"I'm... sorry. I'm not used to having people worry about me." admit my tummy growling feriously. I hadn't had a chance to eat any of the pancakes I had made. I bet Michael thrrew them out. Why would he want to have anything to do with something I touched.

Her smile warms my otherwise frosty heart. "Sounds like a plan."
I agree giving her an affectionate nudge. "I should probably warn you now that I am an avid snorer and I've got no plans on changing." I chuckle pleased to keep things light.

the waitress brings over our food and i tuck in.

"I can deal with constant singing." I smile glad to see the new arrival. Shoveling the food in I fully enoying the yummy goodness, I hadn't ate since thta candy bar i shared with Tess yesterday.

"Mmm we must go grocery shopping." I state actually excited about something for maybe the first time in my life.

"A new bed?" I question thinking back to the old broken spring mattress I sleep on in the trailer. Ugh, never again.

"Sounds great." Taking a big bite of food I think about all the changings that are about to occur through my life. Good changes.
