Does anyone know what happened to Desert Dwellers fanfic site?

Just another fic site that died. One thing you can do to recover parts of it is use The Wayback Machine.

The web archive stashes away a LOT of stuff. I've used it to recover dead fic sites in other fandoms. In fact I messed around with Desert Dwellers tonight and managed to recover stuff from the good old days when Jessi ran it.

Thanks for the info, it's always sad when fic sites bite the dust. There were some great fics on there, hopefully there still out there on the web somewhere.

http://www.fanfiction.net/u/34823/jessifanfic unfortantly it only has her (brilliant) fanfic "Secret Lives" (Buffy/Roswell xover) on it. I'm not sure if she was the same owner but I do seem to remember back in the day when fanfic.net still alloud website urls it linked to the url.
