Lying on the hard cold floor of the prison leaved you a lot of time to think; especially when you used almost every bit of power you had up. My body shakes from the cold and every time I try to move I feel as if every bone in my body has been crushed. I used up too much power and now I am paying the price.
Get up Xada. Just stand up. You can do it. I finally stand up slowly, even though my body is screaming, and make my way to the prison cell door. Khivar only left one guard here to watch me. Good, his mistake. “Can I please have a drink of water?” I say as sickly as I can and its not that hard. The guard looks unsure what to do, but he finally comes over bringing me a canteen.
I smile sweetly at him and as soon as he gets with in arms reach I grab his shirt and pull him as hard as I can into the bars. His head hits it hard and falls to the floor, he’s out cold. That little move I have my mother to thank for teaching it to me. However the strength it took to do that leaves me on the floor also. I reach through the bars for the keys and finally find them.
I unlock the door and the chain around my ankle and pull myself up when I hear the sound of clapping I turn around to see Khivar and several of his guards standing there. “Bravo. Bravo. I was wondering how long you would stay locked up in here.” He says and stops clapping. “Bring her.”
“Nooooo!!!!” I scream and continue to scream as two guards get on either side of me, practically picking me up because I am fighting them with all they have. They lead me out into the courtyard where most of Khivar’s men are waiting. I wonder what Khivar has planned but I continue to fight as well as I can. Khivar steps up on the little make shift stage he has set up.
“Ladies and Gentlemen the future ruler of Antar.” And the small crowd laughs. I have heard of how Khivar used his little mind games, but I would not let this one work on me. One of the guards shoves me towards Khivar and I stumble but I don’t fall. I keep my head held high. I will not let them get to me.
“Bow down to me and except me as your King and I promise you I will make our experience together very pleasurable.” Khivar sneers and without thinking of the consequences I slap him hard on the face. Apparently this really pisses him off because he backhands me hard across the face and I end up on the ground. A trickle of dark green blood runs down lip and I worry because this is the first time in my life when my body hasn’t healed itself. I struggle to stand up and Khivar says. “Stay down or I will be forced to hurt you.”
I finally stand up but my body is screaming against it. “What is it Khivar, does it make you feel like more of a man to hit a girl?” I say “I will not bow down to you, I BOW TO NO ONE!!!” I yell and I see the surprised look on his face and then he smiles. He grabs my long hair and pulls me next to him. Pain explodes in my head from the surge of power he sends into me and I try to scream but I can’t. Tears are running down my cheeks though as he whispers. “Just bow down in front of my people and I will take the pain away. Show them the Arrois line is weak.” His voice gets louder as he continues, speaking more to his audience. “Your mother was nothing more than a whore and your father was even more worthless than she was. You know what they used to call children on earth like you, basterds, fatherless children. That’s what you are my dear. You’re all alone with no one here to save you.”
This time I do scream as he sends even more power into my head.

OOC - I was borrowing Liz because Kat's away and I have her permission to do that, but I didn't really want Max to actually leave until he'd done one more thing. I wasn't expecting someone-else to move him... I've edited my previous post a bit.

The hole appears in my livingroom floor and I do my best not to look as surprised and amazed as I feel.
"Umm...right. I guess you all have never seen a worm hole... so all you got to do is jump in. Its really painless, though the landing may be a little rough..." she says smiling. "After you..."
I nod, looking at the hole. I realize there's one more good-bye I need to make, although I know Liz will explain it. Still, I step back, touching my briefcase. The case is locked, but my father knows the combination. My mind finds the blank legal pad inside and I quickly use my powers to form words on it. A message for Dad and Mom. I don't expect anyone but them to read it, but just in case, I keep the language obscure so only they will know what it really means.
Lifting my fingers from the attache case, I turn and step towards the hole. I resist the urge to look back one last time. It's killing me to leave her behind, but I don't know how I can go forward without knowing that's she's safe.
I take a quick breath and jump to a distant world...
Suddenly, I land on something hard and I'm not quite ready to absorb the impact. Falling to the ground, I roll to one side and push myself up. What I see is strange and yet, strangely familiar. I recognise it, not only from my two brief visits here, but also from the vague memories that occassionally cross my mind. Memories of another life.
Before I have time to take in much, I hear an 'oooff' and I turn to see Alexander on the ground. "Xan!" I cry out, reaching to help him up. "What are you doing here?"
Before he can answer, the emissary appears behind him. She lands gracefully on her feet, absorbing the impact with her knees and not falling. Obviously, she's done this before. She pauses, looking up as if she's expecting something. Sure enough, Liz and Sarah are soon tumbling out of the hole after her.
"Liz! Sarah!" I exclaim, pulling them into a double hug. "You weren't supposed to come!"
*~*~*~*~*
I borrowed Sarah without permission, but I'm sure she was going to come, too.
I haven't described the scene 'cause I don't know if they're supposed to be arriving outdoors or inside ... I presume they're not in the palace since Kyria knows there's danger there...

I landed on solid ground again sooner than I had expected. I looked up, momentarily dazed. Slowly, I began to take in our surroundings. The foreign land had an unspoken beauty to it, but for some reason that I couldn't quite explain, there was an air of something . . . dark. Evil.
I was cut short from taking everything in when Dad cried, "Xan! What are you doing here?" He helped me to my feet.
I was about to reply, but there came a light sound behind me. I looked around only to find the Darrion there, quite steady unlike Dad and me. And then she looked up and I saw two more figures rolling out.
"Liz! Sarah! You weren't supposed to come!" my father exclaimed, wrapping his arms around them both.
"We weren't supposed to. But we had to," I said, smiling grimly. I looked around me. Somewhere in this strange place was my twin sister. I could feel it, sense it. I wished I could reach out to her . . . but how?
Somehow, I knew that something was wrong, that she was in more trouble than we had expected before. I turned to the Darrion. "What do we do now?" I asked.

I have to smile as Xan insists that they had to come. As much as I wanted them safe at home, it really helps to have them near me. More than I wanted to admit.
I look around, knowing that we have to find Xada, right away, but first we need more information. I need to know what happened here in the last sixteen years. Has my daughter been in hiding, or in the palace? Has Khivar been in charge all this time?
And Xan needs answers too. Things we never told him, but we should have.
I look at the darrion and say. "You'll need to tell me more about Khivar, but first, I need to explain some things to my children." Turning, I take Xan's hand and Sarah's. Liz moves in beween them on the other side, ready to do her part of the explanations.
"I don't know if we have time to tell you everything, but I'll answer all your questions when I can - if that's now or later. You kids know about my past life here -- how I was rescued and recreated as a human-hybrid and brought to Earth with your Aunt Isabel and Uncle Michael. There was a fourth one, too. Her name was Tess. In our previous life, she had been my wife, the Queen Ava. Together, we were the Royal Four, meant to come back and save Antar from Khivar, using the Granolith."
I look up at Liz, seeing her calm expression. She no longer flinched at the sound of Tess's name. It had been such a long time since we'd heard from her. But Liz knew that she was the one I would always love.
"Tess was separated from the three of us and she was trained to be a traitor. When she and Nacedo returned, I was already in love with your mother." I pause for a moment, not sure what to say. I'm not going to tell Alexander that his mother was a murderer - the very person who killed the friend whose name he carries. Nor about the troubles between Liz and I at that time. Maybe another time, but not now.
"She was determined to have a baby with me and she did. I touched you, Xan, in her womb, days after you were concieved, but I didn't know you had a sister. Tess made me think you would die if you stayed on Earth. So I decided to leave. Antar was dangerous. Khivar was here. I couldn't leave you unprotected. I was going to leave Liz behind, all for you," I tell him, hoping he sees how much I loved him, even then. "Michael and Aunt Isabel were coming, too. To protect you and help me."
"But it wasn't true," Liz interupts. "We found out she was going to betray him, so your father and the others stayed behind."
My heart warms at Liz's word, 'we'. I know she's including Maria and Kyle, but she's also including me. Technically, I was part of that 'we' just before Tess left so it's not a lie.
"We let Tess go to save your life, Xan. But I never stopped trying to find a way to save you from Khivar. The day you were born, I was 'called' to Antar -- just like we both were for your sister. I saw Khivar and I saw how much danger you were in, but there was no way to get here to help you."
"How did I--?"
"Your mother brought you," Liz says, gently. "She said Khivar was going to kill you because you were human, so she brought you back to Earth and to your dad."
"We thought Tess died," I say. "I married your mom. She adopted you, and then we had Sarah. We planned to tell you, but we kept putting it off. I'm sorry, Xan. I'd never wanted you to find out like this..."

Every word my parents spoke made my heart sink lower and lower. It was as if all I had ever believed my life was . . . was a lie. Mom, she wasn't even my mother. And Sarah was my half-sister.
I was not upset about the truth. Reality was never intentional. But I was disappointed that I had not been told earlier. I grew up believing in lies.
"I'm sorry, Xan. I'd never wanted you to find out like this . . ." Dad said, a tone of sadness touching his voice.
I was silent for a while, still processing everything I had just heard. And then I sighed. "I wish I could have known this earlier," I said, meeting my father's eyes. "I wish both of us, Sarah and I, could have known earlier."
I turned to my mother and sister. I realised that the lies, they had not been lies after all. Who is to tell me what was real and what wasn't? My life was the life I knew, the life I built with the people I loved.
"But it doesn't matter. Not anymore. Mom is still my mom, and Sarah will always be my baby sister," I said, putting an arm around Sarah and giving her a light squeeze.
My parents wore looks of guilt and regret on their faces. I took a deep breath and set it aside. "A day ago, had you told me this, I would probably have sulked and yelled and gone to my room," I said, smiling bitterly. "But this is no time to sulk or yell, to get angry at anybody - except, perhaps, Khivar. I don't even have a room to go to, not here."
I looked pointedly at my father. "We have a more pressing issue to deal with right now."
I couldn't quite give hugs and kisses to my parents just yet; I wasn't exactly happy with it. But it would sink in soon and I knew I would get over it.

I look at Xan and Sarah, feeling incredibly proud of both of them. This is a very scary and disruptive thing, but they're accepting it with amazing calmness. Xan is even pressing ahead, acting so much like a leader.
"You're right, Xan. I'm sure you'll have more questions and we'll talk about it later. Right now, I have to help your sister," I tell him, putting my hand on his shoulder and giving him a gentle squeeze.
I turn to Kyria. "Tell us what happened here. Who raised my daughter? What happened to Khivar? How can we stop him?"

~*~Sarah~*~
I step into the wormhole after my brother and my father. I landed on the hard ground. My father helps my mother and I. He gave my mother and I a hug. After he pulled away, I took a step and look around where my brother and father come from. The planet is so dark and lonely, it look like there is no existing life.
My father took my hand and my brother's as well. He is finally explaining all the confusion we have about Xan, and his so-called-sister. Why didn’t he tell Xan before, or even me, that Xan only half of my brother. My world is changing so much and I don’t know how to deal with it.
I don’t know my life anymore. When Xan spoke I was so glad he didnt resent me. He gave me a small squeeze. And I felt a little better. I do love him even if he does annoy me. I let go of my father's hand and back away a little. I want to think about what my father just said. The truth is I dont know my reaction on this. I haven’t said a word seen we left Earth.
No one has ask me how I felt, no one has ask me of anything. On Earth, whenever dad comes home, he sits at the kitchen table and look over his cases. In addition, I would sit beside him talking about his cases. And what I would thought about a certain case that he had trouble with. Now I don’t ever think things can go back to that, I don’t think at all.

Ooc: Hey guys this is great! Just a few things about Antar: The sky is purple, the ocean is red and thicker than earth water, 3 moons, one sun, the grass is blue. Oh and the atmosphere is thicker on Antar so Antarians bones are hollow like birds so like Xada wouldn't weigh very much even though she looks normal and there blood is neon green, To explain Xan not having the same physical effects, what little human DNA he did have adapted to earth's.
CaLlen is still having computer problems a said for me to temp for Skyler until she is back so without further ado.....
*borrowing Kyria a bit hope its cool if not I can change.
~Skyler~ (TEMP)
I have been fighting Khivar's guards off for the past hour when I hear a portal open. I put my weapon up and headed in the direction of the sound where five people where standing around. I immediately head for Kyria.
"Where have you been? We have a major problem." I tell her looking over the new comers, trying to decifer who was who. "I know, I know, we were delayed a bit. Where's Xada?"
"We were bombared by guards so I sent her running for the tunnel. I didn't think anybody would recognize her since she's not dressed as usual but Khivar becomes a bit obsessed with her it seems. If she would have signed the order to have him executed in the first place..." I let my voice trail off as I look over the necomers. Why so many?
Kyria speaks up. "This is Max, Xada's father." I wipe the green blood on my pants and extend my hand for him to shake it. I had spent a good deal on Earth to know there customs. "Nice to Meet you sir." but our introductions are inturrupted by a girls piercing scream coming from the courtyard. "Looks like they found her."

Okay I'm going to try something. I'm not sure, I guess Justin is something that...14 maybe..I mean, I don't want him to be too young.
Justin is following Xada, so he's going to come to Antar too. I'll edit if something goes wrong. Just tell me x) I guess this happens before Max and others go to Antar. I mean..he followed Xada almost right away...hmm.

I was startled when I saw a car hit a woman - who had just saved a Johnny's friend from being hit by the car. I noticed she was pretty young. I was going to go and ask if she was okay, but then she got up before I could even go there. She seemed to be fine, by the way she was moving. But how..? She was hit by the car. I looked at her when she started walking away from the scene and decided to follow her.
It wasn't normal, the girl wasn't normal. No one could survive when they hit a car. I followed her, but not too closely so I wouldn't scare her away. I wasn't sure how to react on the situation, but I wanted find out what just happened.
'She saved Johnny's friend, that's for sure..' I though.
She stopped, which made me stop too. I watched her waiting for something and when I was getting the courage to go and talk to her - something amazing happened. I wasn't sure what it was. Something...some like of a sciencefiction thing. I rubbed my eyes for a while and when I stopped, she was already gone.
'What the...' I though.
I walked over to where the thing was. What was it? Some kind of transfer thing? Or maybe a movie thing? I peeked into it - too closely. I wasn't sure what happened, but when I opened my eyes I was in a totally different place.
"Er..?" I looked around and saw some people. I went hiding behind some thing as I continued looking around. Where was I? It surely wasn't home. No way. First I though it was some joke the tv-stations liked to make. But then...it couldn't've been this big.
'What is this place and why am I here?' I though while hiding from the view.

And so Kyle's son went to Antar. Must be a suprise for Max and others. So someone should find him hiding there somewhere...er...so. I'm behind everything that's happened.
ETA:
Milo Ventimiglia doesn't look like 14, but oh well. I'll still use him as the PB. For my siggie too ^^

The only "ism" Hollywood believes in is plagiarism.

OOC: I was wondering when we'd get to know Skyler
Great to see him.

Dad just asked Kyria about Xada when a man came striding up to us. He began talking to Kyria. He didn't look all too easy.
"We were bombarded by guards so I sent her running for the tunnel. I didn't think anybody would recognize her since she's not dressed as usual but Khivar becomes a bit obsessed with her it seems. If she would have signed the order to have him executed in the first place . . ."
I listened closely. Why hadn't Xadalyn signed the order? Why had she decided to let the bastard live? Had she not foreseen that something like this was bound to happen?
"This is Max, Xada's father," Kyria said.
The man cleaned the glowing green stuff on his hand off on his pants and extended a hand to my father. "Nice to meet you, sir," he sad politely.
Well, I had actually expected him to bow or do something in accordance to the Antarian ways. Dad was supposed to be the king, after all.
But he wasn't really, not for a lifetime.
Before I had time to think about anything else, there came a loud shriek from not too far away. "Looks like they found her," the Antarian man said.
My eyes grew wide. What was she being put through? This was not good. "What are we up against?" I asked him. I resisted the urge to run to Xadalyn and save her, but I was just one, and I had no powers. We needed to plan, to strategise. And we needed to know her captor.
