"And if you haven't heard me say it enough to sink in yet, I love you too...with every fiber of my being."
I smile up at him happily...I am hearing those words from his lips after months.

But once again he winces with the pain and I sit up next to him,placing one of my hands on his cheek,"Let me get you something to relieve the pain?Tomorrow if it isn't better I think you should call the physician."

As she sits up and moves to leave me, offering to get something for the pain, I grab her wrist and pull her back to me. "No, no, my love. It's not so bad that I cannot stand it. Like I said, I'm sure it'll be gone tomorrow. I just probably need to sleep it off. Come and lay back down with me," I plead. I don't want her to leave or worry about me. When she looks still unconvinced, I promise, "If it isn't gone by tomorrow, I'll see a medic. I promise."

Isabel

"...I just probably need to sleep it off. Come and lay back down with me," he requests ernestly so I comply,letting my head rest on his chest while my hand gently traces his muscles

I let out a content sigh and breath deeply before speaking,"Good...can't have you getting constant headaches if we are going to have a baby.Otherwise you'll be as cranky as the babe." I chuckle softly

I sigh in contentment and breathe in her scent as she settles against me once again. But her mentioning of a baby makes me smile and one hand moves to cradle her abdomen protectively. The other is lightly carressing her back. "Oh, Lon, I so hope that you are carrying my child. Although the trying to conceive aspect is very satisfying as well," I chuckle lightly. The sharp pain in my head receded and shows no signs of coming back and the pounding is lessening, thank heavens.

Isabel

"Oh, Lon, I so hope that you are carrying my child. Although the trying to conceive aspect is very satisfying as well," he says with a satisfied smirk

"It definitely was this time.You were wonderful love and you'll be a good father...I'm sure of it." I reply and kiss his chest "We'll be happy again."

ALEX

"You're the best brother in the world."

I grin and blush slightly at the praise. "Easy for you to say since I'm your only brother." I tease my sister, ducking my head slightly so they can't see my flushed face. "But just for the record, you are the best sister in the world!"

"I'll contact Kyle and tell you later what he knows. Behave while I'm gone!"

Quickly walking into my own room, I sit down in front of the communicator and type a few words in, waiting for the connection to Kyle opening.

Kyle

After a long morning full of meetings,arguments and signing papers I finally was able to escape to my inner sanctum...my study cum library.Barely had I sat down when the communicator flickered to lige and beeped indicating that there was a message waiting for me.

Turning my chair so that I was in front of it it I saw a message from Alex and hastily typed one back to him,"Alex...old buddy,what's cooking?" I sat back and waited for a reply

ALEX

I sigh in relief when I see that Kyle is on the other end, grateful that I don't have to wait for hours to get a reply.

"Hope I'm not interrupting you." He's probably constantly in meetings lately, "but I was wondering ... you do know something about Prince Xan and his family, don't you? Or about their thoughts of security on Antar."

Kyle

"Hope I'm not interrupting you."

I smile to myself,"Nope...just taking a break from the craziness."

Now the only things I really know about Antar is through Tess who told me because she is close to Isabel and from politics.I don't know much about them as individuals.

"Well I have never met him in person but I have met Princess Vilandra,his sister now the Queen of Taggora.Isabel,is a lovely lady.You know that she's Tess' sister-in-law.The Antarian royal family is a very close knit family.From all accounts Prince Xan's supposedly a pretty good guy.Why do you ask?Is this about his alliance with Elizabeth?"

ALEX

I nod when he mentions his wife Tess and Queen Vilandra, remembering Kyle's stories about them when Queen Vilandra's marriage to King Kivar was going on and Tess was involved with planning.

I smile slightly at Kyle's question, you just can't keep anything from him.

"Yeah, it is about Prince Xan and Liz. It's just ... he is sending two bodyguards to us, who are going to watch over Liz for two weeks. And ... I'd just like to know whether it is because they don't deem Liz worthy enough or they think that our security isn't the best."
