'Great idea - meet me in the parking lot, we shouldn't leave together.'
I happy smile spreads across my face and I even tune out Brad's annoying whispers...yayy...my first outing with my boyfriend.
I wait impatiently for the period to get over,carefully avoiding Alex when I walk out of the classroom along with a few of the other girls.ON my way out I make a stop at the girls restroom and check myself in the mirror...everything's in place.
With quick strides I walk out of the building,feeling nervous and excited...this is the first time I am bunking...if someone catches us I am going to be dead meat...mom will never let me see Alex for as long as I am living under her roof.
I reach the parking lot and spot Alex sitting in his car,"Hey you...so where's you taking me?" I ask as I slide in to the seat

As soon as the period ends, I rush out of the room, heading in the total opposite direction of Isabel. Brad tries to stop me to get a play by play of my supposed night spent with Isabel, but I brush him off and pretend I'm heading out to the quad, but I make a beeline to the parking lot. I've only skipped school once, so I'm a bit freaked, but I make it to the lot okay.
Once I'm at my car, I check my hair in the mirror and sit back, smiling. This is gonna be the first time Isabel and I are doing anything together as a couple. Where should we go?
As if mirroring my thoughts, Isabel hops into my car quickly and smiles. "Hey you...so where's you taking me?"
"Hey Iz," I say with a grin, starting the car. "Anywhere in particular you want to go?"

When Isabel mentions Frasier woods, an idea pops into my head. We could have a picnic. And we wouldn't run into any parents there, that's for sure.
"Great idea. Let me just stop somewhere first." We drive for a few minutes and I stop at a grocery store, picking up some food an da cheap blanket. Stuffing them in the trunk, I drive again until we get to the woods.
"Okay, so you lead the way," I tell her, smiling as I grab the bag of stuff and place it behind my back.

"Okay, so you lead the way." he says with a grin on his face that wamrs my heart.He looks so excited and so cute when he's like this,not that he isn't cute at other times...hell he's yummy all the time.
Slipping out of the car I smile at him,"Okay." I walk rather quickly,remembering the path with surprising ease.
"Here we are." I turn when I reach the stream and see him carrying a bulky pack in his arms,"What's that?" I ask pointing at it

I feel like a kid again who's at a big birthday party,I want to clap my hands in glee,this is so thoughtful of him,typical Alex.
Closing the distance between us I wrap my arms loosely around his neck and look up at him with what I am sure is an adoring look plastered on my face,"Anyone ever told you that you are the bestest boyfriend and best friend rolled in one?"

Isabel smiles broadly, and looks down at everything before walking over to me and wrapping her arms around my neck.
"Anyone ever told you that you are the bestest boyfriend and best friend rolled in one?"
Smiling at her, I kiss her briefly on the lips before replying. "I'm glad you wanted to come out here today. This is so much more fun than school."

He kisses me gently and I enjoy the moment for what its worth,everything is peaceful,no one to disturb us,it's almost as though we are the only two people existing in the world right now.
"I'm glad you wanted to come out here today. This is so much more fun than school." he says with a smile
I let go of him and sit down on the blanket,taking off my boots and getting comfortable,"I wasn't too sure at first...since I have never skipped school before but there's no place I'd rather be right now than here with you."
Lying back with my hands behind my head I sigh in happiness,"This morning I was sure that I was going to have the worst day ever...now though I think I am ready to take whatever punishment mom throws at me." I chuckle softly when I picture what my mother's face would look like if she knew where I was right now
