Ria and Liz grew up in New York City, home of amazing pizza. They are out of high school and live together in an apartment. While in a club Ria and Liz spot out two hot guys, Rath and Zan. And like it says, 'In a city of billions all they see is each other.'
Rath owns a tattoo parlor with his friend, Zan. He see's alot of people coming in and out of their shop. He gives people tattoo's and that's it. He forgets all about them after he marks them. But, that changed when a girl walked in to get a tat on her lower back. Rath marked the girl with ink and watched her walk away, but her beauty hypnotised him. Every night he'd walk the streets looking for her, with no luck what so ever. Until, him and Zan decide to go to a club where, he sees her.

Ria, a girl that every man in New York wants, because of her punk ways and looks. Her purple streaks that flow threw her blonde hair. Her pierced tongue, that attracts all men. Her stubborn attitude that make them all want her even more. Only, she's attracted to one man and one in paricular. Ria went to get a tat at a local Tattoo Parlor and she went all goo goo eyes for the one with the mohawk. Everytime she goes to a club she wishes that he'd be there, but she has no luck in spotting him, Until, one night she see's him across the room.

Liz works at a bar with her best friend, Ria. When Ria wanted to get a tat, Liz went with her and met and talked with the guy with the spiked hair, while the one with the mohawk gave Ria her tat. After that all she can talk about is Zan. Zan this and Zan that. Ria's friend has copper streaks threw her brown hair and a her tongue pierced, from a dare that Ria did.

Zan works with Rath he is a big time player and can't seem to soften up, until he meets Liz, while her friend gets herself a tattoo. He talks to her and gets to know her a little, but when she leaves with her friend he can't keep his mind of her. All he thinks about is Liz and it all changes when they meet at a club.

Michael works with both Rath and Zan. Michael is Raths twin, so they pretty much look alike, though Rath has more spunk. Michael has a secret lover, which he won't tell Rath and Zan about, for they know the chick.

Ava works at the bar with Ria and Liz. They are like a little family. They have fun together and party together. Ava has a secret lover, also she knows Ria and Liz's mystery guys, though Ria and Liz have no idea.Also, Ava lives with Ria and Liz.
