"They just want to give you a chance to show off your remarkable driving abilities." I tease, ignoring his 'women can't resist me' remark.

The next minutes are spent more or less in silence till we arrive at the club. There are already lots of people here considering that it is still relatively early.

"They've got valet parking. Should we use that or just park the car?"

"Not sure." I admit. "You know this place better than I do. Will Cherry be in danger if we just park somewhere else? Whatever you do is fine with me."

Not much help, I know but ulitmately, it is his decision and ... I really want to go inside.

As I walk towards the entrance my heels click crisply against the ground and I don't bother looking at the various men who are hanging around the entrance.I'm not here to pick a guy up and nor am I interested in dating any one at present.After my last disasterous relationship I need a break.Some would say six months is long enough but I am enjoying being single.These guys can look but not touch.

I spot Tess coming towards me from the opposite direction and I wave at her.As we draw closer I hear her clear voice,"Hey Iz...You ready for tonight?" and I smile widely,"As ready as I will ever be for one of our girl's night out.I'm assuming that those two haven't arrived yet." I say in mock exasperation,referring to our bosom pals "I sent Liz a text message before I left my place."

There is a long line forming in front of the main door and I thank my stars I don't have to stand in that que just to get in."Let's go stand there." I indicate a relatively empty spot by the wall which gives us a good view of the entrance so that we'll be able to spot Maria and Liz when they arrive.

"Lizzie? Do you think your going to be ready anytime soon? Another twenty minutes and my curls are going to go flat."

"Yeah, I'm pretty much ready. I just need your opinion on my hair. Should I wear it up or leave it down?" I ask her.

I'm really just glad that the blonde streaks are finally completely gone. Someone at one of my parties argued that blondes have more fun than brunettes and I asked what did she think about girls that had multi-colored hair and she looked at me completely baffled. Then she said, "Well, why don't you try it and see." I took it as a dare and did it. I hated it. I missed my dark hair so badly! I know it sounds somewhat shallow but all my closest friends are one shade of blonde or another so I like to stand out a bit from all those beauties. I did attract some rather interesting guys though when I had the multi-colored hair.

Claire knocks on the door and lets us know that the limo is waiting downstairs. I thank her and turn back to Maria. "Ok, so up or down?"

I sigh as I pull up to the valet area. "Ok, we'll let them handle it tonight." We hop out of the car and I toss the keys to the valet. "Hey, man, I better get her back without one scratch, and believe me when I say that I know every inch of my car," I tell him.

So sue me. I am proud of my car and want it to look great for as long as possible. Every time I take it anywhere, I usually park it far away from other cars and especially those dreaded "buggy parks". I avoid places with shopping carts when I drive this baby.

I walk up to the entrance with Alex. "Man, would you look at this line! Do you think we ought to wait for Max and Michael out here or inside?"

I have to agree with Kyle - the line really is immense. I honestly didn't expect that many people. Good thing that I left the jacket in the car, I'd really be overdressed then and probably sweating like a pig later.

Hm, lots of ladies here I have to admit. And when even I notice that, then there really are many here - I bet Kyle already checked his favourite five out.

"Hm, do you think the two would find us in there?" I ask sceptically. It's not like we can just call them later - even outside, I can hear the music.

"Good point. Maybe we should wait out here." I look around the parking lot and see a car that looks like Michael's. "Isn't that Michael's car?" I ask.

I then look around at all the girls waiting in line. Nope she won't get in. Maybe, if she passes Steve some cash. That one is definitely getting in...that ring on her pinky is definitely real and it would blind me if I looked at it too long. Ooh, she's hot! Ok, I gotta pay attention to keep an eye out for Max and Michael right now. "Hello, gorgeous!" I can't help saying as this one little red headed hotty walks by. She giggles and I give her a smile that I knows will show off my dimple.

I look in the direction Kyle pointed and, yes indeed my dear, it is the famous Guerin car.

I can't help but laugh. Trust Kyle to start flirting before we enter the place. Honestly, sometimes, I feel like a ten year old next to the other three. I bet people who don't know us four think that I'm the gay one in this group just because I seldom flirt as much as ... okay, I never flirt as much as they do but that does not mean ..

Wow, that tall blonde over there with the long hair is certainly gorgeous. But probably already having some rich and good looging boyfriend. The tall, gorgeous blondes always have such boyfriends.

"You think our M/M's will make it over here before it is midnight?" I ask Kyle when Michael and Max are still not with us.

“Lead the way, and I shall follow,” Tess says emphatically and I shoot her a 'what's up with you look?' before she explains “sorry Iz, I was reading Sense and Sensibility today."

I laugh and proceed towards the wall,"Good...I was wondering what had suddenly gotten in to you.You're hardly the 'lead the way and I shall follow' type."

Leaning against the wall I take a good look at the men present...not bad...though I wouldn't want to be standing in that line.It's beginning to look like a snake.
"Thank goodnes Maria knows Steve.I don't fancy standing in that line for an hour waiting to get in."

A pretty cute guy passes us and he flirts with a redhead,"Hello, gorgeous!" and she giggles.I roll my eyes,"Typical playboy!" I say and nod in his direction so Tess knows who I am referring to

"I don't know but I hope they get up here soon. Otherwise, there might not be any more room in the place." I continue to look around but my eyes keep getting drawn to different girls. Man, this is the hot place to be! I'm glad I went with the blue shirt. I've been told by several girls that it matches the color of my eyes. Between my blue eyes and that dimple I know I can catch almost any girl's attention.
