"Ok....fine....do you know about Michael and I?" she states bluntly.

The girls got balls I'll give her that.

"Yes, I do. Don't get mad at Michael though. He didn't tell me. I have a friend who shares your same abilities."

My mind goes back to Michael. I can't help but wonder what he's doing.
Is he asleep already? Of course he is. e is a guy. Guys don't stay awake wondering about pathetic girls who crawl through their windows.

*Liz*

"Yes, I do. Don't get mad at Michael though. He didn't tell me. I have a friend who shares your same abilities." she said, hmm I was right. He did tell Maria and he got the right to get mad at me for telling Max? What a ass.

"Well Michael and I have our moments. you have a friend? Who is this friend because their is only 3 of us in town and that about it..." I said wondering. Maybe she refering to Alex, nah he wouldn't tell anyone not even to his waitresses friends. Hmmmmm who could it be...

"I really shouldn't say. She will probably want to tell you herself. When I talked to her today she was bursting at the seams to meet people like her." I offer hoping that she will understand my true intentions.

*Liz*

"Ok I respect that..." I said. I notice she was thinking express on her face, "You like my brother don't you?" I said out of the bloom. I don't know what's going on with me. I'm never this nice to anyone. "Anyways I should let get some sleep..."

*Maria*

"Ok I respect that..." she repiles actually suprising me. I was afraid she'd press me for a name. "You like my brother don't you?" she questions, but it seems more like a statement. "Anyways I should let get some sleep..." she trails off.

Jumping in the bed I look over at who I hope is a new friend.

"I do, but please don't tell him. I've put him in too much danger as it is, and I can't get involved. I have to be a Stonewall." I assure her beforing snuggling under the covers.

*Liz*

Honey we call have something hide that we don't want people to see. I smile and goes to my window seat and lay there with no pillow or covor. Its looks to me like going be a long night.

She goes to the window seat and I feel like crap for kicking her out of her own bed.

"We can share." I state matter of factly.

*Liz*

"We can share." I hear Maria said. "hmmmm.....no it ok, I don't want to invade your space..." I said honestly.

"I am used to sleeping on a matress in the floor. Trust me when I say you wouldn't be invading my space."

I gesture for her to come to the bed.

"I promise not to tell anyone you was nice to me. If you promise not to use any of that freaky alien voodo on me. I have already been mind tricked or whatever today ,and lets just say I am not ready to go through that again."

I get up from the window seat and walk over to Maria on the bed. I lay next to her, " Your pretty funny for a human. And beside I don't even mind tricks, I can't do that. Well I don't know anyone can do that..." I said resting my head on the pillow and cover myself.
