I didn't really like "Sweet home Alabama". It is not really catchy or deeply romantic. It's not ispiring. I like Reesse Witherspoon but I don't think this was her finest movie. At the end of the movie I didn't feel impressed or moved, I had a "So what?" attitude. But I am open minded about things and would be interested to see this movie with similar storyline, with Shiri as a main role.

Does anyone know if it's intended to be released over here, cos I really wanna see it!!

Thanks :D
If you have a multi-region dvd player try this:

http://www.playusa.com/DVD/Region_1/3-/ ... oduct.html

They are a great site for no-hassle region 1 DVD's :). Even if you do not have a multi-regional player it might be worth a try. Mine is not multi-region (and the cheapest of the cheap) and region 1 DVD's play fine on it :?

It's always nice to watch a Shiri film. She's delightful to see on the screen. I'm glad that she's going in this direction in her career.

Everything you want is nothing like Sweet Home Alabama, except for the love triangle thing....

Slayer's beau is still Killing
Posted by Clint Morris on January 31, 2006

Former "Buffy, the Vampire Slayer" star Marc Blucas has won his first
starring role.

Blucas – who left the series just before it started descending down
the cylinder – will topline director Gideon Raff's "The Killing
Floor", from executive producers Doug Liman and Avi Arad, a
contemporary thriller set in the high-stakes world of Manhattan.

Blucas plays David, a chap who moves into a coveted 3-story penthouse
apartment, and begins receiving violent crime scene photographs that
appear to have taken place in the apartment, followed by stalker
videotapes of his every movement. Despite the involvement of NYPD
Detective Soll, an affair with his ravishing neighbor, Audrey and the
assurances of his assistant, Rebecca, David begins to lose his mind.

We can also reveal that "Roswell" babe Shiri Appleby has also won a
role in this film.
