"Yeah, Harry, very funny," I mutter darkly, thinking about herbology again. And there might be Slytherins in the class. Lets just hope 'ferret' isn't there. "You're bloody hilarious." My stomach grumbles loudly, and I turn to Hermione, lesson problems forgotten.
"Come on, let's go. 'Mione, you aren't carrying all those books down to the table are you? You're going to kill yourself. Harry and I'll carry them if you want," I offer, smiling at her.
I turn to Harry, the grin still on my face as I eye the tremendous pile of books. "Won't we, Harry?"

I look back at her books....god there must be three for each of her classes...let alone the ones for today...
I go over to and carefully take half of them off her.

I try to balance myself...how the hell does she manage with that lot!!!
"Can we go now?" I say. "Because Im starting to wonder if Ron's stomach can growl much louder. It won't be too long before he eats us all!"
I sigh. "Yeah we will..."
I look back at her books....god there must be three for each of her classes...let alone the ones for today...

"Off to Herbology," I grin at Michael when breakfast is done and I start gathering my books. Immediately I regret my grin. Michael is going to raz me about being so glad about going to class. Well, I am glad. I like going to school here and I like the classes. Right now, everything is new and I'm not worried about any tests or anything. Why shouldn't I be glad to be starting? ... It doesn't have to have anything to do with any fifth-year girl, does it?

Arianna isn't very forthcoming about what just happened. She's maintaining the same 'mis-understanding' fiction that she just gave Snape. I know it's more than that, but that doesn't mean it's bad. Still, I am very interested in this girl and I'd love to know more about her.
I did get off a few words to her friend about sticking with her own house, even if it is a loose connection. She might have a tough time being friends with anyone here as long as she's associated with Griffendor. ... I wonder if that was why they were split that way? Is this some plot by old Dumbledor to get Slytherin and Griffendor closer since these two are connected? If so, it's stupid. We have brother and sister pairs split between these two house and that doesn't change anything. Look at Isabel and Max Evans!
It doesn't matter, I suppose. I gather up my things as breakfast ends, wishing I had enough time to meet with Snape privately, but we have herbology next so we have to go all the way out to the greenhouses. There's no time to go up to Snape's office just now, especially as he has a class, too. But I'll be sure to see him before the end of the day... maybe I can get a moment with him after Potions...
"Let's go, Arianna," I tell her with a cool smile. "I'll show you where the greenhouses are for our herbology class."

Then I take a look at my watch. "We have to hurry," I tell them, and by the time I hit the great hall, I have just enough time to grab a scone for each of us before the food starts to disappear from the tables.
"Great," I mutter, holding out a scone to Harry and Hermione. "We're a bit late." Attempting to shift Hermione's books, I check my watch again, and nearly fall over.
"We need to get to Herbology," I continue reluctantly, before taking a large bite from the scone. "C'mon"

"Oh, great!" I say, happily as Liz announces she has Herbology first. "We're in a class together." Grinning widely, I grab some toast off the table and manage to eat it quickly as I scan Liz's schedule. "We might have a couple classes together actually," I continue, glancing from hers to mine.
"We're gonna have so much fun this year, I know it!" Nearly bouncing up, I look at the clock and then grab another piece of toast.
"Liz, we've got to go! Don't want to be late. I can't wait to see what Sprout has planned for us!" I babble on, grabbing Liz's arm to pull her up. "Off to Herbology we go!"
My mom always says that I'm not a morning person, I'm just an all around bubbly person. I suppose she's right. Liz and I are total opposites. I mean, I talk all the time, and she hardly talks at all.
As we get up, I notice she had been glancing over at another table. Following her gaze, I see Max and his annoying friend Michael. "Who you staring at?" I ask her with a smirk, pulling her once again towards the entrance hall.

"Oh, great!" Maria said very cheerful while looking over my schedule, “We're in a class together. We might have a couple classes together actually," I nod. I didn’t really know what to say when Maria was in her bubbling mood. But I like that about her, that’s what makes her so special. She can always put a smile on your face with her personality.
"We're gonna have so much fun this year, I know it!" She said being more perky than ever. Your probably wondering how Maria and I ever became best friend. I really don’t know, but I do know is that it was faith. It was Maria and I faith to be best friend. Oh yea I’m a big believer in karma. I look at Maria as she take some toast and start chewing it down. I really not a morning person when comes to eating first meal of the day. But I know I should eat something. It just when I think about food it makes my stomach turn.

Maria always loves Herbology. It always amazes her it also amaze me as well. But then again every subject interests me. I love learning new things.
As I walk with Maria I looked at Max’s table. I wonder if has Herbology as well and if he going to be shy? He is a nice guy I guess, but I barely know him, "Who you staring at?"
