Part 11

This part should clear up Max and Isabel's anxiety about their trip. I am also introducing Michael and Maria by mention here then some more in the next chapter but I'm not sure if I'll use them later or even how I would fit them in. Any ideas or suggestions would be great, feel free to PM me, always love to here from you...I am not sure exactly when the next part is coming out but I know that it will continue the weekend for the four and I will get it out as soon as I finish and edit it...My internal smut muse has taken a leave from here while it worked through another story that popped in my head/hense the block for this one...So I will spend a little time getting the basics down now (to get it out of my head) to work on later. By the way it is looking, I'll have the entire story done before I can even post the intro...don't give up on this, I haven't. Please be patient...
Part 11
Friday Night…
A knock sounded at the door. She rose and opened it.
“Do you always answer the door in a sexy, reveling robe?”
“Only when I know it’s a handsome, sexy man knocking.” She said smiling at him. Liz moved out of the doorway letting Kyle enter.
“Do you mind if I hang out here for awhile? I just didn’t feel like being home…”
“Alone.” She finished his sentence, raising an eyebrow.
“Yeah.” Kyle sat on the couch and sighed. “It’s going to be a long weekend.”
“Sure is.” She said plopping down beside him on the couch. “I guess it’s movie night for us.”

Florida…
Max stood on the balcony of the penthouse looking out over the ocean, letting the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore fill his ears. He was racking his brain trying to figure out why he felt so uncomfortable being here alone with Isabel. They had flown here on Mr. Guerin’s private jet in an uneasy silence. All day he and Isabel had avoided conversation unless it was business related.
They had dinner with Michael Guerin and his wife Maria and he found the couple very friendly, entertaining even and liked them. But as soon as possible his excused himself without being rude. He needed some time alone to sort through his feelings and figure out what was going on.
What baffled him the most was that he and Isabel had attended many socials together since they met and he had never felt this way. Their brief sexual interludes at her office had not been unsettling. If fact, they felt quite normal for their relationship. Why was this trip different? Was it the different, unfamiliar setting? The distance from their other lovers? Or something more?
Isabel watched Max leaning on the rail. He was a handsome man and she felt great an attraction to him. She was honored that he was in her life, so why was she suddenly uneasy with him? When the four of them were out together, she had never felt this way, why now that they were alone?
Then a thought came crashing down on her. She didn’t know Max Evans. The man that stood before her, the man who made her wet and wanting, who could pleasure her with just a smile. Almost everything she knew about him was from what Liz and Kyle had told her. She knew herself that he was a kind, caring lover, willing to anything for them but they’d never stopped and talked. Not really talked.
“Max?” She called out softly as she stepped out onto the balcony. “Are you alright? You rushed out of dinner quickly.”
“I’m fine.” He said turning to her. One look at his face and she knew that he was not fine. Over the months, she’d learn to read his expressions and she could see that he was not fine.
“You miss Liz and Kyle.” It was a statement, rather than a question. She missed them also.
“Yes. Very much. I really hate these long, far trips.”
“Oh. Ok. Well, I’ll let you be and go on to bed then.” Isabel figured he’d want to be alone at the moment. She felt a pang of jealously at the bond he and Kyle had formed and the love he and Liz shared. At that moment she felt very much like a fourth wheel. She turned to leave but Max reached out and put his hand on her arm.
Max looked at the beautiful woman that stood in front of him. This was a woman who could tell him to jump and he’d ask how high just to please her and see her smile. But who was Isabel Ramirez? What was under that sexy, controlling demeanor that she held up when he was around? From what Liz and Kyle had told him, there was someone different in there that was loyal, sensitive and caring. He wanted to know that other woman.
“No, wait. Stay.” He managed to say.
Max took off his jacket and placed it on the back of a lounger before sitting on it. He leaned back and motioned for Isabel to join him as he loosened his tie. Isabel sat between his legs and he pulled her back against his chest.
“I have to be honest with you Isabel. I have been uneasy about this trip with you since I found out about it. I’ve thought about it a lot and I think I’ve found the answer.”
“Please tell me because I have felt much the same.”
“It’s simple really. I don’t know you Isabel. I know that you care deeply for Kyle and Liz. I know you’re a great woman and lover but I don’t know you as a person. Tell me about yourself. What is it that you like? We’ve never had this talk. Did you grow up dreaming to share your life and bed with more than one person? I know I didn’t.”
Isabel chuckled as she settled into Max. “I have come to the same conclusion about my feelings the past few days. And no, I never dreamed I’d end up in a life like this but it is pretty exciting isn’t it?”
“Most definitely.”
“Let’s see, I don’t know where to really begin. I grew up in a very strict household so when I moved away to college, I kind of went wild and explored. I met up with Kyle our freshmen year and he helped with a lot of my exploration.”
Max smiled into her hair. “I’m sure he did.” He found that he liked sitting here with Isabel in his arms and talking.
“When we met we really clicked but we both knew that we were young and had plans for our lives. We decided right off to be friends who sometimes did extracurricular activities together.”
“If only all friendships could be that way.” Max laughed as he ran his fingers through her hair.
“Well we both ended up graduating college a year early despite our taste for partying. It was Kyle who helped me get a job at the firm where I work. Since then, I’ve been busting my ass to get to where I am today. And without sleeping my way to the top.”
“Might I add that it is a very fine ass indeed.” Max could not resist kissing her slender neck that was so near his lips. “So where does Liz fit into all of this?”
“A few years ago I was promoted to a position that I needed an assistant. Liz applied and when we met we clicked, much like Kyle and I. I know Liz told you about her being hired and how close we got. But I found myself attracted to her, sexually. It took me awhile to come to terms with it but when I finally did, I enlisted Kyle’s help because I was so terrified that she’d be repulsed by my feelings and no longer work for me. Once Kyle got to know her, he told me to trust my instinct and tell her how I felt. The rest you know.”
“Kyle really has a way of knowing exactly what a person wants, doesn’t he?” Max asked.
“Yes, it is a natural talent.”
They sat in silence for a few minutes letting the sounds of the ocean flow over them. For the first time since Wednesday, both were relaxed.
“So tell me Mr. Evans.” Isabel said lightly. “Why did you accept this life style? You’ve already said that this was not what you dreamed your life to be.”
“That is correct. I had the all American dream in mind. House with a little white picket fence and such. Little did I know that I would be sharing that fence with three other people. But the simple answer to that question would be Liz.”
“She is an amazing woman. Do you love her Max?”
Without hesitation Max answered. “Yes. When I first saw her, I thought that I’d never see another woman as beautiful as her. Then I got to know her and I knew that I could not live the rest of my life without her in it. I love her more than life Isabel. She completes my soul.”
Max noticed how still and quiet Isabel got as he spoke of Liz. He ran his fingers down her cheek feeling her smooth skin then turned her head to face him.
“I love her but I won’t take her from you or Kyle. You two are a large part of who she is. I love how she has enough love and heart to share it with all of us. I have also come to care for you and Kyle deeply and could not bare to see my life without either of you.”
Before Isabel could say anything Max continued. “You both have made my life more than I could have ever imagined it to be and love you for it. Thank you for accepting me and my love. And now I have my chance to spend three beautiful days in Florida with you, getting to know the real Isabel Ramirez. Of course I like my commanding Mistress as well. I hope she doesn’t decide to leave anytime soon.” He said smiling.
Isabel smiled back at Max. “I can see why Liz has fallen head over heels in love with you because I have grown to love you too.”
She leaned over and gave Max a gentle loving kiss. “If we’ve got to be stuck here together on business, let’s make the best of this.” She asked as she got up and heading inside. “Oh, Max. What I like? Is my man ready and naked. And don’t worry about your Mistress leaving anytime soon; she’ll always be there when you want her. Ready for bed?”
“Mine or yours?” Max asked chuckling as he followed her inside leaving a trail of his clothing behind him.
