Moderation Question

How long, if there is a set min, do we have to be a member of the board before our new posts and replies don't have to be moderated and can just be posted automatically? The same goes for being able to PM.

It's not actually length of time, but number of approved posts. I think you have to get up to ten and then you're free to do as you wish.
