MAX P.O.V
It’s Monday morning and I am still very tired.
When we got back from Liz’s place we unpacked everything which took longer then expected.
The Isabel and Alex stayed for dinner and left pretty late.
But I must admit it’s great to see a smile on Izzy’s face…
Then after they left Liz and I stayed up making love … which I might add.
Was great!!!
“Max” I hear Liz say from beside me and turn to see her waking up.
“Morning angel” I say as I kiss her sweet cheek.
“Max do you have to go?” she asks with an adorable pout and I just want to ….
“Yes sweetie I do”
“Can’t you just skip a day?”
“No, but I promise I’ll be back soon” I say and I still haven’t told her my plans of quitting.
Well here it goes.
“Baby?”
“Yeah?” she says and I continue.
“I’m quitting” I say and I see her face fall.
“What?” she says and I smile.
“I hope it’s not because of me” she says sadly and I shake my head.
“No sweetie, you see my fathers a jerk and I came up with an idea” I say and she looks at me.
“What is it?”
“I’m going to open my own firm” I say and I see a wide smile spread across her beautiful features.
“Max that’s great” she says as she jump onto my lap and places kisses all over my face.
“I know… and Alex says his going to help me” I add and her smile grows brighter.
“That’s great” she adds.
I look at the time and notice that I have to get going or I will miss the meeting and I will not have a chance to embarrass my dad.
“Well, I have to go” I say as I jump up and grab my clothes before running into the bathroom to change.
This is going to be fun…
