Storyline: Ok, set early season 3. Alex didn't actually die, the FBI just wanted people to think that. He actually just went into a deep coma, the "ghost" people would see was kind of like an astral projection he was sending out.
When the gang is getting ready for their senior year and Isabel is newly married and all, Alex wakes up. He has few memories, and the FBI let him go, because he couldn't remember the information they wanted. He's weaker in body, but stronger in mind. Tess using his brain so much made him able to use his brain for things he never thought possible.
He returns to Roswell, and gets put back into the school system. Maria and Liz one day are walking down the hall and see him and think it's just a ghost but when he bumps into them and just keeps walking they discover it's not and that he's really there.
They tell everyone else and they have to find Alex, who's under a new assumed name, and fill him in on his forgotten past, and try to discover the truths that they thought were buried with him.

Serena Rogers: Serena is very smart girl who is very much into science. She likes hanging out sometimes but when it comes to school work she is very serious about it. One day Kyle Valenti notices her, blonde hair, blue eyes, about 5'6 and decides that he likes her and they kind of date here and there.
Grace Malone: Grace is the shy independant type. She doesn't date much but has dated a couple of guys from her classes. She has brown hair and green eyes. Her and Alex will have English together. They have an attraction but both are nervous about getting into a new relationship.
