Michael "Oh NO!" I mock-yell as she hugs me, getting all the flour back on me. I have to say though, the hug certainly made the flour worth it, and it made it even better when she didn't let go right away. I just stand there, smiling, liking the way it felt to have her arms around my waist...

I thought for a minute, trying to figure it out. "I think it's two...or three. We could put two and a half?" I walked over and grabbed a bowl from the high shelf. "We also need flour and sugar and butter, right?"

"Ooh. I want to make one! I haven't done that since...well, never." The smile on my face was so large it hurt. "Have you ever made a cake before? What do you do?"

Michael

"Well, actually, I've been craving cake of some kind. I don't care what it is made of." I grinned at her. "How about you, milady," I said, pretending to be all regal.
