- People taking little kids to movies that are suited more for adults. Seriously, who takes a toddler and a baby to a screening of I Am Legend?
- People who tap their feet while sitting on a train. The vibrations through the floor annoy the crap out of me.
- People talking loudly on their mobile/cell phones. The train cabin does not care that your best friend slept with your husband's secretary's step-father's cousin.
- People who've never heard of basic personal hygiene. No, I don't want to touch anything you have touched when you don't wash your hands after using the toilet. Oh and let's not forget body odour, ew!
- People who lack manners. Saying please and thank you is not rocket science.

You know doing this rule has got me chewed out by women before

While growing up my dad was very strict on manners. He brought us up to say Yes sir and No sir to all men older than me or anyone in charge...aka teachers, cops things like that. But when it came to women we were to always say yes maam or no maam.Plus four years in the Air Force also hammered that into my brain when dealing with officers.
But when I got out and hit the work force and places like that I had a LOT of women get mad at me for calling them maam. They would give me an evil look and say
"I am NOT a maam"

I actually don't mind that. Mom put both me and my brother on leashes when we were kids and we were never traumatized or anything.

In all honesty I think it's a pretty good idea, kids are fast little sh*ts and are gone in a second. I don't care how good a parent someone is they are going to take their eyes off their kid for a second and the child is going to be gone, the leash just cuts down on that. But that's just my view on it.
A couple pet peeves of mine are...
1. Stupid teenagers (usually girls) that freak out at Halloween themed amusement parks and act like there are real killers out to get them. On vacation the family and I went to Knott's Berry Farms Halloween Haunt. There are actors/performers that are in the "street" and try to scare you in certain scare zones. Well while getting a drink a group of stupid teenage girls were getting scared by a performer and kept crowding around us and bumping into us. They never said sorry and they bumped into us about 4 or 5 times. If it was one time and they apologized I would have been fine and forgotten about it but they didn't. Which brings me to my next pet peeve.
2. People who don't apologize when they bump into you. Don't understand why that seems difficult for some people. You bump into someone you say excuse me or sorry.

I try not to bump into people I don't know, but I can't help but be paranoid that one of those people in costume might not be a worker but a serial killer looking for a good time. Freaks me out.
Another of my pet peeves:
People who spend money like they find treasure chests on a daily basis and don't understand that not everyone wants to waste money as callously as they do.
My roommate keeps wanting us to go to Knott's Halloween Haunt, and no matter how many times I tell her I don't have the money for it right now, she keeps thinking of ways to get me to go.

I'm in the same boat. My parents were BIG about manners and so it's second nature for me to say yes ma'am, no ma'am and but do i get an earful about it. They also tell me "i am not a ma'am", so I'm thinking in my head then WHAT are you?

Calling women ma'am makes them feel old. I think if you said 'miss' instead of 'ma'am' there would be less yelling.

omg! I so agree with you
On holiday me and my sister were called madaam by this idiot. lol. Made me feel like a 40 yr old

I was only 16 as well.
Oh and I can't stand liars and fakes.
I hate ppl who are fake. Sorry but you can smell them a mile off. Eps the slutty girls, with their extensions and their fake manicured nails and their high pitched voice...they're all nicey nicey and then bitch about ya behind ya back very loudly in front of other ppl.
Omg.
And liars who think it's okay to lie when you know it's blatant. I don't mind white lies that much as opposed to the actual liars like a man who cheats on his wife. Omg. If you're not happy in a rshp, LEAVE or try to fix it.

Ok this is not a major thing and it only deals with fanfiction but it bugs the ever loving hell out of me.

It's when someone reads an AU story and leaves feedback that goes something like this....."Max would never treat Liz that way! He loves her!".....I just want to roll my eyes and go...."duhhhhh that's why it's listed as AU dumbass."
Ok onto normal life things.....People who look good and know they do but than think that some how makes them a better person or worth more just on their looks. And that goes for both men and women.
People who want to get close and hover over my food while I'm eating. You know the person...you're at work at your desk and they want to get right up on you bend down and go "ooooohhh that looks good what is it?"...I just want to say...."it's a bacon burger and would you mind backing away from it."
