"Wow. I don't know how the Royal Court will react but ah well!" I said. I looked down at my outfit and gave her twirl. I then put my hands on my hip and said "I feel like a deranged superman!"

Zan, how...long is this going to be?" I asked as I put on a long cloak that was also inside the box, which was yellow and green striped...an once I'm queen I'm goint to burn these outfit and make it a rule that as royal we are not subject to tacky clothes!" I told him. When we walked out...I was glad that we saw.. The priestess Ava had to wear the same as me...and Alex as did Max. They were both part of the Royal court. So I didn't feel that bad as we all walked down the stairs and just as we were to enter the main area where it was held...I turned to Zan. "What extactly to I do first?" I shruged. The next thing I know was that doors opened and first Alex took Avas hand and walk into the room and went to opposite sides to the room, and next was our turn. "Damn...I'm not sure--if I can sing in front of all these people...Zan?" I asked as he started to walk forward. I had to admit I was a bit nervous, I held the cloak around me as if It were a shield.

I saw Liz and Zan standing by the open door. Liz looked really nervous.
I gave them a quick nod and walked slowly up to the stage. "Presenting his royal highness, King Zan, and his tradition holder Miss Liz Parker."

I gave her a quick kiss and whispered into her ear and said "Don't worry it'll be fine. I love you". I then gave her a quick smile and walked to my side of the room. Alex and I then took our places at the largest dining table.

I turned to Zan. He looked happy with this servant girl. The royal court were pleased he had found someone else since Serena. But in our eyes it would take a lot to gain our consent as we believed he had to find some one better than Serena, and we loved her. Infact, I secretly believe that it's all Zan's fault. He should have looked after Serena better. Then she wouldnt have run to Kivar. I don't blame Kivar at all. I was one of the main leaders of the Royal Court, but Im not like the rest of them. They decided they shouldnt tell Zan that Serena was carrying his child when she died. But I wanted him to know. I wanted him to know because it was all his fault and he shouldnt have driven Serena to do it. I don't blame her, I blame him.
I gave Zan a false smile.
"So shes a servant girl Zan?"
"She was. But in a few days she won't be."
I leant close to him so only he could hear me. "So why not just sleep with her and dump her. Then you wont cause the pain like you did Serena.
He visably paled. I smirked.
"Is she pregnant? Wouldn't be the first time a girl fell pregnant with your child Zan. You spread your wild oats everywhere don't you Zan!"

I kept trying to have two conversations at once. I was trying to calm my Liz, but at the same time, what did this Marcus mean about a child!
"What child? Who?" I asked to the grinning Marcus.
"Liz" I said mentally "Liz don't worry it's all going to be ok. Now its..."

I raised my hand. I glared at Keith who immediately picked me. I knew he would pick his successful Stepdad. He had too. Im the only family he has left.
"Miss Liz, how does it feel to be the second best to the Miss Serena and know that you can NEVER live up to the girl who ran off with King Zan's sworn enemy because Zan didnt treat her right? And how do you feel that hes probably going to do the same to you. And how do you feel to know that you're carrying the second heir to the throne after the first died along with Serena?"

The court went into uproar. I had never seen so many angry people. "Order!" I muttered into the microphone. "Liz?"

"What do you mean by this Marcus? What is going on? Are you serious?"

I felt like he had shot me.
"Why the hell didnt any of you tell me! ANSWER ME!" I bellowed looking around the room.

I slumped back in my chair. I felt like my heart had been ripped out. She was pregnant?
The only reason I stayed in the room was because of Liz. I looked up at her, tears in my eyes.

"well, if you must know...Count I don't see if that's any of your Damn business, but hey...I'm here in front of everyone...why don't I just say what is on my mind..okay..where do I start off? When Kivar kidnapped me...all I could think about was getting out of there...and i fought him every way that I could...even when he beat me up..and leaving me with a concosion...I still fought back. Then--Zan came and resuced me, future husband or not...I'll always love him for that. We defeated Kivar. You know what I've noticed...this Man treates my better than anyone I've ever known...he is kind, generous, loving, a great man, a great friend, a great everything that I'm sure you could never come close to. I know deep within my heart that Zan loves me with all his heart and soul--and I'm not her, and I can never be Serena...But he loves me for me...and our child...infact our son and daugter...that's right ...we are going to have twins... are going to be loved, cherished, and raised with every ounce of care and emotion in our lifes. Serena was his first love...but I am the love of his life. As he is mine...I know all about her, and yet I know all about you...I know you cared for her a great deal Count Marcus--I even know that you slept with her...don't try and hide it...your great friend and confident Kivar told me...told me everything...about you and her...yep...I thought you'd bring this crap up. "um...yes...When you are made Queen...What roles as Queen are you going to give to Antarians?" She asked.

"Well, growing up I've been a very low income based family...but since my parents died..I thought I'd like to give back to those communites that don't have a lot , and don't have the funding to do so. Also, give to charitis and organizations...Like the hospital wing for the children with deadly diseases..Bottom line is that...I want to give..give..give...as the Queen I think thats the most I can do!" I told her. she replied Thank you.

Keith waited patiently, but after several minutes the noise hadnt seased.
"Excuse me!" I said into the microphone.
Eventually the room went quiet.
"Ok, now is the time for the vote. Do the Royal Court give there approval of Miss Parker to marry King Zan? All those in favour please stand."

The entire room got on there feet.
I beamed at Liz. Thank god. I was so happy.

"Well, the Royal Court gives permission to King Zan to take Miss Liz Parker as his bride. This ends todays Royal Court proceedings. However I would like to remind you that in an hour, Miss Liz Parker will perform the garden tradition. Thankyou." I stepped towards Liz and gave her a fast hug.
"Well done. That was great."
I then walked over to Ava and gave her a fast kiss.
"Hey. She did brilliantly didnt she!"
