Hey,
I've been lurking around too and also kind of gatecrashing on the Aussie thread - straighting out some confusion over whether Brody was Australian or British (definitely British - Grange Hill, anyone? ).
Actually, I have a question: does anyone live in the Leeds area or know anything about the city?
I'm moving up there in September to do my Master's degree at Leeds Uni and I need to find somewhere to live, so does anyone know of any good (student) areas to live in or which areas to avoid? I've spent a total of about 6 hours in Leeds in my life and don't know the city at all.
Any help would be appreciated .

Ahhh... I see. That's why there are so many exams.
eeek... Maths. I don't like Maths English is more my kind of thing. Mind you, people say I'm barmy to be taking three subjects that involves shed loads of reading and essay writing.
Anyway... being barmy is a great thing... less boring

Good luck with all your exams, madroswellfan and rie482 !!
Wow, I'm feeling old today - it's been 5 years since I took my A levels!
It's not that bad taking Maths subject...really . I took Maths and Physics and I even did a degree in Theoretical Physics, so I guess I could be even more barmy!! Plus, the good thing about taking Maths subject is that's there's no essays - the only one I wrote in 4 years of uni and 2 years of A levels was my dissertation .
