Yeah, the body for the Tess manips is Britney (I heart her so!). The body for the Maria manips is Sarah Michelle Gellar.

Thanks, guys. Normally The Fray is a little too mainstream for me, but I like that song enough and just got inspired to make a random video.
I don't expect anyone to care, but I've finally put the in-progress song list for the 522 soundtrack on the first page under the Soundtracks section. I'm totally pissed that Imeem.com is no longer around because that was my favorite place to compile playlists. Now I'm settling for a crappy Youtube playlist. Anyway, check it out if you're as obsessed with music as I am or if you want to get a sense of the tone I'm taking with parts of this fic.
And I'll be heading off for spring break now! Woohoo!

Thanks, ladies.
Ellie, Nada Surf definitely brings back memories. I miss old-school Nada Surf.
Novy, "Like a Stone" by Audioslave is an iconic song. I actually just purchased the MP3 a few weeks ago. I heard it on the radio, and I was like, "I love this song, why don't I have this song?"

Somebody on American Idol performed an MGMT song? That's awesome. That's risky, though. MGMT has such a unique sound. I haven't been watching it much this season.

I haven't posted on my author's thread in forever. Hmm, what should I post?
Well, I went back and added a few songs to the 522 soundtrack on the Soundtrack part of my opening post on page 1. I think I've added "Tess, Don't Tell" by Ivy, "Neon Tiger" by The Killers, and "Space Monkey" by Placebo since I first posted the list of songs. I actually just added "Space Monkey" today because I just wrote the scene for it about half an hour ago.
Oh, I'm bored this weekend. Can you tell?

Earth2Mama wrote:Awesome song choices ... especially Space Monkey. Just heard it for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I can't wait to read what you written to it.
Should be ...
interesting? To say the least

I was literally listening to that one as I read your comment.
I just wrote the scene that I'm including "Space Monkey" in earlier today, and . . . it's a Max scene, so I don't know if
you'll like it.

It's a really intense scene, though, if I do say so myself. Like
really.

The scene for that song is not a typical Max scene, though.
By the way, Ellie, I've been meaning to ask you, how on earth did your post count get so high? We were running neck and neck at one point, and now you've just left me in the dust!
