"Well it sure is a change from the gentleman act and yeah...it is kinda sexy. But don't let that go to your head."
I laugh lightly. "You really don't have to worry about that. I'm sure my insecurities will kick in again around sunrise."
"Nope,all clear,my dear."
"Nice ryhme." I comment with a smile. "Don't tell me you actually write poetry?" I ask interested, realizing that I dont really know that much about Isabel Evans.

"So I guess you'll turn back in to a pumpkin then?" I comment in amusement
"Don't tell me you actually write poetry?"
"Me and poetry!" I can't help but smirk "Sorry to disappoint, but I can't write poetry to save my life.Why...can you?" I ask as we rejoin the partyers

He notices my change in behavior and replies, "I think I heard it mentioned, but I don't know much about it. Seems like it would be very fun though." The words just seem to slide off his tongue. He is entirely too smooth. Handsome. Smart. Not a completely terrible dresser. What's wrong with him? Inspecting him a bit closely I catch a hint of his scent. Damn he smells good. Is that cologne? It doesn't smell sprayed on. Does he just naturally smell tasty.
Oh no. Naughty thoughts. Got to keep those in check. It's then that I find his fault. he knows I'm attracted to him. Although to be perfectly honest what girl in her right mind wouldn't be. He's like a walking advertisement for orgasms. He's a player. I remind myself. Only after one thing. Building up my resolve I remind myself that just because I'm not going to fall head over heels in love with the guy doesn't mean I shouldn't at least try to be polite.
"I hope the game Liz has in mind don't involve a slip and slide or handcuffs." Been there. Done that. "Last time we played a game it took me a week to get the jello stains out of my bra." Okay, mentioning my underwear probably wasn't helpful. Still the memory brings back a smile. Everytime I swear up and down the last time was the last time , yet I still get caught back up in it. I'm just lucky I guess.

The poor guy’s eyes become as round as saucers when I mention the props from the last playful get together I attended. Michael seems to have a hard time swallowing his water ,and I can’t help but notice how adorable he is. His stunned reaction amazes me. I thought with his…uh experience he’d be used to that kind of thing. Something tells me Mr. Guerin is just full of surprises. Once my bra is mentioned I sense that he’s having a hard time not letting his eyes linger to the aforementioned spot.
Can’t quite blame him for that one. He is just a man after all. Made of flesh and bone not a wall of stone. His cheeks turn a nice shade of pink and I attempt to hide a smile. He’s blushing. Wow, maybe this boy still has a few tricks up his sleeve. For better or worse he’s certainly got my attention. In a movement that captivates me his tongue rubs over his bottom lip in a undeniably sensual way. The breath catches in my throat and I desperately want to see all the wondrous things that mouth his capable of. Mmm. My thoughts linger places they shouldn’t.
Realizing I’ve lost sight of the mission I shift my weight from one foot to the other. Bad boys are all the same. They break your heart and then leave you to pick up the shattered pieces. Straightening my chin in defiance I arm my defenses. I won’t do it. I won’t fall again. "Wow," He says clearly intrigued. "well, I hope I don't miss anything. I've heard that these games can get pretty wild." Desperately needing an out I muster up a response,
“ They do. Really wild. In fact I’m not sure you can handle it. Will you excuse me.” With that I walk away leaving him in a huff. Much better. Now he doesn’t think he had any effect on me whatsoever.

"Me and poetry! Sorry to disappoint, but I can't write poetry to save my life.Why...can you?"
"No, not really." I reply, walking a step behind Isabel. "I used to have a band in high school and write songs but nothing stellar."
Oh man, is it really 8 years already since I graduated? Wow, time surely passes fast.
"What did you do in high school? Volleyball, cheerleader, another sport or debatte group?"

"I used to have a band in high school and write songs but nothing stellar."
My ears instabntly prick up when he mentions a band.I have always thought it would be romantic to have a boyfriend who was musically gifted.
"A band eh...that's so cool.May be you can play something for me sometime soon?"
"What did you do in high school? Volleyball, cheerleader, another sport or debatte group?"
"Take a wild guess...cheerleading.I don't even know why I did it,when I would rather have been on the swim team."

"A band eh...that's so cool.May be you can play something for me sometime soon?"
"Sure." I readily agree. "I do have to practice a bit first though, it's been a while since I really played."
Too bad I didn't know Isabel in high school - maybe she would have liked to be my groupie. In a none-sexual way I mean ... more in the girlfriend way.
"Take a wild guess...cheerleading.I don't even know why I did it,when I would rather have been on the swim team."
"Cheerleading is also quite tiring I think." I comment, wondering if I should ask what kind of uniform she wore. "Did you even have a girls-swimming team? In my high school, it was only boys but on the other hand, we only had a girls soccer team which really sucked because soccer was one of the only sports I was interested in."

"Yeah we did,a boy's and girl's team.It was a lot of fun to watch them during competitions, too bad there was no real cheering squad for them. The cheering was only for the basketball games. But those were high adrenaline occasions."
I take a look around the room before continuing,"There are some guys who play soccer in the park near my apartment on the weekends.I'm sure you could join them if you're really interested."

"Thanks for the tipp, Isabel, but most Saturdays, I'm playing soccer with a few of my co-workers. One of them is currently trying to talk me into helping me train his daughter's soccer team but ... I don't know. I have nothing against kids but 20 screaming 8 year olds ... I don't know."
I glance at her with a teasing grin, "Do I even want to know if you fit into the cliché of *cheerleader dating football/basketball player*?"

"I think you'll be great with kids Alex. You're sweet and kind and I think all those little girls will just love you. They'll probably have a huge crush on you." I tease him with a wink

"No,you don't." I chuckle then add "I used to date the Nathan Scott equivalent of our school. You know, the guy from that teen drama,One Tree Hill."
