The board was updated with a brand new, fresh install recently. This shouldn't affect anything as the database is still alive and kicking and seems to be functioning normally. Likely with some duct tape, Elmer's glue, and spit...but it's still chugging along.
As always, I urge you to back up your fics and/or save your favorites in case of catastrophic failure. This board was created in Oct. 2001 and the database is even older than that, so we're working with data that's 18+ years old. We should all be extremely thankful that our friends at Media Blvd continue to house our database and board FOR FREE. We should never take it for granted that this will be here forever, so make sure that anything you want to make sure you never lose is backed up and saved on your own device.
Note: The archive was lost in the refresh, but I'm looking for it now and will hopefully get it back up and running soon.

Just wondering if there's any new news on the archives? I actually have a job now and just got a new computer and am planing on getting microsoft office so I can save the stories that I want and don't have.
