I nod. "Okay." I say dully, not really caring at this point

"Fine Max. When Maria threw me into the wall I got hurt but I was more concerned about everyone else at the time I didn't really care." I reply

*Tess*

I look up at Max and shake my head. "No. Liz is gone and...and when I tried to contact her she just wanted to be left alone." I say, not bothering to tell him how bad I hurt from earlier

*Tess*

I sit up and look at Max in surprise, the tears still making their way down my cheeks. "Hi Max." I whisper softly, through my sobs

I sit up fast, nearly crying out when my body protests from my battle earlier. Okay Liz...I know you....need time....you know how to get ahold of me." I say

After that I collapse back onto the bed tears streaming down my cheeks

I raise an eyebrow in confusion.

"Liz. What's going on?" I ask

I roll over and stare up at the ceiling in confusion. I must have fallen asleep. The house is fairly quiet. "Where is everyone?" I mumble and reach out with my mind.
