Hey all! I just got this new DVD ripper that I just had to spread the news about: ImTOO DVD Ripper Ultimate 5

What struck me about ImTOO DVD Ripper Ultimate 5 first, aside from the sleek design, was that it incorporated the DVD information – showing the movie poster/dvd cover. And there is a really easy to use profile section where you can select how good a quality you want to rip in. Plus there are separate options for audio and video which is perfect for when you want the really high video quality for viding but don’t care about what kind of sounds quality you get. You just set it to lowest audio quality and you’ll cut your end video file size down considerably.

My favorite part of ImTOO DVD Ripper Ultimate 5? It has a crop option so that you can just rip a particular scene instead of a whole chapter. This is so awesome because, before I got this program, I had to use 2 different programs for my ripping – one was for if I wanted the whole episode and another was for if I wanted just a single clip. Now I’ve got it all in one! ^_^ Actually, it’s more like 3-in-one because I also had a completely different ripper for when I wanted to rip to my Ipod. ImTOO DVD Ripper Ultimate 5 has ripping to your ipod as a built in feature – not only that, but the program will rip to every format I’ve ever heard and some I haven’t, like archose and zune. It even rips to jpg and gif formats!

I also like the way the titles are so easy to collapse or expand. You can expand one title so you only record 2 of the chapters within and then collapse the rest of the titles so that you rip them in their entirety. It’s just so convenient you guys just have to test it out for yourselves!
