Here's a link to a story where it was Alex that was taken by the FBI and thrown in the WhiteRoom instead of Max.And now Isabel and the others have to get him out.

Also here is a reverse story where Isabel(still an alien but a subject not hardly mentioned in the story) is the uncool geeky girl and Alex(no longer friends with Liz and Maria) is the coolest guy in school.I loved this one
