I look at her.
I can't wait until the day I ask Liz to marry me. I want her to be mine and have my children. I want to make her as happy as she makes me.

I give her a small smile. "I know you can do it Liz...I know you can." I tell her. I step towards her and hold her in my arms. "I know things are...strange at the moment...but I believe in you. I do" I tell her.

I sit down next to her. "But Im going to be around you as much as I can, and I promise you that we will sort this. I know we can get through this together. I love you Liz. Theres nothing we cant handle" I say as I put my arm around her.

I rested my head on his shoulder, " I know Max...I know...I just hate no being with you all the time. Because you can't sleep over at my house all the time, I mean without someone being suspicous of us, or looking over our shoulders. The only one who will be suportive will be Nasedo. And I don't want anything to do with him."

I hold her. "I know sweetie. I know" I say quietly. "You have no idea of the hell I go through when your not around....summer was just...I never want that to happen again. I love you, and I promise we'll make this work" I tell her kissing her cheek.

I wandered around school for a while, thinking about all the freaky things that had been going on these past few days. First Michael got Max-like - he took everything on his own shoulders - and decided he was going to leave. Then I got this weird dream and suddenly I knew something bad was going to happen to him. And now the skins were trying to kidnap my boyfriend and make him king. Go figure.
I saw the object of my thoughts sitting at a lunch table looking broody, so I walked up behind him. I put my hands over his eyes, lean down to his ear, and whispered "Guess who?" in a throaty voice.

What am I going to do?
All I want is to hold Maria...and her to tell me it will all be ok. And me to kiss her and...
Some mad skins are after me.
Not Max, not Liz....me.
And I have to fight them...alone.
And Im sitting here, in Roswell...waiting for them to find me.
And getting Maria in danger.
Suddenly soft hands are covering my eyes.
"Guess who?" someone whispers in my ear.
"Santa?" I said jokingly.

I laughed, uncovered his eyes, and moved to sit on his lap. "Well, if that is the case, I've got a big present for you..." I said coyly, kissing him. He responded and I let it go on for a few moments before pulling away. "So, How--" I laughed as he tried to kiss me again. I gave him a quick peck, and then continued what I was saying. "are you today? No... bad things going on in here?" I asked, tapping his head.
