Diane Farr is actually the same age as Jason Behr, so she's only 8 years or so older than Majandra.

Actually according to IMDB, Diane Farr was born in 1969 and Majandra was born in 1981 which makes a twelve year age difference between them. So, if Maria was three years younger then Majandra, then Amy was at least 15 when Maria was born, i'm guessing that she was supposed to be a little older than than. Though, I'm pretty sure that TPTB never bothered work it out.

Ahhh, it does too, but I seriously could have sworn at some point that she had her DOB as 1973. Maybe she's lied about it in the past and has now come clean? Becuase if you google Diane Farr and 1973, you get a lot of sites listing her DOB as being September 7, 1973.

I had read that she had given birth to her first child at 39 and that was just a few months ago. So Diane Farr must be 40, now and MD is what, 26 ?

If 1969 is Diane Farr's birthdate, she'll be turning 39 this year. I think she must have been lying about her age and now decided to 'fess up, because the amount of sites listing her as being born in 1973 can't be a coincidence.

Ok, so either IMDB is wrong - impossible!. Or Diane Farr was misleading about her age - an actress lying about her age? Never.

I found this on crashdown.com it's an interview Diane Farr gave in 2000


"The show follows these six kids and I play one of their mothers. It's

hippy mother who's dating the sheriff, a nemesis, on the show. I'm supposed to have had her at 15 and she's supposed to be 15 now. In real life, she and I are about 8 years apart." {laughs} "It's the first daughter I've ever had.
I might have had a one year, but I got a 15 year old."

LOL, I'm not going crazy then! Lying about one's age is par for the course for actresses, yeah.

Yeah, Diane Farr probably lied about her age, it's the only explanation for this inconsistencies.

I'm sure this is considered canon by now but was it ever verified by any other means other than them assuming that Isabel was Max's sister and Tess was his past life bride?


Not that I know of. They all just assumed that Tess was the bride, and Isabel the sister.

I was also a bit puzzled about this when I watched "Destiny" first. All their "mother" said was that his young bride and his sister and the man she was betrothed to were sent with him. So, how did they really figure out? Tess seems like Vilandra. Betraying them and everything.
