I give Tess a polite smile, although Im trying hard to overlook the fact shes standing right next to Max...
"Ill meet you there" I tell her as I shimmer out to the shop.
God it looked a right mess.
I pick up the potion bottle that I drank from earlier.
It screwed everything up.
Why hadnt it worked.
Why damnit!

I nodd in response to everything people say....I really can't understand them. My mind keeps drifting to Isabel and how much I hurt her. The point that she is in pain because of me kills me.

Liz avoids eye contact with me and I begin to think this was a bad idea...maybe i should leave.

"You know what....I need to go."

*Tess*

I look confused as Liz quickly shimmers out. I'm hoping she'll open up to me when we're alone. "We'll be back." I tell everyone and shimmer out to the shop to find Liz holding a bottle of something. "Liz what's going on?" I ask, moving towards her.

*Maria*

"Maria we are friends...just friends" I don't completely believe him. There's this silent hurt in his eyes that I can't figure out.

"Okay. As long as you know your my best friend. And always will be. " I reasure him before I walk over to the book.

" I am so over not remembering. Maybe I could try a retrival spell, but replace the object with my memory." I ask looking to my friends for their opinion.

"Sounds good to me." I mutter looking at everyone in the room. Everyone looks.....uncomfortabl. We use to be able to do anything together....but now we can't even talk about how we feel towards eachother. And Beyonka is pulling away from the group normally she would be here helping us but Andrew is back in town. Andrew I don't like him but I doubt I would like any boy who likes Beyonka.

I knew Tess was coming, but her appearance still manages to surprise me.
I drop the bottle.
"Shit" I curse as I start to tidy up, but then leave it, since the rest of the shop is a mess anyway.
"Nothings up. Just worrying about Maria, and wondering if all the work on the shop was actually worth it" I say as I indicate to the state of the shop.
I sigh. "Anyway...lets get to work" I say walking over to the shelves so I don't need to say anything more. Especially because Im totally lying.

"We better get home." she answers looking at the sky. Is she crying? I can't tell with her not facing me.

"Its about to rain." she mumbles walking a bit ahead of me.

"Do you want to check out the shop first?" I ask my own fear consuming me.

"No...I'll just call Liz or someone and ask them if they are okay." I say shifting my gaze back to the sidewalk.

"I just want to get checked into a hotel or something...my apartment is ruined...we can't stay there tonight."

I sigh and shake my head walking over next to Liz. "Liz I know you're lying. Please talk to me." I beg her.
