Roswell The Promise is not down as you might have thought, there were some issues with the domain name, so the site has moved to a new place.

Thanks for the new link Bixie,
I almost had heart failure when I couldn't get access to The Promise. It is a great site, and I love the way the authors are listed with their stories.
