Part 23 Three months later

Max had just sat down in a booth in the Crashdown when Serena slid in across from him her antenna bobbing up and down.

"So a week from Saturday is Liz's sixteenth birthday."

"My mom is going to give her a small party. You know just her close friends."
"I plan to be there."

"Yeah he does. Liz told Maria and me the reason she pushed us away was because he wanted her to bring us to him."
"Well Liz is a very caring person. You know she loves you."

Liz paced in the office of Julia Lopez the assistant district attorney that was in charge of the case against her stepfather.

"Liz, I know this is hard for you. But we need to make sure we have this straight." Said Ms. Lopez
"I know Ms. Lopez. It is very hard for me to talk about." Said Liz
"Liz, do you want to risk him doing this to some other girl?"
"No."
"The trial starts on Monday. Miss Peters coming forward and admitting what he did to her." Said Ms. Lopez
"I wasn't surprised when she admitted to me what happened."
"Yes but seven years is a long time. It would have been better if she had said something back then. But the fact that she was underage and has a daughter is helpful."
"Ms. Lopez, if he is found guilty how long will he be in prison?" Asked Liz
"At least twenty five years. Liz, no matter what he will never hurt you again."
"I hope that you are right."

After they finished Sarah drove Liz home and could tell that she was nervous about something.

"What's wrong Liz?"
"What if he gets off some how?"
"Liz, honey there are a lot of people who care about you. None of us are going to let him near you. Trust me when I tell you this. Men like Richard Carter always get what is coming to them."

Yeah well Richard might not get to me again. But Sean is still on the lose and he wants nothing more then to force me to have sex with him.

Sean watched as Liz got out of the car and headed into the house with Sarah Kent. He already had his plan set for when he would take what was promised him. A week from Saturday he would teach her for ruining his Uncle's life. He would break into her room that night and have a good ride on the slut. He took off to go find Tess to see if she needed a fuck as much as he did.

Great Chapter!!!! Please please please please please please please please please come back and post more really really really really soon? I can't wait to read what will happen next for Max and Liz. I think the present Max got Liz is very sweet and kind. I'm glad Max and Serena are talking. Oh so Max got to sit close and put his arms around Liz. That is great. Liz told Max that she is trusting him. I'm glad that Liz and Kimberly are going to put Richard Carter away. I hope that the judge will keep Richard away for Liz and Kimberly for longer then 25 years. Oh No Sean is going to try and get Liz on her birthday. Someone needs to be with Liz so Sean can't hurt Liz. I'm really really wanting someone to catch Sean and Tess and put them in jail for trying to hurt Liz. Liz is going to need her friends now more then ever with the court day coming up and her birthday. All I am going to say about Sean, Tess and Richard is they need to go to prison for life then rot in hell for hurting Liz.

What's a rat! The only thing that can makes Sean understand what he wants to do is a crime, is for him to undergo the same treatment, but from a man!

I hope that Sean hasn't tried anything with Liz in these last three months, since she is so sure that he will hurt her. But maybe the others have just told Liz about Sean's plans...

Part 24

Liz, laid in bed as she heard the heavy footsteps come closer to her room. She hated her stepfather. She was bearly fifteen. Not that her birthday had been very happy a month ago. Richard didn't care he spent the night touching her in away he shouldn't have. Forced her to give him oral sex and laughed at her when she had choked on his seman. Her heart raced hoping that he would just go past her room and down the hall to pass out in his own bed. But that didn't happen. Her door opened and he came in wearing only a pair of boxers. He walked right to the bed grabbed her roughly and ripped her T-shirt and pajama pants from her. He then reached for her underwear and ripped that off her. He pushed her legs apart as he done so many times in the past year and pushed his fingers into her pumping them in and out of her. After a few minutes he stopped and removed his boxers. He had her rub her hand up and down his member until it was hard and stiff. Then instead of making her suck on it like in the past. He moved up her body and placed his lips next to her ear. His breath reeked of booze and cigarettes.

Serena gave Liz a hug and kissed the top of her friends head.

Kimberly watched her daughter sleep. While she hated the man that had stolen her virginity from her she never could hate her daughter. This little girl gave her something that not even that evil man could destroy. Her only regret was that she hadn't gone to the sheriff back then. But the past couldn't be changed. While she had gone to support groups from time to time. She never really fully dealt with what happened to her. But she knew that Liz was in therapy and went to support group meetings every week. It was helping the younger girl. She smiled when she remembered seeing Liz hug that cute dark haired boy the bother day in the Crashdown. She wanted to find someone that she could care for like Liz did for him.

"Liz, you don't know how lucky you are to have Max in your life. You might not see it but that boy loves you. He knows what happened to you and still loves you."

He stood outside the small apartment building. Seven years ago the girl he had been in love with had left town. She returned not long ago with a little girl. Her daughter. He knew that much. He knew he had to go. Get back on patrol. He had a job to do. Helping to keep low life scumbags like Richard Carter didn't hurt good people like Kimberly and Liz. He knew that Sean Carter was up to something, just needed to prove it. He would bet anything that little hussy Tess Harding was in on it too. But for now he would watch and protect the good people of Roswell.
