I look from my friends to Micahel and back again. Should I tell him what I found? He deserves to know, but if I let him in will he run off?
Hmmmm. Choices. Choices. Okay the truth is the best policy.

"Um.. Well I found The Source in the book, the article has a vanquishing spell, but there's a catch.'."

Treading carfully I look into his eyes uneasily as I reveal my findings.

"Because true Evil like Good can neither be created nor destroyed it can only be transformed. We can kill the source, but if we do so he will only be replaced by a member of his lineage. His next in line."

Michael

Listening to Maria's words, my face falls. His next in line. Me. "But I don't want it," I say weakly, my mind trying to find a way to stop this from happening.

*Maria*

"But I don't want it," he stammers bring a nervos hand to his face.

"Don't worry. We are going to find another way. I promise."

I step closer to him. Placing my hand on his lower back.


"His death is what trigger the change. We just have to make sure we don't kill him."

The warmth of Andrew's body brings my comfort.

Something's not right here. She is dodging my questions. it must be really bad.

"No...she use to be able to....the younge carefree teenage girl...but i am no longer that girl and who i am now can't tell you."

“Well can’t you bind his power again like you just did? Or strip him of his power?” I ask.. “cause he is still the source even if he is power less right? So Michael will be ok. And I know you guys can do it so let’s get something to eat. I’m hungry.”

"Unfortunately, it's not that easy. The Source has powers we can't even dream of. Together The Power of Three can supress his powers but only for a short time. His abilties come from something older than time itself."

Chuckling at Kyle's need to fill his stomach, I flash him a slight smile,

"There's some steaks in the freezer. I say we have steak and eggs for breakfast. We are going to need our strength."

Well that sucks. I think to my self. But I put on a smile and say. “Ok then I’ll take care of the food then and you guys do that vo do that you do so well.”I chuckle at my lame joke a I head down stairs.

I watch as Kyle goes down the stairs. Turning to Michael I try to put on a happy face.

"You in for a real treat. Kyle makes the best Breakfast!"
