You gotta import them.

Open PSP8. Go to file - Import - Custom Brush. Then do it from there. If you need any help with doing it just ask, also, I think someone asked this before on the question and answer thread, and I'm pretty sure I left step by step instructions there. that might help you

Hey Ella. I don't know if you still need an answer but I have one I just got PSP8 yesterday as a christmas pressie so i was completely stumped by this one lol. But i worked it out eventually. Go to File- Import- Custom Brushes. Then just import them all in Hope that helps a bit!
