Well I'm in my late 30's and still have no grey hair on my head,I do however have some on my chin if I don't shave and let some stubble grow out

I think the fact I've never been married nor have any kids have helped me NOT get any grey hairs...or pull said hair out

Lol, yeah, I hide mine as well under the others. Let's hope the grey won't win the battle anytime soon.

That's what I'm doing

... although, it's highlights, not a full hair dye.

Highlights scare the crap out of me. I was getting my hair done one time when the lady doing the person's hair next to me told her client she once made someone's hair fall out from highlights.

Every time I reach 1000 posts and become a Fanatic, they prune and I get demoted again.

The unfairness.

At 8am this morning my phone starts playing I'm A Jerk by New Boyz, this means one thing my brother's calling, so part of me doesn't want to answer but another part wonders if it's an emergency...so I answer my phone and my brother doesn't sound panicked exactly but he does have his no nonsense tone of voice as he says.
"A sunami is hitting there in an hour!"
"WHAT?!?!"
"Yeah it's going to hit you and Seattle in an hour!"
I know nothing about sunami's I'm familiar with the earthquake portion considering where I live but sunami's no, and I've seen 2012, I know what happens!
He hangs up, and it takes me all of five seconds to wake up my husband and head into the living room to turn on the news, within five minutes I'm in tears, there's no way I can get my son and husband out of here in an hour right? My husband's trying to calm me down but I'm not listening, I trust my first instinct, call my Daddy, after reassurance from both him and my husband that the largest wave already hit Hawaii at 4 feet I finally calm down and let the anger hit me.
I HATE HATE HATE my brother!

Ang - Don't you just hate it when people exaggerate things a bit ?
But seriously speaking now, are you guys o.k. though? I hear that it hit Hawaii (Maui saw 7 ft. waves with Honolulu reporting only 2.2 ft high waves), but the alert is still in place for California and the Oregon coast?
What's the news saying where you live?
Whatever the case maybe - Stay safe!
