My face pales and I shake my head. "I'd never do that. I'll admit he wanted me to but I flat out refused. I'm not a murderer and I would never ever help Kivar." I state firmly.

I smile at her. "Don't worry, Im not saying you will. Imjust saying in our time, he persuaded you too. And it eventually led to a large riff, that eventually caused us to leave with the FBI tailing us...."
I bite my lip before saying. "You also mindwarped and killed Alex"

*Tess*

I gasp and tears fill my eyes. "oh God. I couldn't do that. How could I even do that?" I cry.

"You mindwarped him to try to decode the book....which you did by the way. But you weakened his mind and...well he died.
But that doesn't mean to say that he will die in this lifetime." I say.

*Tess*

"I'd never mindwarp him or any of you for that matter. And I don't really care about that stupid book anymore. I think I may have finally found a family." I say softly

I smile at her. "Thats great Tess. Im sure that you mean it. The question is what to do about our Maria" I say.

*Tess*

I pause and think for a moment. "Well you said she's trying to take matters into her own hands and if Michael was killed in your time line then she's probably trying to keep it from happening again. But the difficult thing is going to be trying to convince her that this timeline is different." I say.

"Indeed" I mutter. "She's probably thinking up something else right now...."

I saw them leave together. Why do they have to ruin EVERYTHING!
I need to get Michael alone. I need to get him to break up with me. I need to pretend to be younger Maria and get him mad or something...but how...

*Tess*

I look around the room at everyone there. "Okay does anyone have any ideas on how to handle this?" I ask.

I'm not used to taking charge but for some strange reason right now it feels right.

*Maria*

Listening to the exchange between Future Kyle and Tess both frightened and calmed me. He really seemed intent on making this a new timeline. On us changing what was to be. Which is fine with me ,because after the way he descirbed it it's sounds like a real suckfest. Alex dies, Tess is evil, and plus the future me is totally geeting on my nerves.

"Okay does anyone have any ideas on how to handle this?" Tess asks eying the room diplomatically.

"Oh I've got an idea alright. I'm gonna kick my ass! That's what I'm going to do." I state not caring how it sounds.

How could I do this to Michael? To myself? I mean I always new I was a masochist ,but this is ridiculous.

Oh yeah I can't actually see her because then we'd both die.

Hmmm. "Okay new idea. Who wants to kick my ass?" Looking around the room for a volunteer I am surpised no one has made a bting comment.

"Oh come on. You've all thought about it at one point or another. Here's your chance. Any takers?"
