Oh man....one of my best friends dips...but he's nice enough to always have a cup to spit into so I'm cool with it.What I HATE is when you get guys...mostly older guys I'm talking about Grandpa age guys who don't care and will just spit a big brown wad of spit juice on the ground or in a nearby garbage can.

I know I'm from the country and grew up with this my whole life but that is the most gross thing I have ever seen in my life

I am fine with people spitting into a container because at least it is not where someone is walking, it is a lot cleaner and more polite. I just hope your friend is not like mine who leaves his spite bottles around, that is no fun to look at but it is sitll better than spite on the ground.

I hate being judged about the fact that I'm a blonde and like to pay attention to the way I look. I like wearing high heels and skirts and putting on make up. Not to draw attention to myself, but because I feel good about myself while wearing them. At the end of last year someone told me that I actually am less superficial than I look. I was hurt by that comment because I considered that person to be a good friend.

Then there's also the fact that I'm in a sorority. And it's not because I'm in a sorority, because I like to party and go out on a regular basis that I'm a drunk or don't go to class. It doesn't mean that I don't study and don't work hard for my grades just like anybody else!

This shouldn't be considered a pet peeve, but it bothers me all the same...

Why can't Edward Cullen be my own personal plaything?

I believe you are mistaken! He will be mine one day! *insert maniacal laughter here*

I hate it when people complain about their lives but don't bother doing anything to try and change them. I've got this friend. He has no job, no girlfriend, he doesn't go to school, he didn't graduate from high school, he doesn't know how to drive, and he still lives with his parents and probably will until he's 35. He's always telling me about how he wants to find a girlfriend and get a job, but he's not really very proactive about it. I actually managed to set him up with a friend of mine once and they got along great, but the fact that he wasn't going to school and didn't have a job took a toll on their relationship. Her only demand was that he get his foot in the door by maybe take a class or two at a community college, but he never did so they broke up.

The sad part is, I talked to her recently, and she said that she told him that she was willing to take him back if he could show her that he was trying to turn his life around.

That was a few months ago, and he's still not interested in finding a job.

...but he does still complain about being alone and broke. Whoopee.
