Thats Liz for you. Shes skips the freaking part and goes right to accessing the problem. Which is one of the things I love about her. Besides it wouldn't do us any good to have two Charmed ones hyperventilating.

"Okay um The healer's name is Max. He is the mysterious one with the amber eyes and soft smile. When he did it I felt a slight tingle ,but that was it. And as for Michael I don't know Chica."

I try to expalin my conflicting feelings as best i can.

"It's like I'm great at reading energy. i'm an empath it's waht I do, and I know that Max is good. There is no confusion in his heart. Pure through and through best I could tell, but Michael. He sets me off balance. I see both good and bad battling inside of him. Neither one triumphing over the other."

I tell her the only thing I know for sure,

"We can't vanquish him Lizzie. He's part human. That means he's an innocent, and I have the sinking feeling if Sebastion (The source of all evil) finds him he'll destroy us all."

Okay that was heavy, trying to lighten the mood I laugh,

"Plus Michael has a really cute butt. Wouldn't want to go destroying that. Now would we?"

"Shit!it's cold Alex.Not sure this was such a good idea." I said laughing

I never cease to amaze myself,here I am the ice making demon queen from hell and I hate cold water

I suddenly get an idea. Without warning i pick Isabel up. Making sure we are deap enough so she won't hit her head i throw her in the water.

"Hows that for cold."

Without warning he picked me up and threw me headlong into the water.I came up coughing and spluttering You're lucky I am not icing you right now buster

"Alex...you're a dead man!" I yelled as I lunged at him and pulled at his legs so that he lost balance

Before i know whats happening i am being pulled under water. Coming up for air i grab isabel so we both go under.

Isabel

I grabbed Alex by his shoulders as he pulled me under,sure has a lot of nerve

As we came up I slapped his shoulder with my free hand while I held on to his waist with the other "Alex you're such a jerk." I said trying to sound serious but not doing a good job of it

what's it about this guy that has me losing my focus?this is not good...so not good

"Oh good excuse wise guy" I retort sarcastically

I realised that I was very close to him,our bodies were nearly touching and it disturbed me,I wasn't used to feeling vulnerable to any man

I step off the bus and look around at my childhood home. Wow, it looks exactly the same. Not much has changed. Nt that I really expected it to. Things always eeem to be in freeze frame here. Which is one of the things I love and hate about this town. Well I've changed thats for certain. No longer am I the scrawny guy who fell in love with the girl next dor only to have her crush his heart. No. Now I'm.. Well, as soon as i figure it out I'll let you know.

Well, there is one new development. A shop a few feet away. It appears to be a plant shop? Um Okay so was there an shortage on greens since I left. It's only when I draw closer that I se the candles and innsense. oh must be a new agey shop. I stop cold in my tracks when i hear a familar laughter. Opening the door to the shop, I let out a soft whisper,

"Beyonka?"

"Oh good excuse wise guy"

I feel Isabel tense up. I look at her concerned. She looks uncomfortable. Putting some space between us i say "Want to get something to eat?"
