Anita Blake novels are written by Laurell K. Hamilton and I say it is a good line of novels she has out even though the last 2 weren't that great to me atleast. Laurell also writes a Merry Gentry series which I love and they are out in paperback right now. Hope that helped Earth2Mama.

Well I did love Laurell K. Hamilton but her last 2 books have kind have gone down. They seem more like porn without plot stories especially her last book. Out of all the vampire writers that I have read so far, I would have to say Laurell K. Hamilton and Mary Janice Davidson are the best.
