Liz looks like she's about to say something when her phone rings. I watch her face as she looks at the display and then lights up like a Christmas tree. Interesting. I've never seen her smile so big, especially about a phone call. I know it's not her dad on the other end of that line.

Grinning at her, I ask, "That wouldn't happen to be a certain dark haired friend of ours is it?"

I am about to ask Kyle for more details when my phone rings. Looking down at the display, I can't help but smile when I see that it's Max. Kyle teases me about who it is and I slap him playfully as I hit the talk button. "Hey, doc, where are you?" I ask happily. Kyle starts batting his eyes and making kissy faces and I bite back a giggle and swat at him, with him dodging me easily.

Alex

"You're purposely trying to annoy me aren't you?"

I lean slightly into her hand when she carresses my cheek, smiling slightly.

"I wouldn't dream of doing that." I tell, tilting my head back so I can look at her even though that meant my face wasn't in contact with her hand anymore. "But earlier, it almost sounded like you were complaining about me constantly trying to kiss you so ... I dont wanna suffocate you or anything."

Isabel

"Alex!!!" I exclaim in annoyance "What are you talking about?I don't remember making any such complaint...if I did I must have been joking.You're not suffocating."

Picking up his hand I press a kiss to his palm,"I think I am falling in love with you Alex."

Alex

I smile gently at that. I didn't really think I was but ... it is always good to hear that said out loud. Guess I'm still a bit shaken up by everything that happened today. I'm about to make some funny comment when Isabel takes my hand, softly kissing it.

"I think I am falling in love with Alex."

I blink at her in surprise. Did I hear that right or did I maybe fall down the wheel and am now in a coma or after life? I hope this isn't some cruel joke but how could she love me? I mean ... I am just ... well, me. She can do so much better than me after all.

"You are what?"

Isabel

"You are what?" I hear the shock in his voice clearly and I bite my lip,mentally slapping myself for making such a declaration so early in our relationship

"I said I think I am falling in love with you." I tell him in a voice that belies my agitation but I add hastily "You don't have to say anything.I just said that because that is how I feel."

Great! I am such a dumbass.Nothing will make a guy run faster than a girl who says she's in love with him,one week in to their relationship

Alex

Oh no, she's thinks I'm panicked or worried that she'd become clingy or something. Great, so not what is going on!

"Isabel." I say softly, cupping her face in my hands. "I was just surprised to hear you say that. I knew you liked me, I am just surprised how much ... I honestly didn't expect that. You have no idea how happy I'm to know you feel like this and ..."

"... I'm falling in love with you too." With that I lean and kiss her slowly, wanting to make her realize that I mean.

Isabel

"...You have no idea how happy I'm to know you feel like this and ..."
Oh thank God! "... I'm falling in love with you too." WHAT!?!
When we kiss it's soft and tender and full of emotion.The perfect kiss to suit the occasion I suppose,since we both just declared our feelings for each other.
Placing both my hands on either side of his neck I smile against his lips,"I was worried there for a moment...I thought you were going to jump out of this seat."
Blushing,I look down for a second,I have never told another guy that I was falling for him.Yes,I've been in lust but never in love and the two combined is a heady feeling.
"I hope this evening passes quickly." I murmur against his lips once more before kissing him,running my tongue along his lower lip

Alex

"I was worried there for a moment...I thought you were going to jump out of this seat."

I smile back at Isabel, enjoying the feel of her breathe on my face. "No chance, you won't get rid of me that easily." I tell her softly, feeling like I could do a little happy dance. She loves me! Okay, not yet but she's on her way there -yeah!

"I hope this evening passes quickly." Isabel says before softly kissing me. I'm momentary confused, thinking she wants to get away from me before I get her meaning. She means 'this evening' as in 'our time at the carnival'! Oh!

Moaning both at the thought at what's probably going to happen later this night and at the feel of Isabel's tongue, I open my mouth, letting my tongue duel with hers.

One of my hands tangles in her hair while the other moves down to her waist, wanting to be as close to Iz as possible. "Well, I certainly won't mind if this moment doesn't end too soon." I tell her after we break apart, gasping for air.

Isabel

Grinning shyly...I have no clue why I am feeling shy,I take a deep breath to steady try and steady my heartbeat,"There'll be many more moments tonight...I promise." I whisper against his ear and notice that the ride is coming to a stop,"Looks like we have to get off." I tell him as our seat reaches the ground "We should go look for the others now."

Alex

"If you say so." I manage to get out after swallowing, my throat suddenly very dry.

"We should go look for the others now." Isabel comments as our ride's over. Stepping out, I hold her hand as we move away from the ferris wheel before moving my arm around her shoulders again, wanting her to be as close as possible.

"Sure, lets go." I say, once again pressing a kiss against her temple. Glancing back at the ferris wheel, I turn my attention back to Isabel with a grin, "I like this ferris wheel, it now holds many fond memories."
