormhole? there are no wormholes near Earth." "I know, we're going to make one." Serena
flicked another switch and an aqua green beam shot into space. It collected into an orb in front of the ship, and then opened.
Serena stood up "O.k everyone will need to get strapped in.This is going to be a bumpy ride." When everyone was safely
strapped in, Serena launched the ship into the worm hole.
The bumpy ride eventually smoothed out, but everyone was stuck to their seats, like they were in the "roundup" at
a carnival. Two days later, they finally slowed down to a cruise.Everyone was sleeping soundly when Serena anounced
they were entering Antar's solar system. Everyone again was gathered around the windows "There she is, home sweet home".

"Wow! it's beautiful!" Isabel gasped She looked over at Max "We're home." Max joined Isabel and put an arm around her
shoulder."I never thought i'd see the day." he replied with awe.
Antar was very similar to Earth. In shape and size. but rather than blue oceans, there were multiple shades of red.
.The clouds were a pale shade of purple.The land appeared as a pale tan.These pale colors gave the planet a delicate
appearence.Orbiting the planet was two moons one three times bigger than the other.Both were pink. "I never imagined
it was so beautiful!" Liz said walking up to Max's side." You would never guess there was a war going on."
