hey everyone i want to think everyone for staying with this story. My grandmother is in a nurisng home now and getting better. In this chapter we'll have the big show down between Kivar and Max. Someone will die. well on with the story.


Chapter 21


Over the next few days they worked around the clock and came up with a great plan. Well at least the best they could come up with in 3 days. They found out they as long as they work as a team everthing seamed to fall together. The plan Whitiker thought was going to happen was they would leave around noon and she would jsut drive them out to Kivar, there they would join together and kill Kivar. What was going to happen was at breakfast Ava was going to put a mind warp into her head and make her see her plan. What really was happening was Marcus was going to be in her car. Max, Liz, Ava, and Kyle were going to follow her in a SUV. The other four went to the compond. Once Liz gave them the signal they would go and get Serena. Once she was safe Kivar and Tess would die. The night before Liz dream walked Serena. SHe got in and went straight to her. Serena ran to her crying.

"I thought you were dead." The little girl said.

"Now princess why would you believe that?"

"You didn't come back and i got scared."

"Oh no, I'm sorry. We're going to get you out tomorrow and I have to get everything perfect." At this Serenas eyes lite up.

"Tomorrow?"

"Yeah, Rath and Xander will come and get you. So will Maggs and Vi."

"Not you?" She looked sad. Liz raised her face.

"No, Zan and I are going to deal with the evil man and lady; but we'll met you at the house. You have your own room. Plus gifts."

"Really? Yay."

"You have to be good. No one can know okay. its a secert."

" I promise. I have to go. I love you.'

"I love you." The next morning went off without a hitch. As they pulled up to were Kivar was Max gripped Liz's hand tighter.

("I love you forever.")

"Forever." As they all got out Liz could see the anger on Kivars face.

"I said the whole family not half!"

"What are you taking about I brought you all of them." Kivar just staired at her.

"You stupid- they mindwarped you, but I have to ask why. What does this do to help them." He turned to the teens. Liz had already told Michael to go.

"Hello to you too, Kivar." Max said.

"So its Max now is it. Can't say its any better then your old name but it won't be yours long."

"It's King Zan and you know one of your biggest problems is your ego. See I dont see how you expect to win. Theres more of us then you."

"Please, you think this is all I have you have got to be dumb. See the others are pertecting something very importent. Serena, Leia's little sister." Liz didn't even blink.

"We know. You still haven't put the pieces together Kivar. Who's the dumb one now." Liz said. Kivars face droped for a second. He reached for a radio and called for Nick.

"Sorry but Nick met a power duster and they hit it off right away. The only people here are the cleaning crew. It seams this place needed a really good cleaning." Michaels voice came on. At that Kivar let out a scream and sent a blast at Max. Max threw up his shied and the blast hit one of Kivars men. Marcus jumped out of the car and killed Whitiker. Kivar saw him before he could react and blasted him. All of his men were down in a matter of minutes. Liz and Tess were sending blast at each other. They would miss by iches. Tess sent a blast and it missed Liz by a foot.

"Come on Tess you can do better then that." Liz throuh a blast and it hit her on the left shoulder. Tess screamed out in pain. Kivar and Max had been doing pretty much the same. When Tess yelled Kivar glanced a look at her and Max hit him. He fell to the ground. Max then turned and watched as Tess send a huge blast at Liz. It hit her on her chest. Max screamed and Tess laughed. Tess ran over to her and bent down. Max couldnt move. Something was stoppind him. Then he noticed it. There was a light glow coming from Liz. When Tess lend right over Liz she turned and look at Max.

"In this time you get to see me kill her." When she turned around she screamed. Liz had opened her eyes and raised her hand it went right over her chest and she flew back right into a building. Max could now move. He ran to Liz and pulled her into his arms. He ran is hand over her head and went down.

"Zan, I'm fine."

"But Leia how? That blast she sent hit you we saw that." Kyle and Ava had walked over now. Max had stoped scaning her at her tummy. He just stilled. Then Liz felt it. There was someone else on her mind calling to her.

(Mama, dada) a little voice said. Liz looked at Max and started to cry. He pulled her into a hug. Kyle looked at Ava. She too was crying. Kyle pulled her to him.

"Babe, whats wrong. Leia will be fine."

"I know everything will be okay." Right then a blast hit Ava on the side. She fell and Kyle caught her. Everyone turned and saw Kivar standing up. Max knew they were in trouble. He and Liz we draned and Kyle was healing Ava.

"You think it would be that easy to kill me. Please I'm King. Now you're going to die so I can go home." He raised his arm. Each couple grabbed each other and closed their eyes. They heared a blast and then him falling. When they opened their eyes they had to look away. His head was off his body. Seconds later he turned to ash. The group turned and saw Marcus looking at them. Kyle healed Ava while Max and Liz went to help him.

"Marcus hold on till we get you to the car."

"I'm not going to make it. I get what I wanted. He's dead now. Now I can go be with the my brother and wife." Ava and Kyle came over. They all were crying again. " I just want you to know I'm proud of all of you. I think of you as my childern. I lov-" With that he died. They drove with no one talking. Only crying. When they got to the house they ran in. Everyone was in the Livingroom. Michael had Serena in his arms. They were all quiet. When they entered the room everyone looked at them. Serena ran to Liz. Liz picked her up and hugged her tight.

"Sissy can't breathe." Liz laughed and so did everyone else.

"Sorry princess. Met Zan and Kenneth."

"Hi. Were is Uncle Marcus. Bro was telling me all about him." They looked down. Liz went to sit down with her next to Michael. Ava sat next to her.

"He's not coming back. He went to be with Uncle Larck in heaven." When Liz said this everyone in the room gasp.

"He died?"

"Yeah, he saved us from the bad man. He wanted you to know he loved you." The little girl just nodded.

"But the bad man and lady are gone right." Serena wispered.

"Yes they cant hurt you anymore."

"Good then they leave the baby alone too." Another round a gasp went around.

"Serena what baby?" Michael ask. She rolled her eyes and moved Liz's shirt a little.

"This one, Sissy's baby."

Chapter 22


Everyone was quiet till Ava spoke.

"Princess, how do you know sissy's going to have a baby?"

"Because when she cam last night I got a flash from baby saying hi. Plus her tummy glows." Serena rolled her eyes again. Then noticed how everyone was acting. " Didn't sissy know?"

"No, sissy didn't know." Michael spoke softly.

"I did a bad thing then?" She looked like she was about to cry. Liz leaned over and hugged her tighter.

"No princess, you didn't and I did know. I just found out a little while ago. Uncle Zan and I just found out and hadn't gotten to tell everyone yet. You did nothing wrong."

"Okay." She sounded happier. Liz looked around the room. Everyone seemed to be taking the news okay.

"Look we didn't find out till we were battling Kivar and Tess. Tess sent a huge blast at Leia that should have killed her. Tess ran over and right when she was going to finish her Leia killed her. When I checked Leia I found the baby. Right now we need to talk about other stuff we can do this later." Max said looking at Serena as to tell them once they got her to bed then they could talk. Everyone agreed.Liz told them what happend with Kivar and Tess. Making sure everyone knew that Marus wanted them to know he loved them. By the time she was done there wasn't a dry eyee in the place.
Michael started to tell them about what happened to them. No much went wrong. Their were about 10 men total, 3 on the outside. Once they were gone getting in was easy. They split up into two groups and went in at each end. Serena was being keeped in the middle. Michael had just killed the last Skin on their side and heard Nick in an office on a computer. Michael eased the door open and saw that Nick had his back to him. Michael nocked loudly on the door.

"What's the problem now?" He said with out turning around.

"The brat won't shut up, boss what do you want us to do?" He tried to sound heartless.

"Well first you can tell me how you figured it out Rath then you can die." The chair flip around and a little kid stood there. Michael already had his shield up.

"God Nicky lot what they got you stuck in. What were they out of Middleschoolers. Its a sham to think I used to think of you as an enemy."

"Oh laugh all you want Rath but when Kivar and I have the Quenn and that little brat who'll be laughing then. Now answer my question how did you figure it out?"

"Well she we set the trap- you know why am I tell you this."Right then Alex came into the room from a back door. Right when Nick turned around to look Michael sent a blast at him instantly turning him to dust. Right on clue Kivars voice came over the walkie. After Michael done with that they all headed to Serenas room. Once they opened the door Michael got hit.

"Hey is that anywhy to treat your big brother?" Once she realised who they were they squealed and jumped into his arms.

"Sorry bro but they've been mean today so I hit first ask later." They all laughed. They started to leave but Serena said they needed to go to a room. Once they got there, there was alien stuff everywhere. Stuff with the Royal seal and everything. Once Michael finished Serena turned so she could look at Liz and clapped her little hands together.

"I helped, sissy. I carried stuff."Liz couldnt hold back her laugh at the little girls joy over helping.

"Yes you did. I say we all need to relax now. So what about dinner?" She looked around. Serena was the first to talk.

"Bro said I could have whatever I wanted." Liz looked over at a blushing Michael. Yep he was hooked. He already couldn't say no to her.

"Oh really and what does the little princess want?"

"Hambugers!" SHe claped her hands. Liz look right at Michael.

"Dont tell me you put her up to this?" He looked guilty."Rath?" she let out a breath.

"He didn't but me up to nothin' sissy. I was sitting when he said that we should have bugers because their the best." She said matter of factly. Everyone had to hide their giggles over the little girl. Liz gave Michael a sturn look but her smile broke out.

"Okay why dont't we cook out. That way we can swim to."

"We have a pool?" Serena was jumping in Liz's lap.

"Yes and you still need to see your room. So why dont we let grown-ups get the food ready while we girls go get changed." Serena jumped up and grabbed her hand. When Liz didn't get up fast enough Serena pulled on her hand.

"Come on sissy lets go." Liz laughed and the girls went up stairs. Once the parents left Michael and Alex walked over to Max and Kyle. Max say Michaels look.

"Look Rath, I know what your going to say and yes we were careful. I understand this is the last thing we need right now but there is nothing we can do. I was already planing on asking Leia to marry me after we finished this so that doesn't matter. I'm actully glad this happened. I cant wait to have a family. "

"Look Zan I know I should be mad at you right now, and trust me if it were anyone but you he'd be dead. Look, I know you love her and would never hurt her. Yes right now isn't the time to start a family. With Kivar gone we don't know whats going to happen. Will we have to leave earth, we don't know. Do we have even more enemies, we dont know. Hell we're all still 17, but I keep running through my mind how she close she came to dieing today. Zan the only reason she's still here is because of that baby so there is no way I can be mad. Congrats." Michael hugged him. When they pulled back Alex tried to look mean but smiled.

"What he said. Anyways what do you think Mr. Parkers going to say? All I say is let me be there with popcorn because its going to be quiet the show." Max gulped when he said this. They all laughed and headed up stairs to change. It didn't take them long and they headed back down stairs to help set up. By the time the girls came down the food was on the grill. All 4 guys stopped what they were doing and just started. The girls all had on bikini's. Liz in deep red, Maira in hot pink, Isabel in purple, and Ava in cream. Serena was in a onepeace that had butterflies on it. She already knew how to swim because Larek had tought her when they first came and since they learn so quickly hse didn't need help. Infact the second they got out side she ran and jumped in. Everyone laughed and joined her. They spent the rest of the day relaxing and having fun. By 8:30 Serena was out like a light. Everything finely catching up to her. Liz put her to sleep and went down to join the family. They were in the theatre room. She sat next to Max. Jeff had be trying ot figure out what he felt all day. He knew they had been responseable so he couldnt fell mad. That didn't mean he couldn't mess with their heads. He and Phillip talked and he found out Phillip felt the same way. They all had waited for Liz but hte whole time Phillip and Jeff stood off talking to each other trying to sound mad. Once Liz came in Jeff was the first to speak.

"We want to know right now what in the hell you were thinking?"

"Daddy we were careful. I don't know what happened unless human birthcontrol doesn't work. Thats the only thing we can think of."

"That doesn't change the fact that you two are still 17 years old."

"Actully Max is like almost 60 if you figure how long they were- " Kyle didn't finish after the look both fathers gave him. He shut up. Ava held his hand trying not to laugh. She had heard the two talking and knew this was all for show.

"There is only on thing you can do to fix this." Phillip said. Liz gasp thinking he was talking about killing their baby. " And thats promise that you will let us spoil it rotten." Max and Liz were confused when Phillip and Jeff broke out laughing. Then it hit them they were fine with it. Diane and Nacney watched the kids faces change from pure terror to smiles. Liz jumped up and hugged her dad then hit him. Max doing the same to his father.

"Look kids this a sooner then we thought we'd be granparents but we know you and with how big this family is we can manage just fine." Jeff said. After all the hugs were given out Maria looked at Liz.

"So why are we meeting in here?"

"Well we wanted to look at the part on births and figured everyone should be here." Max said. He started the disk and moved to the part about babys. Larck came on.

"This part is very important. We do not have a form of birthcontrol. What we believe is that when you become pregant it is a miracle and is ment to be at that moment. It will take 2 earth years for you to have the baby." At this all the girls yelled. "It won't be that different from what happens on earth. Only your stoumgh will start to show after 3-4 months but only a little you wont really start to show untill the last 2-3 months, you will also be able to talk and send feeling to your baby. Anyone in the family can do this as long as they are touching the mother. Here is the most important thing. You can not see a earth doctor. The baby's blood will be differnet as will the parents now. The mother will also have surges in power every once in a while. So be careful. With that they turned it off. Max looked at everyone.

"We all have had a long week. Why dont we get some sleep and talk tomorrow?" Everyone agreed. After Max and Liz ready for bed. Max pulled her onto the bed and touched were their child was.

"Hello baby, this is daddy. Mommy and I love you very much. I cant wait for you to get here so we can hold you but I need to do something first." Liz was already crying from wht he had said. When he got up and went to the dresser and pulled out a box Liz gasp. He walked back over and sat it in her hands. She slowly opened it and realised it was Grandma Claudia's band with some of the new jewels in it. It was breath taking.

"Zan?"

"Let me talk. I know we already have made a promise to be together forever and I know that this seams like I'm doing this because of the baby. Leia I have love you for two life times and and aby or no baby I was going to do this tonight anyways. I know were young but there will never be anyone else but you in my heart and I want you by my side always. Leia, Liz will you marry me?"

"Oh god, Yes." She jumped into his arms.

"I'm not asking for some day I'm asking for as soon as we can. Like on your birthday."

"I'd marry you tomorrow if I could. I love you Zan, Max."

"I love you Leia, Liz." With that they went to bed celabrating in there own way.

Chapter 23


Over the next week the group tried to be as normal as possible. The teens took their tests and were waiting to hear back about how well they did. They had also started plans the rebuild their houses and the Crashdown. Serena hardly left Michaels side. The girls were working on Liz and Max's wedding. They had 2 months to plan. A week after Liz found out about the baby Isabel came in with the biggest smile on her face. Liz was sitting at the dining room table looking at brides mags.

"Hey Val, and whats made you so happy this morning?" Iz sat down next to her.

"Im having a baby." She said.

"What?"

"Xander and I felt the baby this morning. We're having a baby." They hugged and laughed. About 5 minutes later Maria and Ava came running in.

"I'm pregnat." Maria yelled.

"Wow, what about you Ava?"

"No, not a chance yet. Why?"

"Val is too." We all were giggling.

"Does Rath know?" Liz asked.

"Not yet but I can't wait to tell him. I mean just look at him with Serena. He's going to be the perfect dad."

"Wow we're going to need more nurserys. Why dont we each have one. I mean I know you're not right now Ava but you're going to need some were some time." They all agreed. On to planing the wedding.

"Okay we know we're having it here in the back yard, We know the guest list, so what about dresses and food?" Maria asked.

"Well I figured we'd look through this if we found something we'd change some of our clothes to match, saves on money and its fast."

"Girl we don't have to worry about money."

"I know but I like the idea that we will have made the dresses. Since its going to be outside i don't want anything really heavy, but I still want something thats going to blow him away. Now for you guys you can pick aslong as they all end up red. The guys in very nice suits. As for food I was thinking grill and having the party here. We can change into swimming suits and just hang out here." They found a couple of dresses and tried Liz's idea but could never get them just right; so they went shopping. They found Ava's dress and shoes, and some stuff for their hair. Liz found the perfect dress for Serena to wear so they decided to go shopping again tomorrow with Serena. Today was her day with the boys. By the time they got back they were tired. They put up what they bought and found the boys and Serena in the kitchen. Michael was cooking and Serena was on the counter trying to help. They were having spagetti and Serena had the bread over her eyes acting like a monster. The giris all started laughing. It was then they noticed them come in. Max walked over to Liz and kissed her.

"Have fun?"

"Yes we have to again tomorrow though. I found the perfect dress for the princess and need to get her size hopefully we can find everyone else's to." Isabel was shaking her head.

"What are you princess?"

"I's the bread monster?" She started giggling. Isabel moved to were Alex was sitting and sat in his lap. Kyle and Ava sat next to them. After their parents got home they ate dinner and decided to spend time alone with their partners. Maria and Michael decided to go to the swing. Maria remembered their last talk here and thought this one would be better. Once Michael sat down Maria turned and faced him.

"Rath, there's something I need to tell you. I know we never talked about this but " SHe stopped and looked into his eyes. He was scared to death. Maria grabbed his hand and slowly put it on her stomugh. "We going to have a baby." Michael just stared at her. Then he felt it, the baby said hi. He looked at Maria amased and broke down. He never thought in a million years that he would get to be loved by anyone but she loved him and now they were having a baby. He pulled her to him and they cried together. Maria finely spoke.

"So does this mean your happy?" She was scared, what if he didn't want a baby.

"Maggs truthfully I never thought anyone ever would love me like you do. I've always wanted childern but never thought it was possiable. I love you more then you could ever know and I love our child just as much. So yes, I happy." They stayed out side talking till 2 in the morning. The next morning at breakfast both couples filled everyone else in on the babys. While the girls went shopping the guys went to pick up 3 rings from their jeweler. That night Michael had made a pinic and took Maria out to the lake. After they finished with the food Michael asked her to dance. When he held her in his arm everything felt right. He stopped dancing and pulled out the ring.

"Maggs, I could try and say something romantic but thats not me. I cant tell you how much I love you but I want to show you for the rest of our lives. Will you marry me?"

"Yes!" He put the ring on her finger and swong her around finely stopping to kiss her. On the other side of town Alex and Isabel were at her favorite cafe'. They had a light dinner and he took her out to the desert. Once they got to were he had set everthing up he blindfolded her. He helped her to the blanket and took it off. She gasp. They were surround by nothing but the desert. There was a blanket with candles all around it and a box right in the middle. Isabel turned to face Alex wit a full blown smile. He moved them to the middle of the blanket and before he could stop her she grabbed the box and opened it. She looked from the ring to Alex and back again. Then jumped into his lap and looked him right in the eyes.

"Yes." He laughed "Wait you were going to asked me to marry you right?"
He laughed harder.

"Yes, luv I was. I had this whole speach planed and I guess I can scrap that. So really want to marry me?"

"More then anything in the world." He sliped the ring on her finger and kissed it.

"Okay now for the show."

"What are we going to watch out here?" Now she was confused.

"Look up." When she did she figured everything out. There in the sky was the most beautiful metor shower. She snuggled into Alex and just enjoyed their time together. After putting Serena to bed Kyle and Ava went to bed. They hadn't made love yet but they did sleep in the same bed. Ava turned to face him. He looked like he had alot on his mind,

"Hey whats going on in that mind of yours?" She brushed some hair out of his eyes.

"You know I love you right?" He sounded scared.

"Yeah, and I love you. What brought this on?"

"Marry me?" He blurted out. Ava shot up.

"What?"

"Will you marry me? I know this isn't how you probley dreamed of me asking you but I love you and-" he didn't get to finish she was kissing him. When she pulled back they were both breathing hard.

"I don't care how you ask just that you ask and yes I'll marry you." He jumped up and ran and to get the ring. Ava had started gigleing. He saw this when he got back.

"Hey, I hadn't planed on asking you tonight. I just saw you laying there and had to ask." He sliped it on her and she gasp.

"Where did you get this?"

"What I had it made."

"Kenneth it's just like our last ring." He looked at it and relised what he'd done.

"Oh, Ava if you want a different one then I have another one made."

"No it's perfect." She leaned over and kissed him. The kiss turned passionate and Ava pulled back. " Make love to me."

"Are you sure?" She nodded. Across the house Max and Liz were in their room. Max was laying on Liz talking to the baby. Liz loved this time of day. Max was so playful. She knew he'd be a great father.

"So what did you guys do today?" She asked.

"We shopped." That got her intrest. They hated shopping.

"For what?"

"Rings." Now he had her.

"For who?"

"You're not going to stop are you?"

"Nope." Her hands were runing through his hair. "Tell me."

"Okay but you cant tell the girls. The guys had engagement rings made they picked them up today." She was so happy.

"Finely, I figured us planing the wedding would get to them."

"Well you can't say a thing I promised the guys I wouldn't tell you. So act sirprised."

"Fine but they better do it quick." He laughed and kissed her stoumgh one more time and moved up to lay with her. His life was very good right now and he wouldn't change a thing.
