"What's the matter with her?" I ask Maria
For some reason this woman reminds me of Jasmine,the same dark hair,beautiful eyes
I had seen her down below but that was just a brief glance,not enough to notice her features
"Maybe I can help."

"I didn't find out about the baby till after you left. Nor did I know something was wrong with Tess. Had I known all of this when you were there I would have told you."
I look up at the figure...she brushes her hadn through my hair...
"Please..Liz. Magic is not bad. It's what makes us special. We are Charmed. The Powers that Be gave us these powers to do good in the world, but I can't. Not without you. Trust me I know all too well how tempting te dark side can be, but you have to fight it. I'll help you. Just like you helped me."
My breathing quickens and I scream "NO! NO MAGIC!"
I scurry into the corner of the room.
"Magic screws everything, Liz screws everything. All magic bad. No magic for Liz!"
I rock again.
"No magic!...No magic!...Max doesn't love me....No magic!"

*Maria*

"What's the matter with her?" He asks his voice low.

Okay, so i know I don't like this guy, because obviously he wants to hurt my best friend, but...

I dunno. There's something about the way he looks at Liz. Maybe he's not all bad. Of course that doesn't mean I'm going to just trust him automatically. Trust is earned. i'm sure he understands that.


"Maybe I can help." he offer.

"I may have an idea, but I'll need someone to hold her."
I say through warm tears.

Remus

"Sure" I say as I head further into the room,dumping my bag onto the sofa and heaidng over to the bed
Gently I hold the young woman's arms "Did I hear you call her Liz?" I see Maria nod her head in agreement
"Hey Liz" I say softly "It's going to be okay...your sis here is a miracle worker."
Okay so I am talking through my hat,babbling some might call it but what else can I say to reassure her
"We'll take care of you."

"Hey Liz"
I look up...the guy is standing over me...
"It's going to be okay...your sis here is a miracle worker."
"Imagination...not here...your not here" I mutter.
"We'll take care of you."
"No....no magic for Liz!....Liz doesnt need help....wants voices to stop...want it all to stop.....Max doesn't love me....I hate magic and I hate me!"

"Nonsense...how can you hate yourself!!!You're intelligent,the most powerful wiccan alive and possibly the most beautiful woman I've ever seen." I say sincerely
'aside from Caly' I add silently

I look up at the dark haired man and pointedly say "Your mad too."

The urge to laugh surfaces in me but I supress it quickly "Then we'll be mad together...you will not be alone." I say smiling at her

*Maria*

His words seem to calm her and for that I am thankful. He holds her in the sweetest away. Instantly I feel reassured that I can do this. I have to. This may be the only way to reach her.

"We'll take care of you." Maybe it's the we that surprised me. Why was he being so nice?

"No....no magic for Liz!....Liz doesnt need help....wants voices to stop...want it all to stop.....Max doesn't love me....I hate magic and I hate me!"

Then she starts to freak again. no! I can't lose her.

I turn to Alex who looks petrified. I whisper in his ear telling him to hand me his knife. He complies without a word. Being careful so that she doesn't see it I go to the edge of the bed and kneel down in front of my sister. My hero.

"Liz, I need you to do something for me. Remember Graduation night?When I loaded up all my stuff and was going to New York City to be a singer. Think back to that night. You started crying and said that you was afraid you'd never see me again, and do you remember what I said?" I pause letting her memory come back.

"I told you that we were going to grow old together. That we would be those old ladies who never got married and had a bunch of cats. We have always done everything together. I said that we'd probably even die on the same day. Then I cut my palm and you cut yours. Our hands met and we were blood sisters."

Taking the knife in my other hand I slice my hand wincing only for a second. Then before she can stop me I grasp her glass shattered hand.

" Deuca Blood. Our blood." I tell her reminding her who she is in this family. Who she is to me.

Remus

That's harsh...cutting her hand without warning,Maria grasps her sister's hand.I can't help but feel bad for Liz,she's obviously been through some trauma

What the hell have I gotten myself into?Here I thought Roswell would be a small quiet town that would keep the bounty hunters off my back

Instead I find myself surrounded by love triangles,The Charmed Ones as well as Sebastian,not to mention that psychotic assassin Charlotte who will be after me now,for busting her knee

Thank God...did I just thank God??? for Caly and Michael
