Umm...so...it looks like I was nominated. And for maybe the worst award to be nominated for, too. While it's nice to be missed, I feel a bit like a jackass for making anyone miss me in the first place.

So, while I'm not sure I deserve it, all of you are sweet for thinking I do, so thank you for the nomination. And I promise, those stories won't sit in dead and buried forever. I couldn't do that to them. If nothing else, the name is just too depressing. They should go to die in Whispering Pines or Shady Hollow or something. Doesn't that just sound nicer?

But seriously, thank you. I promise you'll never miss me again.

Aww it's so good to see you posting an author's note!! Does congratulations work for that kind nomination? I have no clue. But I am sure happy it got you out and posting again!!! I can't wait to read those stories when you have time to get back to them. I'll be one of the first ones in line!!!
