Public Opinion Poll for Class

Hey, it'd be a really big help if you guys could take some time out of your day (no more than 1-3 minutes) to help me with my Government class and fill out a public opinion poll for me. It's not exactly the most conventional way to do it, but I'm in desperate need of some surveyees(?) hahah. Oh yeah, it helps if you're a US citizen... or I suppose you could just answer as if you were a US citizen. Regardless, the "government" that it references is that of the United States government.
