Robin's Paint Shop is a site that not only has its own tutorials, etc. for Paint Shop Pro, but also has a huge index of links to *other* sites with tutorials and other resources. It's awesome!

I was wondering if there was a way to clean up the edges on this banner. I used a transparent background but it makes the edges rough.
