Question about my profile

I might just be really slow or something, but I'm a little confused with my Timezone and Date format settings. I don't no exactly what I'm supposed to set them to...or even how to go about doing it. Can anyone help me out, because I'm feeling a little dumb at the moment. lol

Well the timezone thing is easy,just choose the options according to whichever part of the world you live in.
The USA is generally -5 GMT,-6 GMT etc according to the part in which you live and places like say India and other parts of Asia are +5 GMT or more.Australia should be +9 or +10 GMT.
The other thing about the date is DMY-Day Month Year,fill in according to that order.
