Hey i wrote this a long time ago and i haven't seen any new ma/ma fic out lately and i wanted to finish this one cause i have been working on another one. I posted on other sites but i haven't gotten alot on feed back so i don't know what people really think should i continue or should i stop.let me know what you guy think of my fic.

MY CRAZY LIFE

CHAPTER ONE:
"Hi" my name is Maria Deluca and I'm going crazy. Well, that's what my mother thinks. Ok see, I'm getting ahead of myself. Let me feel you in on what has happen so far, then you can tell me if I'm crazy or not.
It all started when I was born. "Yeah I know", you're thinking I'm crazy too, but wait, let me tell you. Ok, as I was saying, it all started when I was born. See my parents aren't like other parents. My dad Brandon Deluca he's and alien and my mom, Amy Deluca, she's a witch. "Yeah tell me about it". So now you see what I'm talking about.
My dad and some other aliens were sent to earth. On the way here something happen to the ship and it crashed. I really dont know much more about what happen to the ohters like him. He would never talk about them. Well, to me that is. My mom, she talks about her family all the time.
Now, I bet you're wondering how my life was like in a house of freaks. I'll tell you. Sense my dad never really talks about what he is or where he comes from you can only imagine what is's like when my mom uses magic. He really doesn't like it. He tells her all the time not to do it in the house or around me. He said he wants me to have a normal life. "YEAH RIGHT", how can my life be normal with parents like mine.
When I was younger my mom would show me all types of things when dad was at work. At night when she would put me to bed, she would tell me stories about what her family was like when she was my age. One day my dad came home a little early from work. Mom was showing me how to move things from one place to another. We didn't see my dad standing there. When my mom said my dads name I froze. All the thing I had in the air fell to the floor. When I looked at my dad, the look on his face scared me. That was one of the scariest days of my life. Mom told me that night when she put me to bed that my dad wasn't mad at me, and that I did nothing wrong. But I could here them fighting that night about how he wants me to be normal. That it was hard enough that I'm not all human, but to add powers to it was too much.
Mom said that I needed to learn how to control my powers. That just because he didn't want that life doesn't mean that I won't. After that night I never used my powers. Well not in front of people anyway. I learn very young to hide what I can do.

CAPTER TWO:
Ok back to why I'm going crazy. You see, my dad died about five mouths ago in a car accident. Yeah I know, but see I was in the car too and some how I walked away without a scar on me. When I woke up in the hospital my mom told me that my dad had died. I didn't here anything else she said because I was in shock. All I could think about was "How did my dad die?" Why didn't I? How am I not hurt? Why didn"t I save him? And then I had a scary moment. What were we going to do without my father?
That's when I started going crazy. I stopped talking first. I really don't know why. I guess I really didn't have anything to say. Then my grades started to drop, and that's when mom got concern and sent me to a therapies. He would tell me that my dad's death was not my fault, and that there was nothing I could have done to save him. "How can he say that? It is my fault becuase I could've saved him." But I didn't tell him that. I would sat there looking out the window. He would ask me question, but I wouldn't asnwer. He would always said "Tell me about yourself?" "YEAH RIGHT." It's not like I can say "Hey Doctor guess what, I'm half alien and half witch. I could've saved my dad with my powers to heal if I didn't pass out or whatever happen to me". And yeah, that's another thing. They don't know what happen to me. They ran all these test and they have no clue and to what happen.
I was going to sleep one night and I heard my mom talking to someone on the phone. She was saying that she couldn't do it on her own and she didn't have the money to keep me in therapy. I was kind of happy at first, until I realized what my mother was saying. She couldn't support us. What were we going to do? And then I heard her say that we will be out there as soon as possible. (Where as soon as possible)
The next few weeks we were packing to move. I really didn't want to move. I didn't want to leave all the memories we had in this house, of all the memoreis of my dad. We were almost done packing, I was in my dads office packing his papers and things that mom didn't get. I went to pick up a box when some papers fell on the floor. When I went to pick them up I saw a pictuer of some kind of spacecraft. The heading read UFO SITEINGS IN ROSWELL. When I started putting the papers back,I noticed a lot of newpapers clippings of things that happen years ago in roswell. "Why would dad have something like this?"
I found out that night that we're going to be living with my Aunt Michelle. I was kind of nervous because I've never met anyone from my mother's family. And then another sacry moment to put in the files. My mom's sister lives in Roswell.
The plane landed at 1:00p.m on Friday monring. The first thing I noticed was how hot it was. My mother asks was I ok? I just shook my head "yes". That's when we heard someone call out my mother's name. I put on my sunglasses and looking around to see where the sound was coming from. I spotted a woman about 20 feet away with tan shorts, white t-shirt, blond hair, and a small body frame waving her hands are way. I guess it was my aunt because my mom just drops are bags and starts to run toward the woman. They do there little hug thing for about ten minutes before my mother notices I'm not there. She turns around and started to walk back over to me, my aunt follows. When they reach me, my mom intrduces me to my aunt. I guess she knows I dont talk much, because she just smiles at me and picks up one of the bags and starts to walk off. I looked at my mom and she has this really big smile on her face. Wow, I don't remember my mother ever smiling like this. It's like she's happy to be here.
We get the rest of are bags and head to my aunts car. It's really nice to. A 2002 balck BMW. We put all the bags in the car and now we're on the way to my new home. It takes us two hours to get there. It's a big two story house with five bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms. My aunt shows me my room first and I'm sorry to say but I love it, it's huge. There is a queen-size bed, a walk in closet, and my own bathroom. My aunt tells me to make myself at home and then she closes the door to my room. I just stand there for about ten minutes just looking around. I notice a lot of my things are already unpacked. I guess are boxes got here before we did.
An hour later I am sitting in my room looking out the window at the town and I can't help to think about my dad. I miss him so much.The ways that we would talk, and just hang out. For a dad he was really cool. I come back to reality when I see something out the corner of my eye. It's a boy walking down the street. He has on black jeans and white t-shirt. He's reading a book when he just stops walking and looks around like he's lost.Then he looks toward my window. We lock eyes and it's like I feel him calling me. Like a force is pulling me to him. My door opens and I turn to see my mom's head peeking in. She tells me that we're going out to dinner, to be ready in ten minutes. When I turn back to the window he's gone.

CAPTURE THREE:
My aunt wanted to take us out to eat for are first night here. When we pull in front of the restaurant the only thing I can think is "are they for real"? It has a spaceship coming out of the place. You know, to look like it crashed there. Hints the name The Crashdown Cafe.' But that's not the bad part. When we walked inside, the place is covered in aliens. Not literally aliens, but the decor on the walls and the uniforms the waitresses have on are too funny. I would've been offended if it wasn't really cute. My Mom just looks at me with these sad eyes likes she knows what I'm thinking. We head over to a booth. My Mom and I on one side and my aunt on the other. I look at the menu and I can't help but smile at the names of the food. Mom asks me what I want to eat. I point out what I want and look around at the decor. I get this tingly felling in my body. I look toward the back of the restaurant and I see the same guy that I saw when I was looking out my window. He's just staring at me. He's in a booth with two other people. One is a girl with long blond hair, and the other is a guy with short brown hair that's all spiked. The girl is talking to the one looking at me but it doesn't look like he's listening. The waitress is at are table now and my Mom asks me what I want to drink. I look at the menu and point to a cherry coke. I look up at the waitress and notice her looking at me. She has long brunette hair and brown eyes. Her nametag said Liz. When she's done taking are order she smiles and walks over to the table were the guy is at. She talks to the one with the spiked hair for a minute and kisses him on the cheek, and leaves to the back of the restaurant. The girl that is sitting next to the dark haired one touched his shoulder and he jumps.
"Max? What's wrong? said Isabel
"HUH"
"Have you been listening to anything I've said?"
"HUH, What? asked Max
"You weren't even listening were you? asked Isabel a little mad
"I'm sorry Izzy, what did you say?"
"Never mind" she said rolling her eyes
SO ANYWAYS, Michael what are you and Liz doing this weekend? asked Izzy
"I don't know? She wants to go to some stupid move" said Michael
"What about you and Alex? What are your plans?"
"I haven't talk to Alex yet. I think his band has a gig."
"What about you Max? Another weekend at home with your head in the books?" asked Michael with a big smile on his face.
Max turns to give him a dirty look and said to Michael.
"If you had your head in a book instead of on Liz maybe you would graduate school Michael".
"Ouch, what's up your butt?" he asked with his hands in the air as a sign to surrender.
"Nothing, I'm sorry, you know, I'm not hungry anymore. I will see you guys later." He gets up and leaves through the back door.

I turn back to are table when I notice are waitress is back with are food. A tall, dark haired guy with baggy clothe comes in the restaurant and walks to the table were the girl and guy is sitting. He sits on the side with the girl and kisses her on the cheek.
"Get a room" said Michael
"Shut up Guerin" said Alex
"Make me"
"OK both of you shut up" said Isabel
"How was your day Alex" asked Isabel
"It was OK (kissing her on the cheek again) We have a gig this weekend, do you want to go?
"You know I would love to" said Izzy with a big smile
"What about you Guerin? You in" asked Alex
"I don't know, maybe if Liz wants to "
"Where's Max? Didn't I just see the jeep? asked Alex looking around for Max
"He said he wasn't hungry and he just left."
I was looking at my burger and fries when my aunt asked is there something wrong. I look to my Mom and she asks the waitress for some ketchup and Tabasco sauce and an extra plate. The waitress just looks at my Mom like she has two heads. Then she said she'll be right back. She comes back with what we asked for and leaves. I take the plate and put the ketchup and Tabasco on it and dip my fries in it. Before I can put them in my mouth, I have that felling again. I look at my Mom and she is eating her food and taking to my aunt. My eyes roams to the back of the restaurant were the waitress is just looking at me. I turn my head to one side and stare back. Then she shakes her head and turns away. I decide to ignore her and eat my food. And I must say it's not bad.
"Just because she wanted Tabasco sauce doesn't mean anything, you're just being paranoid. I've being hanging out with Michael to long" though Liz
(walking up to the table) Were did Max go? asked Liz
"I guess he went home, something about not being hungry. said Michael pulling Liz in the booth next to him.
"I hope he's alright. He's been acting funny the last couple of days. said Isabel with a concern look on her face
"Have you notice anything about him Michael? asked Izzy
"Nope not really, other than he needs to get out more, have a little fun."
"Leave Max alone Michael" said Liz
"Hey I'm just saying, maybe if he gets a girlfriend, or go to a party once in a while, maybe he'll loosen up. He's way too serious.
Max was laying on his bed looking at the ceiling. "What is wrong with me? It's not like I haven't seen pretty girls before. But it's just something about her. I feel like I should know her. Her eyes, Such a deep green, I don't think I've ever seen eyes that color. And those pouty red lips".(sighing) "Why can't I stop thinking about her?"(Ok Max, think of something else, anything else) he told himself. "I think I'll go for a walk" He grabs his jacket and heads out the door.

CAPTURE FOUR:
When we got home I was a little bored just sitting there listening to my Mom and aunt talk, so I decide to take a walk, to clear my head. There is a park down the street.
It's really lovely here. It's not like this back home. I know I shouldn't be feeling this way, but I can't help it. It's so peaceful here. I don't even remember the last time I was on a swing. (She yawns) "I'm really tired, I need to get a good night sleep. "Well at lease the dreams stopped." (she tells herself) Oh wait, I didn't tell you about the dreams did I? "OOPS sorry" I guess with the finding out we're moving and all, it slipped my mind. Well, I've been having the same dream sense I got out of the hospital ten months ago. In the dream I'm talking to some guy, but I can't see his face. We're yelling about something. He tells me that he loves me for me and everything else doesn't matter as long as we have each other. Then my dad comes out of nowhere and is yelling at the man I'm talking to. Telling him that he didn't want this for me, that's why he left. He wants my life to be normal. The man is saying something but I can't here what it is because I'm crying to hard. Then I here him say "I would die for her" and my father said "That's the problem your going to," and then I wake up. The dreams stopped two nights before we came to Roswell. "FREAKY" Yeah I know.
Have you ever had a felling that someone's watching you but when you look there's nothing there? Well, I have that felling now and I don't see anyone. "Wait, oh my God" please let it be that this is a really small town and not that he is like stocking me. There he is again. He looks lost.
Max was thinking so hard that he didn't notice he ended up at the park. He just stops walking when he noticed were he was. Have you ever had this felling that someone is watching you? I have it right now. (looking around) "Oh man, there she is again. I went for a walk to clear my head and not think about her and there she is," he tells himself. "Why is she just looking at me? Is there something on me?" (he looks down) "Should I go talk to her? What would I say? No, I can't just go over there and talk to her. I don't know her. ("But you want to get to know her") a voice said in his head. "OK were did that come from." Max get a hold of yourself, it's just a girl. You've talk to girl before, you can do this. (he tells himself) He starts to walk toward the swings.
"Max!"
"Damn!" he turns around to see Tess walking up to him. When he turns back toward the swings he sees her walking away.
"@#%$" he says
"Hey Max, what are you doing out here by yourself?" asked Tess in a too sweet voice.
"Just went for a walk" he tells her
"What wrong? you sound sad?
"I'm fine" ( still looking in the direction of the swings)
"Are you sure, you know you can tell me? I know I'm not your favorite person but I am here for you"
"Yeah, I know but I'm fine" (turning to look at her)
"OK well, I'm going to the crashdown, do you want to come?"
"NO, but thanks anyway. I think I'll head home. I'll see you around." ( with that he gets up and leaves)
"OK by Max" said Tess a little sad
"Yeah by Tess"
The weekend went to fast. It was Monday already and Maria didn't want to get up. First days of school is hard on everyone, but when you come in the middle of the school year is doesn't make it better. She got out of bed and got right into the shower. The warm water is what she needed to get the day started right. She dressed in a dark green tank top, black jeans and white tennis shoes. She pulled her hair up into a ponytail and went to eat breakfast.
Maria and her Mom arrived at West Roswel High at 7:30. Maria was sitting in the waiting area of the principles office, while her mother was in the office talking to the principle. When her mother came out she told Maria that every thing was taking care of and to have a nice day. That she will see her when she gets home. A secretary gives her a schedule of all her classes, and a number and a lock to a locker. Maria found her locker and put her things that she thought she wouldn't need right now in it, and went to look for her first class.
Max pulled the jeep into the parking lot. Him, Isabel, Michael and Liz jumped out and started to walk toward the entrance. Once inside they all split up. Michael and Liz went to her locker first. When she gets there she notices a girl at her locker four rows away. Liz was pulled back to reality when she felt Michael kissing her on the neck.
(Smiling) "Not here" said Liz
"Then were" asked Michael still kissing her
"We have class, and I have a test today" she said turning to look at him
"Miss it, do some extra work or something" he said with a big smile
"Michael, later I promise"
"PROMISE" he said with sad eyes
"PROMISE" she said with a little smile
"Fine, let's go" ( grabbing her hand and pulling her to class)
Max was turning the corner when he hits something really hard. His books went flying out of his hands to the floor.
"I'm so sorry, I wasn't watching were I was going." He said while picking up his books.
"....."
When he didn't here anyone say anything he looks up into the most beautiful clear green eyes he has ever seen. Maria picks up her books and walks down the hall to her class. Max just watch's her go.
"OK!" he said turning to go to class.

CAPTURE FIVE:
Maria's first two classes went but really fast. The teachers were OK, they didn't bug her to answer questions, didn't give to much homework. "Just four more to go." She thought. The bell rings and she heads to her next class. She pulls out her schedule to see were her next class is. She's walking down the halls when a guy about medium height, drown hair, nice muscular body asks is she lost. She looks up from her schedule to see him leaning in looking at her schedule. Before she could do anything he says "hey I have that class next just follow me" and he walks off. He turns around a minute later and look at her with one eyebrow raised, are you coming. she looks at him for a minute and then she follows.
"Oh by the way my names Kyle"
Kyle pulled open the door to the classroom at the same time, letting her enter. The teacher was in the middle of talking when the door opens to the classroom. Everyone looks up to see who came in.
"Thank you for gracing us with your presents Mr. Valenti, next time please make it before the bell." said Mr. Roman
"Yes sir" said Kyle
"And who might you be" Mr. Roman said to Maria
Maria hands him her schedule and waits to be sited like in her other two classes. The teacher looks at the paper and then back to Maria. He hands the paper back to her and then looks at the class for a place for her to sit. There was only one person that didn't have a partner.
"Your biology partner for the rest of the year will be Evans" he tell her
"Evans please raise your hand"
Which one" asked Isabel
"Oh sorry, Mr. Evans"
Maria starts to walk over to the guy with his hand in the air. He's head was down taking notes. She sits down and takes out her notebook to take note. She glances over to her left and is met by the most beautiful brown eyes.
"Oh my God, it's him" she thought
"Oh man it's her" thought Max
Max was pulled out of his thoughts when Mr. Roman's called his name.
"Mr. Evan may I speak with you for a minute please"
The class is making all kind of noises, Max looks back to Maria and raises one eyebrow and follow the teacher out the class.
"Max I'm going to need a favor" ask the teacher
"OK" said Max a little nervous
"Your new partner, well she may be a little hard to talk to, especially sense she really doesn't talk"
"What do you mean she doesn't talk" asked Max
"Just what I said, she doesn't talk. So can you make her fell at home, you know show her around."
"Yeah I guess"
They enter back into the classroom and Max takes his sit. He looks over to Maria and just gives a small smile. The teacher hands out the assignment and the class gets started with there work.
"Hi I'm Max"
Maria just looks at him. She hasn't talk to anyone in months, but it's something about him that makes her wants to talk to him, tell him everything about herself. She looks down at her hands then back up at him. "The teacher must have told him about me" she think to herself. Max turns to his paper and starts to write. A few minutes later he fells a hand on his arm. He looks up and has to smile. Maria points to her name on the top of her paper
"Nice to meet you Maria" said Max with a small smile.
She gives him a smile in return. They spent the rest of the class doing the assignment in silence. The bell rings and they head out to lunch. Max made it to the table they eat at every day first
"Hey Max, do you have the homework for math? I didn't get a chance to finish" asked Michael
"Yeah it's in my locker, I'll get it when I'm done eating" said Max taking a bit of his sandwich
"Thanks, I had to say late at work and when I got home I just crashed"
"Is my baby tired" said Liz coming up behind Michael
"Not for you" he said with a smile
Max rolls his eyes and takes another bit of food. He looks around at all the other students and something catches his eyes. Sitting under a tree reading a book is his biology partner.
"Man she's pretty" he thinks
"Max are you even listening to me?" asked Isabel
"HUH"
Max looks to his left and sees Isabel looking at him like he has two heads."when did they get to the table?" he thinks
"Sorry Izzy what did you say" asked Max
Isabel looks over to were her brother was looking and sees a girl under a tree reading and eating her lunch. She looks back at her brother with one eyebrow up.
"What" asked Max
"You tell me Max"
"I don't know what you're talking about "
"Yeah right, keep telling yourself that, maybe you'll believe it" she said
"Whatever" Max said shaking his head
"Ok back to what I was saying. Next month is the sweetheart dance and I'm on the decorating bored and I wanted to know is anyone can help me out. You know volunteer some time. PLEASE." asked Isabel
"You know I will help anyway I can" said Alex with a big smile on his face.
"I can help but I have to see when I'm off" said Liz
"What about you Michael"
"What about me" he said stuffing the last of his sandwich in his mouth.
"Can you help out" asked Izzy rolling her eyes
"Why should I, it's not like I'm going to the stupid thing anyway" he said
"What do you mean you're not going" asked Liz with one hand on her hip facing him
"Just what I said, I'm not going" said Michael
"What if I wanted to go" said Liz now with her arms crossed over her chest
"Go, I'm not stopping you"
"Oh you're going" said Liz
"No I'm not" said Michael looking at her
"If you want to TOUCH me ever again you ARE going" she said packing up her thing to leave
"Liz that's not fair, just cause I don't want to go to a stupid dance" he said with his hands in the air
"Well life isn't always fair Michael" she said leaving the table
"See what you did Izzy, Thanks a lot" he said leaving after Liz
"What about you Max, can you help" asked Izzy looking at her brother trying not to laugh at Michael and Liz
"Yeah I guess" he said still looking at Maria
(sighing) "Why don't you go talk to her?" asked Izzy
"What are you talking about" asked Max
Isabel points to the girl under the tree, Alex and Max looks over.
"It's obvious you want to talk to her," she said. Hey wait. is she new, I don't remember seeing her before? looking a Maria now too
"Yeah her and her Mom just moved here" said Alex
Max and Isabel look at him.
"What? I saw her and her Mom this morning in the office. And even if he did talk to her she want talk back" he said
"What do you mean, how do you know she want talk back?" asked Izzy
(raising his hands in the air for surrender) " I think they said something about her not being able to talk or not talking a lot, I really didn't here it all I had to get to class."
"Oh" Should we look into her, you know what happen last time we had a new girl? said Isabel looking a little sad at Maria
"Her name's Maria" said Max
"How do you know" asked Izzy
"I have her in one of my classes" he said
"If she doesn't talk, how do you know her name? asked Alex
"She's my lab partner in bio" he tells them
"lets wait and see if something funny happen then we will look OK" he says
"OK, I hope you're right" said Isabel
"Not everyone is out to get us Izzy"
Just then the bell rings for the end of lunch.

CAPTURE SIX:
Maria walked into her forth period class, which was held in the library. She walked up to the woman behind the counter and handed her the schedule. The lady informed her that the teacher was not in today, that it was like a free period. Maria goes to look for a quite conner to read in. When she passes a row of books she saw a couple making out. She just shook her head and keeps walking. She fines an aisle that was empty and sits down pulling out her book she was reading at lunch.
Max comes out of the file room to see Michael and Liz making out in one of the aisles. Shaking his head he made his way to the row of books he was looking for. When he turns the conner he trips over something and falls to the floor. When he turns to see what he tripped on he is met with the clearest green eyes he has ever seen.
"I'm sorry I didn't see you there" said Max
"Maria right" he asked
she just shake her head yes
"You have this class too" he asked
Again she shakes her head
He was going to ask another question but was interrupted by Michael and Liz
"Hey Max did you get the homework for math" asked Michael
Max looks at Maria then back to Michael
"UH yeah I got it" he said looking back to Maria
Michael looked back and forth between Maria and Max, it was an uncomfortable silence that fell between them until Liz broke it.
"Hi I'm Liz, your new right." she asked Maria
Maria looks to Max then to Liz and shakes her head yes.
Max turns to Michael and sees him with his arms crossed over his chest.
"Oh uh Michael, Liz this is Maria, Maria this is my friend Michael and his girlfriend Liz" he said
Maria looks back to the couple and gives a small smile. Max gets up off the floor.
"Sorry again about that" he tells Maria
She just gives him a little smile and goes back to reading her book. And they walk off.
"What was that about" asked Michael
"What are you talking about" asked Max
"You know what I'm talking about?"
"If i knew I wouldn't ask" said Max
"Don't play dumb, you're into her" he said with a smile on his face.
"I don't know what your talking about, I just meet her today" said Max
"She seems nice, quite, but nice" said Liz
"Yeah but its something about her" said Michael
"What do you mean" asked Max stopping to look at him
"I don't know, it's like I know her or like I want to know her" said Michael with a serious face
"I had that feeling to, what do you think it is?" asked Max looking concern
"I don't know, it's like, when I first meet you and Izzy but not really, I cant explain it." said Michael
"You don't think she's one of you do you" asked Liz
"She can't be, Nasedo said it was only four of us, she could be a skin. We should check into it." said Michael
Just then the bell rings and they watch her live the library.
"We meet tonight at my place to see what's up" said Michael
Liz and Max shook there heads yes, and walked out to door.
That night they were all in Michael's apartment talking about the new girl. Michael was sitting in a chair with Liz on his lap. Isabel and Alex was on the couch with Tess. Kyle was on the floor and Max was leaning on the wall.
"OK so what do we do" asked Michael
All eyes went to Max. He looked up from looking at the floor and saw all eyes on him.
"Hey I don't know, that's why we are here" he said
"OK, we will start with Michael. You said you felt something, what was it?" asked Izzy
"I don't know, it's like I feel her in my head, like I feel you and Max but not as strong, like I should know her" he said
"How can that be, I don't understand, you only have a connection with your kind right" asked Alex
"Not really, I have one with Kyle because I healed him and Michael has one with Liz, it's just not as strong as if it was one of us." said Max
"So she's human if it's not strong then right" asked Kyle
"We don't know" said Michael
"I'm not as good at that connection thing like Isabel and Max so It could be strong, just not with me" said Michael
"She has to be a skin, Nasedo said there was no one else but us here" said Tess talking for the first time that night.
"We don't know that, we don't know if we are the only ones, maybe there were others, and he never told us" said Izzy
"We will start with Alex, you get as much on her as you can online, then we will go from there" said Max
Just then he feels a strong energy go through him.
"Did you feel that" he asked looking at the other three
Isabel, Tess and Michael all shook there heads yes.
"Feel what" asked Kyle looking at them all
"Like something went through you, like energy" said Michael
"What do you think it was" asked Izzy
"I don't know" said Max
On the other side of town.
"Why are you doing this" she screams
"YOU ARE NOT WANTED, YOU SHOULD HAVE DIED WITH HIM, YOU WILL NEVER RULE". said a dark shadow
Maria wakes up with a jump, sweat running down her body soaking her nightshirt. Her door opens and her mother runs to her side.
"Are you OK I heard a crash? she said
"It's OK, it was just a dream" she told her rocking back and forth
Looking around her room you see that her deck chair is upside down, the window is open, and her lamp is brooking on the floor.
"Did you do that" asked her mother
"YES" she said and started to cry.
Amy pulls back and looks at Maria, wondering if she heard right.
"Maria, it's OK, it was only a dream, you're OK."
"shh it's going to be OK" said Amy rock her in her arms
"Mom" said Maria just over a whisper
Amy stops moving. She pulls back and looks into Maria's eyes. She can't help the tears that comes to hers.
"Oh Maria" she said now crying harder. Pulling her back into a hug she asked
"When did you...... Who did it.......Why didn't you....... What happen to the....... Oh my God Maria"
"Mom" she says still crying
Amy lets go and looks at her daughter with a big smile on her face.
"yes"
"What really happen to dad" she asked looking down at her hands.
Amy inhaled sharply and looked at Maria. It took a moment to speak.
"What do you mean"
"How did he died"
"Why are you asking these question" Amy asked a little mad now
"That's not an answer, what are you hiding from me" asked Maria
"You don't talk for almost a year, and suddenly you're talking, and don't get me wrong because I was scared to death that you weren't going to talk again, but this is what comes out the first time you want to join the talking world again, what kind of question is that" said Amy pacing back and forth.
"He die because of me didn't he" asked Maria starting to cry agian
"Oh God Maria don't say that" said Amy coming to sit on the bed again and hugging Maria.
"It was an accident baby" said Amy still rocking Maria
They stayed that way for a while in silence until Maria pulled back and said she was sorry, and that she had school tomorrow
"Are you sure honey, do you want to talk about it" asked Amy
"I'm sure, I'm a little tired, I will talk to you later"
"OK honey, good night" said Amy
"Good night Mom, I love you" said Maria
"Love you too baby" and with that she walks out of the room
The next morning Maria was up and ready to go to school when her mother came into the kitchen.
"Oh did you sleep" she asked looking her over
"Better" said Maria
"I'm so glad that you are back, you gave me a scare, how do you feel, you don't have to go to school today if you don't feel like it." said Amy
"I'm OK Mom, it was just a dream, I'm good"
"If you want to talk about it I'm here, you don't have to close yourself off anymore, you're not alone, I lost him too" said Amy
"I know, and I am sorry, I didn't know how to get it out"
"And what made you want to now" asked Amy
"I don't know, I guess I was tired of being alone" said Maria
"Baby you're never alone" said Amy hugging Maria
'I know, I sorry"
"Don't be, just don't do that again" said Amy with a little smile
Maria's day went OK so far. She was a little tired but she was OK. She keep thinking about her dream and it didn't sense to her. She was pulled out of her though when the bell rings. She heads to her next class. She was walking down the halls when she saw a group of kids standing by a locker talking, when she walks by they stop and look at her. She just turns the conner and head for bio.
"We will finish this at lunch OK" said Max
He closes his locker, him, Isabel and Kyle walks to bio, while the others go to there classes.
When the door opens as the bell ring's, Maria looks up to see them walking in. Max walks over to there table and sits down.
He gets his thing for class out.
"OK, today we will be working on genus, you will be looking at the cells I will be passing out and comparing them to other species" said Mr. Roman
"One of you will get the supplies and the other will come up and get the samples" he said
"Mmm, I guess I'll get the supplies" said Max looking at Maria
"OK" she said in a really small voice
Max went to get up but stopped. He turned back to look at Maria but she was on her way to the desk to get the samples.
"I though she couldn't talk" he though to himself
He returned to the table with the supplies. Maria helps to set it up. She puts the first slide in the microscope and looks at it. Then answer the question on the paper. When Max went to look at the slide he bumps her hand and he feels this little electrical shock go through him. Maria pulls her hand back like it was on fire and looks at him.
"I'm sorry if I shocked you" said Max rubbing his hand
"It's OK" she said looking back at her paper
They spend the rest of the period just working on the assignment. When they were finish they helped clean up. They were the first ones gone and had a few minute until the end of class, so Maria pulls out her book and started to read. She could feel him looking at her, and wondered what was wrong. When she looked up he gave her a small smile.
"Mmm, can I ask you a question" asked Max
She closed her book and shook her head yes
"Mmm, while not to be like all in your business and all but I thought you couldn't talk, well that's what Mr. Roman said but today you are, how can that be" asked Max
"I don't know" said Maria
"What do you mean you don't Know"
"While I mean I can't answer a question I don't know the answer to" said Maria. The bell rings and she head to lunch
living a confused Max behind.

Max was the last one to the table for lunch. When he got there they were already talking about what Alex found on Maria.
"Sorry I'm late, what did I miss" said Max
"It's OK, and not much" said Izzy
OK, like I said already, I was up late last night looking into are new friend and what I found was that her and her mother moved here about a week ago to live with her aunt. They used to live in California u"ntil her dad died about a year ago. I didn't find anything on her dad but his name, Brandon Deluca. Her Mom, she's from here, well she was born here and moved sixteen years ago. Her mom's name is Amy. Other than that it looks OK, but I really didn't get to deep." said Alex
"That's good Alex" said Izzy giving him a little smile
"OK well at lease she was born and not hatch" said Kyle
They all just looked at him.
"What, I'm just saying she can't be one of you guys she has real parent's" he said
"He's right, so what do we do now" asked Liz
"But that still doesn't explain what I feel from her, like that vibe's I get" said Michael
"Maybe someone should get to know her, see what she's up to, if she is" said Tess looking at them all
"OK but who" asked Alex
They all looked at Max.
"What" he said
"Max" said Izzy
"Why me, why can't it be one of you guys" he said
"Because you know her, you talked to her already, it will look a little funny if we all of a sudden start talking to her asking all types of question" she said
"Fine, what do I have to do" he said, but on the inside he was kind of happy, and he really didn't know why.
"Just talk to her, you know get to know her" said Michael with a little smile
Max just look at him wondering what that was about.
"But be careful we still don't know anything about her" said Liz
Max looks over to the tree that Maria is sitting under, and watches her read her book. Just then he sees Eric Mills the star pitcher on the baseball team walking over towards her.
"No time like the present" said Max getting up to leave the table
He is walking over to Maria but looks back to his table to see them all staring at him. He turns back around to see Eric sitting down next to Maria.
"Why is she talking to him, he is no good for her" he think
"Wow, where did that come from, you sound like you're jealous Max" he tells himself
Maria is still reading her book when she feels that feeling again. She looks up to see Max approaching her.
Max puts his hands in his pocket when he reaches her.
"Hey" he says
"Hey" she said with a small smile
They were just looking at each other for a minute, not knowing what to say to each other until Max spook again.
"Um ... yeah well I... Um.... well we wanted to know if you wanted to come and sit with us ... you know so you wont have to be by yourself.... but if you're busy or anything ... you know you don't have to" said Max a little shy
She gives him a smile and grabs her bookbag and gets up off the ground.
Max looks a little startled and bags up a bit.
"Ooh yeah this way" he says
They walk back to the table.
"Ooh so what were you and Eric talking about" asked Max
"Who" asked Maria
"Eric the guy you were just talking to" Max said pointing to Eric over his shoulder
"Oh" she said looking back to the tree
"He just asked to sit down" she said
"Oh" he said with a little relief
They reach the table and sat down, with Maria next to Max, Isabel next to Alex, Michael next to Liz and Kyle next to her.
"Um Maria I would like you to meet my friends, this is my sister Isabel, her boyfriend Alex. You've already met Michael and Liz and that is Kyle" he said
"Yeah we already met too" said Kyle
"Hey" she said looking around the table
"So how do you like Roswell so far" asked Isabel
"I really haven't been out of the house, but so far it's OK" she said in a low voice
"Where are you from" asked Liz
"California" said Maria
"Wow that must suck, move here from there" said Kyle
Maria just shrugged her shoulder and looked in her bag for the rest of her lunch.
"Where is Tess" asked Max
"She had something to do she said" said Kyle before taking a drink
"You can met her later" Max said turning to Maria
She shakes her head up and down and takes a bit of her apple.
"OK so the decoration committee had a meeting today and I told them you guys were going to help? We are starting Thursday to go over plans so can you guys make it" asked Isabel
"I will have to see what time I have to work, but I guess I can" said Liz
"After I meet with the band I will be there" said Alex
"What about you Kyle" asked Isabel
"OK what are we doing again" he said
"I want to know if you can help me with decorating for the dance" said Isabel
"Ain't that like girlie stuff" said Kyle
"Kyle" she said with her hand on her hip
"OK, OK I think I have practice but I can come after" he said
"Michael, pleaseeeee" she asked
"Yeah, yeah" he said in a low voice rolling his eyes
"I know you will be there right Max"
"I guess" he said looking at Maria
The bell rings for the end of lunch. They all start to get up to leave
"It was nice to met you Maria" said Liz
"Yeah same here" said Michael
"Oh tell Tess to be there to Kyle OK" said Isabel
walking past Maria she said
"You can come to if you like"
"Thanks I might" she said
"See you later Maria and welcome to Roswell" said Alex
"come on I will walk with you to class" said Max
"OK" she said with a little smile

Max and Maria walked to there next class in silence, each in there own though. When they walked into the library, Maria headed for a table, with Max right behind her. Maria was looking around for the teacher. As if knowing what she was thinking Max broke the silence
"He really never comes to class" he said
"Huh"
"The teacher, he's never here. I usually use this class to study for my other classes or do homework I didn't get a chance to finish" he said
"Oh" said Maria looking at Max shaking her head up and down in understanding
Maria pulls out her book that she was reading at lunch, and begin to read
"Um" he says to get her attention. She looks up from her book to see him rubbing the back of his head
"What can I say to her that won't make you look like a dork" Thought Max
"How was your day so far" he asked
"Stupid, Stupid, Stupid" he thought
She gives he a half smile
"It's good so far"
"UH you like to read I see" He said pointing to the book in her hand
"I see you all the time reading"
"You watch me" she says with a smirk her green eyes shining
"HUH, oh no not like that, I mean your new and this is a small town" he said looking anywhere but at her
She gives a little laugh
"Yeah I like to read" she said with a smile now on her face
"What else do you like to do" he asked
"Wow Max you go boy" he thought to himself
"I don't know" she said looking at his beautiful brown eyes
"What did you do for fun back home" he asked
Her smile falls from her face and she gets this far away look
"I'm sorry, did I say something wrong" he asked
"No" she said with a low voice looking down at her hands
"What's wrong, home sick" he asked
"You can say that" she said looking back at him with sad eyes
They were quiet for a minute until Max spoke
"Well lucky for you I have just the cure" said Max with a big smile
Maria couldn't help but smile back and said
"And what is that"
"An Alien Blast" he said
"What" she said with wide eyes
"Alien Blast, It's a drink at the CD" he said looking at her with narrow eyes
"Oh" she said with a little laugh
"What is the CD" she asked
"It's where we go to hang out, Liz's dad owns it" he said
"I know it's not much but" he let the sentence hang in the air
She gave a smirk and said
"I'd love an Alien Blast, sound's fun" she said
Giving a big smile of his own Max shakes his head up and down
then says
"We can go after school if you'll like, that is if you're not busy"
"I'd like that, Thanks"
"Cool" he said

Maria walked up to her locker at the end of the day. She was tired, she really didn't get that much sleep last night. She was getting her math book out of her locker when she felt something.
"Hey" Max said
She jumps a little and puts one hand to her chest
"Oh, Max" she said
"I'm sorry did I scare you"
"Um.. no, no I'm good" she said
"OK"
They look at each other for a minute then Maria turns back to her locker to get the rest of her things.
"So what can I do to you Max" she asked closing her locker
"HUH" he said looking at her with wide eyes
"Did she say what I think she said" he thought
"What can I do for you" she said really slowly
"Oh, Um I just came to see if you are ready" he said looking down at his hands
"Yeah, all set" she said
"Your chariot awaits my lady" Max said with a bow
She give a big smile and a giggle and walked out of the school with Max.

They got to the CD fifteen minutes later. When they entered Max walked them to the back of the restaurant to a booth and sat down. No less than a minute, the back door opens and Michael and Isabel comes walking out. They head right to the table and sit down, with Max and Izzy on one side and Maria and Michael on the other.
"I told you I will help when I have the time" said Michael
"But you don't work and I know you don't have any homework, so what is it that you need time for" asked Isabel
"Look I told you..." he said but Izzy cut him off
"No, you look, I want this to be nice and I need all the help I can get, I asked you nicely the first time but if I have to get rough then I will" she said
Finally looking around at the table she notices Maria.
"Hey" she said
"Hey" said Maria
Noticing for the first time that he was siting next to someone Michael turns to look at her.
"Oh hey" he said
She has a little grin and nods her head and looks back to Max with one eyebrow rinsed
"What are you guys talking about now" asked Max
"He want tell me what days he can help out" said Izzy
"I did tell you" said Michael
"Look I'm not going to argue about this anymore, you are going to help out and you are going to love it" said Izzy getting up to leave but turns around before she gets to the door to the back
"Or I will tell Liz"
And with that said she left through the door.

They sat and talked for a while about nothing until Maria started to get a headache. She is rubbing her head with one hand and looking at her watch.
"Are you OK" asked Max
"HUH, OH yeah just a little tired" she said
"If you're ready I can take you home" he said
"I'd like that thank you" she said picking up her things to go
They leave the CD and head to Max's jeep. He pulls out onto the road and then looks over to Maria
"So, were to"
"Um, make a right at the conner"
"OK" he said still looking at her
About five minute later they pull up in front of Maria house.
"I had a really good time with you Max, thank you" she said turning to look at him
Getting out of the jeep and walking around to the other side, he helps her out and walks with her to the door
"I had a good time too, Um maybe we can do it again some time" he said looking at the ground
She takes her keys out of her bookbag and turns around to face him
"I would like that" she said with a smile
"I guess I'll see you at school, and I hope you feel better" he said putting his hands in his pockets
"Yeah see you tomorrow" she said turning to go in the house
"Max"
"Yeah" he said turning around to face her
"Thank you again" she said looking into his eyes
"You're welcome" he said

"Why are you doing this now, I thought you didn't want to know about them. Why is it OK for you and not for me" she said crossing her arm over her chest
"Because they need me, they need to know the truth" he said
"And what is the truth" she asked looking at him
"You will know soon"
"What are you hiding from me, why can't you tell me"
"It not time for you to know"
"But.... DAD" she yells
Maria jerks up in bed sweat running down her back, her eyes are wide and she's shaking.
"It was my fault" she says in a whisper
On the other side of town he wakes up with a start. He hears his bedroom door opening. He turns to see Isabel walking in.
"Are you OK, I heard you scream" she asked
"Uh yeah, yeah I'm OK, just a dream" he said
"From the way you're shaking I would think it's more like a nightmare"
"I'm OK" he said running his hands through his hair.
The next morning Maria is getting ready for school when her mother comes into her room.
"Good morning" her mother said
"Morining" Maria said looking at herself in the mirror
"I want be home when you get here today" Amy said
"OK"
"OK, is that all you have to say"
"What am I supposed to say" said Maria looking at her Mom now
"You dont want to know why I'm not going to be here" Amy asked
"Well if you wanted me to know you would've told me" she said walking to her bed to pick up her bookbag
"Are you OK honey, you look tired" she asked
"I'm fine"
"You don't look fine, are you having those dreams again, cause...."
"I said I was fine" she said her voice rising a little
"OK" said Amy looking at her walk out of the door
Maria walked into the computer lab and went to the back of the class. It was only a couple of kids there. She logs on line and types in obituary. Then types in Brandon Deluca, and the day he died. What she finds shocks her.
Brandon Deluca, died February nineteenth in automobile accident. Only occupant in car. Cause of death broken neck.
"Only occupant in car, how can that be, I was in the car too" she thinks to herself. She is pulled out of her thoughts when she sees someone walking up to her
"Hey, I didn't know you had this class" Alex said
She closes the screen and looks up at him.
"Oh, Um I don't, I was looking up some info for a report" she said
"Oh must be really good, cause I was calling you for a minute there" he said looking at the screen then back to her
"Uh yeah it's mind opening" she said getting up to leave
"I guess I'll see you later" he asked
"Later" she asked turning back to face him
"Yeah, later at lunch"
"Oh, yeah lunch, yeah I'll be there" she said leaving the lab
Maria walked to her locker to get her bio book for class when her head started to hurt her. Putting her free hand on her head and the other closing her locker, she jumps back with a start when she sees Max leaning on the locker next to hers.
"God Max, you scared me" she said
"I'm sorry" he said with sad eyes
"What are you doing here" she asked
"I saw you here and decided to come and see if you would like some company to bio" he said with a grin
"I'd love some" she said with a smile
They start to walk down the hall to there bio class when some girl that Maria hasn't seen before comes up to them.
"Hey Max" she said
"Tess" Max said in a voice with no emotion
"Isabel asked me to help her out on the dance decoration today, are you going to be there too" she asked coming really close to him and putting her hand on his arm
"Yeah I guess, if I'm not busy" he said moving a little toward Maria
"What would you been doing, maybe I could help" she said with a smile
"Well it all depens on Maria, and I think I can handle it" he said looking at Maria with a smile
"Oh really" she said finally looking at Maria with a glare
"Yeah, so I guess we'll see you later then" he said taking Maria hand in his and walking off
"Count on it" she said to herself
Maria looked down at there hands and couldn't help the smile on her face. They walked into class just as the bell rang still hand in hand. They walk over to there lab table and sit down. Max leans over like he is about to kiss her on the cheek, but right before he gets there he movies to her ear
"Thank you back there, I own you one" he said
She gave him a small smile, and turns back to face the front of class.
Maria was in a dazes all through class. So deep in though that she didn't here the bell ring for lunch. She was pulled out of her thoughts when she felt warm breath on her ear sending a shiver down her back.
"What has you thinking this hard" Max said
"HUH" she said turning to look at him
"Where were you just now" he asked with a big smile
"Oh sorry, I was just thinking" she said getting up to leave for lunch
"So Um about what I said earlier" Max said
Maria and Max sit at there table. Maria looks over at him confused.
"In the halls, earlier" he said
"What about it" she asked taking out her lunch
"Are you busy" he asked looking down at the table
"Busy for what" she asked not understanding what he is talking about
"Today after school, helping Isabel out with the decoration, would you like to come" he asked looking at her
"Oh Umm, yeah I guess" she said looking into his eyes
/Man she has the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen, they are like emerald jewels/ he thought with a smile
"What are you smiling about Max" asked Isabel as she sits down at the table next to Maria
"What" he asked
"I said what has you so happy"
"Nothing" he said looking at Maria out if the conner of his eyes
/You like her don't you/ said Izzy through there connection
/Shut up Izzy/ Max said looking at Isabel
As if hearing them Maria looks at Max and Isabel with wide eyes. Before she could said anything the rest of the group comes over to sit at the table. Alex sat next to Isabel and leans in to give her a kiss on the cheek. Liz and Michael are in there own convo and Kyle is digging into his lunch
"So Maria did you find everthing you need for your report" asked Alex
"HUH, report" Maria said looking at Tess approach the table and sit down between Max and Kyle
"The report you were working on this morning in the lab" he said taking out his lunch
"Oh no I still have something I need to find out" she said looking down at her lunch with a sad look on her face
"Max have you decieded who you're going to take to the dance yet" asked Tess
"Uh no" he said moiving a little closer to the end of the table
"What are you working on, maybe I can help I'm a whizz at the computer" Alex asked Maria
"NO" she said
All the people at the table look at her like she was crazy. Rubbing her head she said
"Um no it's OK I can do it but thank you" Maria said
"You know, I just remember I have something to do I will see you guys later" she said picking up her things to leave
"Are we still on" asked Max right before she left
"What" she said
"Later on today, are we still on" he asked
"Oh yeah sure" she said and turned to leave

Max walked into his fifth period class with Michael and Liz. The said there good-byes and left to the book shelves in the back of the library. Max looks around for a sing of Maria. He put his things down on a table and started looking for her. Maria was in the upstairs part of the library on the computer looking up info on her dad. She pulled up the police report on the accident. She really didn't understand a lot of the things in the report but she printed it out anyway. Then she started looking up the coroners report. And that is how Max found her.
"Cause of death, broken neck, some major burns on skin, lungs, liver, heart, and several other organs were burned, the coroner has no clue as to how it happen, has no body markings except a sliver hand print on his chest over his heart" she reads to herself
"How can that be I don't understand" she tells herself
"Hey, I thought I would find you here" said Max coming into the room.
"MAX" she scream
Turning back to the computer she waves her hand over it to shut it off and starts to get up.
"I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you" he said coming to help her pick up the stuff.
/Yeah well you been doing that a lot lately/ She said to herself
"What are you doing here" she asked still a little shaking
"I was looking for you" he said looking at her
"Why" she said looking up from the floor into his eyes
"Why" he repeated
"Yes, Why" she asked with a small giggle
"Are you working on your report" he asked looking down to the stuff he had in his hands
"Uh yeah I'm done now" she said reaching up and taking the pile of papers out of his hands
"You're going a paper on police records" he asked
"Oh Uh no. ... what did you need again Max" she said putting her things in her bookbag
"Nothing just wanted to come and see you" he said looking at his hands
/Why did I say that/ he tells himself
"Really" she asked with a big smile
"Yeah so are you busy" he said
"Nope I'm all yours" she said while rubbing her temples
"Are you OK" he asked as they where walking back to the main floor of the library
"Yeah I just keep getting these headache" she said
"Do you want to go to the nurse" he asked
"No I'm good it'll go away in a minute" she said
"Are you sure you don't look so good" he asked
Just as he asked her that she garbs her head with both hands and falls to the floor. Max catches her right before she hits the floor. He looks at her face and sees her eyes roll in the back of her head. He grab her hands and yells for Michael and Liz.
Max forms a connection instantly

THE CONNECTION
"Where am I" she said
"It's time tiger eyes" he said
"DADDY" Maria cried
"Yes baby it's me" he said coming into view
"Daddy, what happen, where am I" she said crying
"It's time baby" he said coming a little closer
"Time for what, what are you talking about, where are we, where are you, Mom told me you're died" she asked standing there shaking
"I know baby I am, but we don't have a lot of time"
"Time for what, what is going on, if you're died then how am I talking to you" she asked
"All of you're question will be answered as will yours" he said looking over her head
Max was standing in the shadows not knowing where he was so he just stood there when he heard Maria talking, but now who ever she was talking to was now talking to him
"I don't have time now, ask your mother she can help you"
"What do you mean, ask her what, why can't you help me, I miss you daddy" she said
"Trust the ones you love, go with your heart it will never lie" he said looking over her head
"What are you talking about I don't understand" she said looking over her shoulders she sees Max
"He tried to erase it, tried to have control, don't let him have control"
"Who have control, I don't understand" she said getting mad
Just then a shadow comes up behind her dad and his eyes start to glow red.
"Remember I love you tiger eyes and I'm sorry I didn't want this for you" he said
"DADDY" Maria screams as the shadow surrounds him. She garbs her head and with a force she didn't know she had she pushes the pain away and wakes up with a jerk
Max was push out of her thoughts with such force he flew back into the shelves.

Maria sat up and looked around, she was disoriented. She looks over to Max and sees him trying to stand with Liz's help
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry" she said grabbing her bookbag and running out the door

Maria ran all the way home. The first thing she did was call out her mother name. She look all over the house, she didn't find anyone. She walked into the kitchen and on the icebox was a note.
MARIA, I WENT TO THE OFFICE, I'LL BE BACK ABOUT FIVE. ORDER OUT IF YOU GET HUNGRY, I LEFT MONEY ON THE CONTOUR BY THE MICROWAVE. YOUR MOTHER CALLED, SHE SHOULD BE HOME BEFORE ME, BUT IF NOT AND YOU NEED SOMETHING CALL ME.

Maria opened the icebox and grabbed a bottle water and went to her room. She walked into her room and went straight to her bed. Her head was hurting her, she had to many thoughts going on and not one she had an answer for. Like, what happen today, and why was her dad in her dreams, and were they dreams, and if they were, then why was Max in it. But the one that keep going through her mind was her dad saying "it time."
"Time for what, is what I want to know" she asked herself
She was so exhausted that she fell asleep.

Michael had called the gang to meet at his place. They were all there except Tess.
"Look, what is going on, I don't have all day, I have to get to the gym and start the preparation for the dance" said Isabel

They all shook there heads yes, so he begins to tell them what happen. Isabel was the first to speak.

It is a little past six when Maria woke with a start. Looking around her room she started to remember what happen that day.

"OK now what is going on" asked Michelle reaching for Maria hands and pulling her to a sit
"I don't know" said Maria with a blank look on her face
"What were you guys talking about maybe I can help" asked Michelle
"I don't think you can" said Maria standing up and pushing in the chair she was sitting in
"I know a lot more than you think, Now what happen" she asked moving the chair out for Maria to sit back down with her powers
Maria looks at her like she has two heads and slowly sit down in the chair

For the next hour Maria and her aunt were talking about what happen today and what happen when her dad died, how she was so in shock, and how she didn't want to live anymore because she thought it was her fault that her dad died. But what made her clam down was her aunt telling her that her Mom is going through things too and that just as it's going to change her life it is going to change her mothers to. So to give her time she will come around and tell her all that she needs to know. They were sitting in silence until her aunt told her she was going to check on her mother, that she will be right back. Michelle checks in on the still sleeping Amy and walked back into the kitchen to find it empty. Looking on the contour she sees a note.

Just as she finished the note the doorbell rings. Michelle opens the door to a handsome young man.
"Um HI is Maria here" asked Max
"And who may I ask is asking" said Michelle looking him up and down
"Uh my name is Max, I'm a friend of Maria from school" he said moving his weight from one foot to the other under her stair
"Maria's not here, said something about going on a walk, would you like to leave a message" she asked
"Oh it's OK I just wanted to make sure she was OK, she wasn't feeling well today" he said
"That was nice of you I will let her know when she returns" she said

Maria walk to the park and sat down on a bench and look up at the stars, tring to understand all that has happen. She dosen't know how long she has been sitting there but she wishes she had brought a jacket she was cold. Pulling her knees to her chest and rapped her arms around herself. She's sitting there looking at the stars when she gets the feeling again. She doesn't even turn around when she talk.
"How did you know I was here" she asked
"How'd you know it was me " he asked
He comes over to sit down beside her and looks at her. She is still looking at the stars and rocking back and forth. He takes off his jacket and hands it to her.
"Thanks" she said putting it on
"No problem" he said
They sit in silence until she brakes it
"You're probably wanting to know what happen today, huh" she said still looking at the stars
"Yeah" he said looking at the stars
"My dad and I would go to the park back home and just look at the stars. He would tell me these stories about different worlds on these planets, and I would always wish I come from one of them. That way I would fit in, you know." she said still not looking at him
"What are you" he asked

"You know, not from earth, well not of this world I should say, cause I'm from earth"

They sit in silence for a while until Max speaks.
"Why are you here" he asked

"I don't know what's going on and I have a felling that my Mom knows a lot more than she is willing to say" she said

"There not my real one's, we're adopted, Isabel and I, Michael was in foster care until he got emancipate"
"Oh, so who else knows"
"The sheriff, Kyle dad"
"Who knows about you" he asked
"Just my aunt Michelle, I wasn't aloud to have friends" she said
"It's getting late, I think I should be getting back now" she said getting up to leave
"I'll walk you back" he said getting up to leave
They walk in silence until they reach Maria house. They walk up to the door and Maria turns around and hands Max back his jacket
"Thanks" she said
"your welcome"
She looks him in the eyes and then looks down at her feet
"I don't know why where here, but I'm not going to hurt you" she said
"What" he said a little taking back
"I can fell it in you, you don't want to be hurt anymore, you want to know the truth but you're scared" she said looking at him again
He opened his mouth to say something but closed it again not knowing what to say. Opening the door she says
"Thank you"
"For what" he asked
"For letting me know I'm not alone" she said and shut the door
Standing there for a minute, He turns and start to walk home with a new felling for life.

Maria walks into a room she doesn't recognize. Candles are lit and music is playing in the background. She begins to turn around when she fells someone come up behind her. Two strong arms come around her waist and pulls her to them. She can feel there breath on her neck and she shivers. They start to sway to the music. She feels light kisses on her neck then they movies down to her shoulders. She moves her head so that they have more room. The hands moves to her flat stomach then down to her hips. She turns around slowly and brings her arms up and around the neck of the person holding her. She fells the hands moving from her hips to her ass and squeezes while pulling her closer to them. She gasp when she fells his arousal. His kissing her jaw and moves down to her ears then to her neck sucking there to leave his mark. She grips his shoulders tighter to hold herself up. In the back of her mind she knows she needs to stop and get a hold of herself but it fells to good to her. She's pulled out of her thoughts when she feels his breath on her breast and has to think when did her top come off. She throws her head back and arched her back to get it closer to his month.
"I've never done this before" she p out
"Neither have I" he says kissing his way to her month
"God you smell good" he says
He kisses her lips with such passion. He asks for entrance to her month by running his tongue along her bottom lip. She aloud him in and they fight for control. Pulling away from him a little so she could breathe. He moves back to her neck and works his way to her ears and whispers

Sucking her ear into his month he says again
"Mine"
"Say it" he tells her
She was having a hard time concentrating with his hands on her breast, she just lets out a moan

Just then there is a breeze of air and she shivers from the lost of him on her body. She sit up and takes a quick inhale at what she sees. Behind him all she sees is red eyes

"I don't know, she wasn't home when I left. I thought she was here" said Kyle

Maria woke the next morning aching all over like she was hit by a car. She gets up and takes a shower hoping that the hot water will help her aching bones. She lets the water run down her body and closes her eyes. The sensation from the water felt good to her and she started to think about the dream that she had last night. How his hands, and month felt on her. How she couldn't get enough of him. Then she saw the eyes again and opened hers to see she was in the shower and the water had turned cold. Getting out and drying off and putting on her rob she walks to the mirror and looks at her reflection.
"Oh God, I look horrible" she tell herself
She bushes her teeth and goes to get dressed. She put on some black sweats and a pink tanktop and white tennis. She went to do her hair but stopped in her tracks at what she saw. On her neck was a hickey, but not just a hickey a green glowing one. Not knowing what to do she screamed at the top of her lungs. Amy and Michelle came running into her room to see what was the matter.
"What, what" Amy asked
"Maria baby what happen" asked Michelle coming up to her and looking her in the eyes
"I don't know" Maria said close to tears
"What do you mean you don't know, why were you screaming" asked Amy coming closer
"OH MY GOD what happen" asked Amy when she got to Maria's side

Angry and hot she decides she's going to go home. She walks out to the parking lot. Walking with her head down she walks into something hard.

"Why, what happen" He asked

She looked around her and saw a couple of desks and a chalkboard.
"Where are we" she asked

"So what did you need" he asked
"OK, I don't know how I did it, because I really don't know you and when I did it before I always know the person, I know what to look for, you know. But some how I was just there and I don't know how or why and...." she said but he cut her off

"What" he asked now getting scared that she lied and told someone

Taking a step back from him she said

She pulls her jacket off and moves her head to the side so he can see her neck to let him see

He raised his hands to her neck and moved closer to her. She moves her neck to the side so that he has room. She closes her eyes waiting for him to do what ever it is he dose. When she doesn't fell anything she opens her eyes and sees that he is looking right at her.
"You have to look at me" he says in a low husky voice
"OK" she says
With his hand on her neck he concentrates. She fells this warmth go through her and she wants to close her eyes but she can't.
"There" he says to her but doesn't remove his hand
"Thank you" she says still looking into his eyes
"Your welcome" he said moving his eyes to look at her lips
"Maria" he says licking his now dry lips
"Yes " she says moving her head so that it is just inches from his
"Can I touch you" he asks
"You are" she said
"No, touch you" he said moving to touch there lips together
Her response to that was a moan. He pulls her closer and wraps his arm around her waist. She runs her hand up his chest to his neck and deepens the kiss. That's when it happens the flashes.

Maria as a little girl playing with her dolls, Making them dance with her to her favorite song
Maria's dad coming in and seeing this yells for her to stop
Maria going to school sitting by herself looking at all the other students wishing she fit in

She gasp when she fells his arousal. His kissing her jaw and moves down to her ears then to her neck sucking there to leave his mark. She grips his shoulders tighter to hold herself up. In the back of her mind she knows she needs to stop and get a hold of herself but it fells to good to her. She's pulled out of her thoughts when she feels his breath on her breast and has to think when did her top come off. She throws her head back and arched her back to get it closer to his month.

Max was leaning on the counter, Michael, Liz, Isabel and Alex were sitting in a booth in the crashdown waiting for Kyle and Tess to arrive. Kyle walks in and sits at the counter next to Max.
"So, what's the news" said Kyle
"Where's Tess" Max asked
"I don't know, she wasn't home when I left. I thought she was here" said Kyle
"You don't know where she went" asked Max
"I'm not here keeper Your Highness" he said

"Look, can we start I have to get to school" said Isabel not wanting a fight

"I called you guys here to let you know what happen last night" he said
Max went about telling them about what happen when he talked to Maria.

"How do you know she's not lying. How do you know she is not out to kill us" said Michael getting up and pacing the room

Maria woke the next morning aching all over like she was hit by a car. She gets up and takes a shower hoping that the hot water will help her aching bones. She lets the water run down her body and closes her eyes. The sensation from the water felt good to her and she started to think about the dream that she had last night. How his hands, and month felt on her. How she couldn't get enough of him. Then she saw the eyes again and opened hers to see she was in the shower and the water had turned cold. Getting out and drying off and putting on her rob she walks to the mirror and looks at her reflection.
"Oh God, I look horrible" she tell herself
She bushes her teeth and goes to get dressed. She put on some black sweats and a pink tanktop and white tennis. She went to do her hair but stopped in her tracks at what she saw. On her neck was a hickey, but not just a hickey a green glowing one. Not knowing what to do she screamed at the top of her lungs. Amy and Michelle came running into her room to see what was the matter.
"What, what" Amy asked
"Maria baby what happen" asked Michelle coming up to her and looking her in the eyes
"I don't know" Maria said close to tears
"What do you mean you don't know, why were you screaming" asked Amy coming closer
"OH MY GOD what happen" asked Amy when she got to Maria's side
"I don't know, It was there when I got up" she said

"Was it there when you went to bed last night" asked Michelle

"I came back from the park and walk straight to my room. I

Maria pulled into the parking lot at top speed. Jumping out she ran into the school with one thing on her mine, well make that one person. She looked all over for him. Just when she was going to give up she sees Michael at his locker and walks over

Angry and hot she decides she's going to go home. She walks out to the parking lot. Walking with her head down she walks into something hard.
"Sorry I wasn't watching where I was going" he said looking at her
"It's OK" she said looking up into the most beautiful and hurt eyes she has ever seen.
"Oh good I've been looking for you" she said
"Why, what happen" He asked
"Can we go some where, you know" she asked waving her hands around
"Um yeah" he said grabbing her hand and pulling her into the school and into a dark room and closed the door.
She looked around her and saw a couple of desks and a chalkboard.
"Where are we" she asked
"Um, the eraser room" he said blushing a little at the thought of him in the eraser room with a girl
"Oh" was all she said
"So what did you need" he asked
"OK, I don't know how I did it, because I really don't know you and when I did it before I always know the person, I know what to look for, you know. But some how I was just there and I don't know how or why and...." she said but he cut her off
"Maria what are you talking about" he asked
"Last night"
"OK, what about it" he asked not knowing where this was going
"I did something" she said
"What" he asked now getting scared that she lied and told someone
"OK don't be mad, I didn't mean to, it just happen, I don't know how...." she was saying

Taking a step back from him she said

He raised his hands to her neck and moved closer to her. She moves her neck to the side so that he has room. She closes her eyes waiting for him to do what ever it is he dose. When she doesn't fell anything she opens her eyes and sees that he is looking right at her.

With his hand on her neck he concentrates. She fells this warmth go through her and she wants to close her eyes but she can't.
"There" he says to her but doesn't remove his hand
"Thank you" she says still looking into his eyes
"Your welcome" he said moving his eyes to look at her lips
"Maria" he says licking his now dry lips
"Yes " she says moving her head so that it is just inches from his

Her response to that was a moan. He pulls her closer and wraps his arm around her waist. She runs her hand up his chest to his neck and deepens the kiss. That's when it happens the flashes.

Maria's dad coming in and seeing this yells for her to stop

Maria ran out of the school and into her car. Well, not her car her aunt's but she wouldn't mine her using it. Maria didn't know what was going on. She had all these thoughts doing through her head
"That never happen to her before. Hell I've never been kissed before so, who knows, it may happen when are kind kiss" she thought
She was on autopilot. She just keep driving until she ended up in the desert. She gets out the car and walks to sit on the hood. looking up at the sky, all she can think about is one thing
"Why did you live me" she says to herself

Max watches her run out of the school.
"Shit" he says hitting the wall
"What did the wall do this time" said Michael coming up behind him

"Oh my God, the world is coming to an end" said Max turning to look at Michael
"Maxwell" said Michael looking at him with his head to the side

Just then they see Isabel and Kyle walking down the hall.

Michael turned to leave when he sees The Sheriff walking out of the office
"Kyle why is your dad here" asked Michael

"There was an accident and someone was hurt" he said

Maria was laying on the hood of her car just thinking. She was trying to just relax and come to grips with what happen. She keep's having this felling that something wasn't right. Like she was losing a part of herself. She just shrugged it off as the stuff she has be going through. Because she dose fell like she's losing herself but not in a bad way. Like finally
she fit, she's not the only one. She knew sense she was little that there were others, but she never got her hopes up to meeting them. When she was younger she would pretend that she had friends like her, that they could play together and use there powers, and her dad wouldn't get mad. But that never happen. Her father wouldn't let her have friends. She wasn't aloud to go to school until she was ten. Her father would teach her at home telling her not to use her powers out in the open and how we had to act normal. When he was at work her Mom would try and teach her her powers. She would pretend she didn't know how to do it so that she wouldn't get in trouble. But when she was by herself she would practice. Still to this day her mother doesn't know all that she can do.'
Maria is pulled out of her thoughts when she hears a car pulling up

Max and The Sheriff take off to look for Maria. On the way Max fells him in on what's been happening.
"So she's one of you" asked The Sheriff in disbelieve
"Yeah but not really" said Max
"I still don't understand" said The Sheriff
"Well, Me, Izzy, Michael and Tess are half human. We think Maria is full alien" said Max

Maria sit's up when she here's a car pull up. Getting off the hood of the car and walking over to the SUV where Max and The Sheriff gets out. Maria looks at Max then to The Sheriff and back again

"Miss Deluca we're here to take you to the hospital" said The Sheriff

The car was silent on the way to the hospital. Max turns to look at Maria. She hasn't said anything sense he told her it was her mother that was hurt. Max takes one of her hands in his and gives it a squeeze. Maria turns to look at him, and Max is taking back by what he sees in her eyes. Her eyes have no life in them, no sparkle, no emotion. The beautiful green jewels that he loved to look at were now hard as stone.
"It's going to be OK, the others are there to help, don't worry" said Max giving her hand one more squeeze
Maria just turns her head back to look out the window again.

They pull into the parking lot and get out. Max reaches out and takes her hand and they walk into the hospital. Max sees Liz sitting in the waiting area and walks over to her. She sees them coming and stands up.
"Where are the others" Max asked her
"Michael, Tess, and Izzy are in there now. Kyle went to talk to his dad, and Alex went to the bathroom" she said
"So what happen" he asked
"They just brought her out of ER. It didn't look to good Max" she said the last part in a whisper
Maria heard anyway and squeezed Max hand a little harder.

In the room she sees her mother in a bed with these machines hooked up to her. Maria walks over to the side of the bed not seeing the others that where in the room with her. She touches her mother hands and bends down to kiss her forehead. Max walks up to Michael how is standing in the corner.
"What happen" Max asked in a whisper so Maria couldn't here him
"It's not good Max" Michael said looking at the woman in the bed then back to Max
"When we got here she was almost died. Tess mindwarped the ER while Izzy and I heal her. We did the best we could. She still hasn't woken up yet" Michael told him
"Where's Izzy now" Max asked looking around the room only seeing Tess in a chair near the window
"She went to get the blood samples" he said
"We need to talk later Max" Michael said looking at Max intensely letting him know it was important but it can wait
"OK" Max said looking back at Maria
"We will be out side if you need us" Michael said

Maria was so happy that her mother was OK. She didn't know what she would've done if she died.
"Don't think like that Maria, she's fine and everything will be OK" she told herself walking down the halls of the hospital looking for the other so she could tell them that her mother was up. She couldn't wait to tell them, and thank them for helping her Mom. Turning the corner she stops in her tracks when she feels these emotions, fear, disappointment, and most of all anger. She walks up to see them all talking quietly. She comes over to them but stops when she hears what they're talking about
"Look I don't know, I don't like the vibes I get when I'm around her, the only reason I'm here was because Max asked" said Tess
"Look I trust her OK, if she was evil she would have hurt me by now" said Max
But Maria didn't here what Max said, she was still trying to come to terms with what there saying. That they don't like her. She was pulled back to the conversation when Michael's voice raised a little
"You don't know that, we don't know anything about her except what she's told us and that could be a lie" said Micael
"Michael" said Liz pulling on his arm
"What, it's true" he said looking at her
"Maria" said Alex standing up and looking at the girl of the conversation talking for the first time
They all turn to see her standing there with sad eyes like she wants to cry. She looks them all in the eyes before Max brakes the silence

"I just wanted to say thank you for helping my mother and to let you know she's awake" she said on the verge of tears

For the last couple of days Max has been trying to get in contact with Maria. He had gone to the hospital the next day to see how Ms. Deluca was doing and to see if Maria would be there sense she wasn't at school, but she wasn't there, and Ms. Deluca had check out. He went to her house but her aunt told him she hasn't seen her. He even went as far as to asked Isabel to dreamwalk her, which she wouldn't, saying that she was already mad at them, going into her dreams wouldn't make it any better. Maria was laying on the hood of her car just thinking. She was trying to just relax and come to grips with what happen. She keep's having this felling that something wasn't right. Like she was losing a part of herself. She just shrugged it off as the stuff she has be going through. Because she dose fell like she's losing herself but not in a bad way. Like finally
she fit, she's not the only one. She knew sense she was little that there were others, but she never got her hopes up to meeting them. When she was younger she would pretend that she had friends like her, that they could play together and use there powers, and her dad wouldn't get mad. But that never happen. Her father wouldn't let her have friends. She wasn't aloud to go to school until she was ten. Her father would teach her at home telling her not to use her powers out in the open and how we had to act normal. When he was at work her Mom would try and teach her her powers. She would pretend she didn't know how to do it so that she wouldn't get in trouble. But when she was by herself she would practice. Still to this day her mother doesn't know all that she can do.'
Maria is pulled out of her thoughts when she hears a car pulling up

Max and The Sheriff take off to look for Maria. On the way Max fells him in on what's been happening.
"So she's one of you" asked The Sheriff in disbelieve
"Yeah but not really" said Max

"Well, Me, Izzy, Michael and Tess are half human. We think Maria is full alien" said Max

"Maria it's your Mom, she was in a car accident" Max said coming to stand in front of her

"Miss Deluca we're here to take you to the hospital" said The Sheriff
"Maria the others are on there way but we need to get you there" said Max taking her hand

"OK" The Sheriff said putting back on his hat and walking back to the SUV
"Come on Maria I'll take you there" said Max taking a hold of her arm and walking her to the passenger side of the car

The car was silent on the way to the hospital. Max turns to look at Maria. She hasn't said anything sense he told her it was her mother that was hurt. Max takes one of her hands in his and gives it a squeeze. Maria turns to look at him, and Max is taking back by what he sees in her eyes. Her eyes have no life in them, no sparkle, no emotion. The beautiful green jewels that he loved to look at were now hard as stone.
"It's going to be OK, the others are there to help, don't worry" said Max giving her hand one more squeeze
Maria just turns her head back to look out the window again.

They pull into the parking lot and get out. Max reaches out and takes her hand and they walk into the hospital. Max sees Liz sitting in the waiting area and walks over to her. She sees them coming and stands up.
"Where are the others" Max asked her
"Michael, Tess, and Izzy are in there now. Kyle went to talk to his dad, and Alex went to the bathroom" she said
"So what happen" he asked
"They just brought her out of ER. It didn't look to good Max" she said the last part in a whisper
Maria heard anyway and squeezed Max hand a little harder.

"It's not good Max" Michael said looking at the woman in the bed then back to Max
"When we got here she was almost died. Tess mindwarped the ER while Izzy and I heal her. We did the best we could. She still hasn't woken up yet" Michael told him
"Where's Izzy now" Max asked looking around the room only seeing Tess in a chair near the window
"She went to get the blood samples" he said
"We need to talk later Max" Michael said looking at Max intensely letting him know it was important but it can wait

Maria was so happy that her mother was OK. She didn't know what she would've done if she died.
"Don't think like that Maria, she's fine and everything will be OK" she told herself walking down the halls of the hospital looking for the other so she could tell them that her mother was up. She couldn't wait to tell them, and thank them for helping her Mom. Turning the corner she stops in her tracks when she feels these emotions, fear, disappointment, and most of all anger. She walks up to see them all talking quietly. She comes over to them but stops when she hears what they're talking about
"Look I don't know, I don't like the vibes I get when I'm around her, the only reason I'm here was because Max asked" said Tess
"Look I trust her OK, if she was evil she would have hurt me by now" said Max
But Maria didn't here what Max said, she was still trying to come to terms with what there saying. That they don't like her. She was pulled back to the conversation when Michael's voice raised a little
"You don't know that, we don't know anything about her except what she's told us and that could be a lie" said Micael
"Michael" said Liz pulling on his arm
"What, it's true" he said looking at her
"Maria" said Alex standing up and looking at the girl of the conversation talking for the first time

Max woke the next morning with one thing on his mind, to find the truth. After calming Michael down last night they decided that Max would go and talk to her, because she would most likely open up to him then anyone. So that's what he was doing this morning, going to see if he could talk to her and get some much needed answers. Not really for himself, because for some reason he believed her, something deep in him knows she's one of them, that she's not here to harm them, but the others have there dough, so that is why he's going to see if he can help them see what he already sees.
“I just hope she talks to me” he said to himself
Maria woke up the next morning still tired. She was up all night thinking about the others. She finally finds out that there's others out there. Well, she knew there were others, she just never really thought that she would met them. When she first found out, she was a little scared, but once it sunk in that she wasn't alone anymore, she was happy. So happy that she could finally have friends now, but she guess that wont be happening. She couldn't understand why they didn't like her. Well, that's not really true, they just don't trust her. She talked to her mother about it and after her telling her that she had to give them time that they would come around. That I had to understand that I'm new to their lives and I have to earn their trust just like they had to earn mind. And now that she thinks about it, it makes sense to her. Getting up out of bed Maria walks to her bathroom and looks in the mirror.
“Man can my day get any worst” she thinks to herself
Max pulls the jeep up to the Deluca/Harris home and gets out. Walking to the door and knocking he tries to think up a reason why he's here. He turns when he hears the door opening
“Um Hi is Maria here” asked Max to the woman in the door
“And who may I ask is calling” she said motioning from him to come in and closing the door behind him
“Um Max, I'm a friend from school” he said standing a little uncomfortable in the hall way
“Make yourself at home Max, I'll be right back” she said motioning from him to go into the den and have a sit

Looking around the room Max was at awe. The room was huge. It had two large arm chairs that sat facing the fireplace with matching end tables on each side of the chairs. A large white and brown rug was in front of the chairs. Behind him was a bookshelf that took up the hole wall. On the other side was a glass door that looks like it would lead out in the yard. And in the far corner was a brown suede couch. Max was startled when someone walked into the room.
“Oh I'm sorry I didn't know anyone was in here” she said
“Its OK” Max said looking at the woman before him now recognizing her as Ms Deluca

Maria was coming out of her bathroom brushing her hair when there was a knock at her door

“Ask you Mom” said Max looking at Amy for the answer
“OK, why don't we all calm down take a deep breath and try to see what is going on” said Michelle
“Now, what's going on” said Michelle looking from Max to her sister
“That's what I’d like to know” said Max
“OK I have a question” said Maria
“What is it” said Michelle
“Why are you here Max” asked Maria
“I came to talk to you” he said looking down at his hands
“Why, I thought we said all that was needed” she said crossing her arms over her chest
“ I.... uh, Just tell me the truth, that's all I ask” he said

“What, what about me sister, what danger” said Max standing up and coming to stand in front of Amy
“Look, you need to tell us everything Amy” said Michelle
“Where are you going” asked Maria to Max?
“In need to call the others, then need to here this” said Max going to the hall and calling Isabel
“What others, who is he calling” asked Michelle
“I guess his sister; the ones I told you about, the ones that help momma” said Maria
“There the ones that help me, why didn't you tell me” asked Amy
“Why didn't you tell me you knew about them all this time” asked Amy?
“I could ask you the same question” said Maria looking at her Mom with anger in her eyes
“Look, pointing fingers at each other is not going to get you anywhere. You need to calm down and talk this thing out” said Michelle

Max walks out into the hallway and called Isabel cell
“Izzy” asked Max
“Max” Isabel said
“Is that Max, is every thing OK” asked Michael
“Will you be quiet so I can ask” said Isabel?
“Max, what is it” she asked
“We have a problem” said Max rubbing the back of his neck
“What problem” she said turning to look at the others
“Max, what's going on” said Michael taking the phone from Isabel
“I will tell you when you get here, bring everyone, I think they need to here this to” he said
“Where are you” he asked?
“Maria’s” said Max
“Were on are way” said Michael
Max hung up the phone and walked back in the den to hear Michelle talking.
“Look pointing the finger at each other is not going to get you any wear. You need to calm down and talk this thing out” said Michelle

IN FRONT OF MARIAS HOUSE
Liz pulled up in front of the Harris house with Isabel and Michael. Getting out of the car they walk up the driveway when they hear a car pull up. Getting out Alex and Kyle walk up to meet the others.
“Where is Tess” asked Liz
“I didn't see her, but I left a message on her cell to meet us here” said Kyle
“So what happen, why are we here” asked Kyle
“We don't know, Max just told us to meet him here” said Isabel
“Well lets get this over with” said Michael
They all walk up the drive and to the front door. Taking a deep breath Alex knocks on the door

Michelle was walking out of the kitchen when theres is a knock on the door
“I've got it” she said walking to the door
Opening the door she was greeted by five teens looking really nervous
“I'm guessing your here for your friend Max” she said
“Um yes, is he here” asked Alex?
“Yes he's here, come on in” she said moving to the side and letting them in
“There in the den, just go right on in” she said pointing to the room on the right side
“Thank you” Liz said
Liz, Michael, Isabel, Alex and Kyle walked into the room to see Max leaning agents the wall and Maria sitting on the couch with her head in her hands. Max looks up when he hears someone come in the room
“Uh Max” said Isabel looking from him to Maria
“What happen” she asked?
“Yeah, what's the problem” asked Kyle looking around the room
Michelle walks in the room with a tray of refreshments and sits it on the table between the chairs
“Please have a sit” she said
“Would anyone like something to eat or drink” she asked
“Something to drink thanks” said Kyle
Michelle hands him a glass of juice and looks around at the others
“Would anyone else like something” she asked
They all shook there heads no and she looks over to Maria. She walks over to her and sits next to her on the couch.
“How are you holing up, do you need anything” she asked rubbing her back
“I'm OK” she said looking up at her aunt
“Where did your Mom go” she asked
“I don't know” Maria said looking around the room at the others there
“I’ll be right back” she said kissing Maria on the head and leaving the room
“Is someone going to tell us what's going on anytime today, cause I still need to get to school” said Kyle
“Where's Tess” Max asked
“I don't know, but I left a message on her cell to meet us here” said Kyle
Shaking his head in acknowledgment Max looks down at the floor rubbing the back of his neck
“So is someone going to tell us or what” said Michael looking at everyone
“If you all would have a sit I will do my best to tell you what I know” said Amy walking into the room with a small box in her hands with Michelle behind her
There all look at her then back to Max. Max shook his head for them to do as she asked. Michael walk over to one of the chairs and sat down, while Kyle went and took the other one. Liz sat on the floor next to Michael's chair and Isabel sat on the other end on the couch with Alex on the floor next to her. Maria was still sitting on the couch with her head in her hands and Max was still leaning on the wall. Amy walked into the room and looked at them all. Putting her hand to her mouth when she look at Isabel and Michael. With silent tears running down her cheeks she took a deep breath and started the story
“Before I get started I would like to say thank you” she said then took another deep breath.
“I don't know what would have happen if you all hadn't been there for me and Maria, so thank you” she said
“Your welcome” said Isabel
“OK now that I got that out of the way I guess we can start” she said looking at them all
“Not to be rude or anything but I do need to get to school” said Kyle
“Shut up Valenti” said Michael
“Valenti, as in Jim Valenti” asked Michelle looking from him to Amy
“Yeah he's my dad” said Kyle looking around not catching on
“But I thought he was human” said Michelle looking at Amy
“He is” said Kyle looking at Max for help
“Your mortal” asked Amy
“Mortal, what do you mean” asked Kyle getting up from the chair
“Who else here is mortal” asked Michelle looking at all the teens
“Kyle, Liz and Alex” said Maria talking for the first time sense they got there
“And you knew this” Michelle asked looking at Maria with anger in her eyes that someone other than family will know there secrets
“What difference does it make they want tell” she said raising her voice a little and rubbing her head
“Look all I want to know is what's going on and I want to know now, ALL OF IT” said Maria looking at her mother
“What were you and Max taking about when I can in” she asked
“What name is he talking about” she asked rubbing her temples with her hands
“What name” asked Isabel looking from Maria to Max to Amy
“She called me Zan” said Max
“WHAT” said Michael, Isabel, Alex and Kyle
“Is that not your name” asked Amy
“That doesn't matter, what I want to know is how do you know it” he asked
“Because Maria’s father has been looking for you three for ten years” she said
“WHAT” they all said
“Maybe you should tell them from the beginning” said Michelle
Taking a deep breath Amy started from the beginning
“I met Maria’s father when I was a senior in high school, I was coming out of a book store one day and I walked right into him. It was like love at first site and I knew I would marry that man” she said with a dreamy look in her eyes
“We dated for about two months, every time I kissed him I could see the stars. One night he came to me and told me he had to leave, I told him I would love to go with him, but he said where he was going I couldn't come. I didn't understand then, I just thought he didn't love me, but he promised he would come back one day and that he would explain it all to me when he did. That was the longest two and a half months of my life. When he came to my window that night, it was like he was a different man, like he just found out his world was destroyed or something. Little did I know, it literally was. I was so happy to have him back that we made love that night. Afterward he told me the truth about what he was, who he was. Its not like I could really be mad cause I didn't tell him who I really was either. Lets just say I took the news better than he did” she said with a little laugh
“What was he” asked Isabel
“His race is called Omegas and they're from the planet Omega V-pax. One of the five planets in the Antarian solar system.” she said
“And what are you” asked Michael
“I'm the last of my kind, I'm what you might call a witch” she said
“What, yeah right” said Kyle
“What aliens are real but witches aren't” Amy asked
“So when we healed you and felt all that power...” asked Isabel looking from Michael to Max
“Yes we're human, we were just born with supernatural abilities” said Amy
“We” asked Alex
“My sister and I” she said pointing to Michelle
“You said your the last of your kind” asked Alex
“Yes you see, My sister cant have children and when I was delivering Maria I had some problems and I can't have anymore myself” she said looking at Maria with silent tears coming down
“That still doesn't explain how Maria is that next queen” said Max
“WHAT” Michael and Isabel said looking from Amy to Max to Maria

“What do you mean Maria is the next queen” asked Michael looking from Amy to Max
“If you would let me finish I would tell you” said Amy looking at Michael
Max could feel this anger building up in him but it wasn't coming from him. He looked around to see if it was one of the others. He looked at Michael first, but all he saw was more confusion than anger, so he looked at Isabel. She looked more hurt than angry, and then he looked at Maria to see her with her head in her hands rocking back and forth rubbing her temples. He had the sudden urge to go over there and hold her, make everything OK, but Amy's voice pulled him back to why they were here in the first place.
“The Omegas ruled half of the Antarian solar system and the Antarian ruled the other. When a threat of war was clamed on the Antarians they call on the Omegas for help. They won the war and to show appreciation for the help they made an alliance and merged the two families together. It was to be the first born that wedded. But the families both had sons. Zan and Rath. A few months later the King, Maria’s father was taking by the son of the General that they had the war with. I can't pronounce the name of their race but in English it means Man with no face.
“Man with no face” repeated Kyle
“Yeah because they can change to look like anyone or anything” Amy said
“Oh my God” Isabel putting her hand over her mouth looking from Michael to Max
“Nasedo” said Alex catching on to what Isabel was thinking
“What about him” asked Michael not catching on
“He's one of them” Max said
“What are you talking about he's here to protect us, he 'is are guardian” said Michael
“You know about your guardian” Amy asked
“Yes, he's the one that told us about are destiny” said Michael
“Wait, how can that be, I don't understand...” said Amy
“What” asked Michelle?
“Brandon told me he never found you” she said looking at the aliens
“I don't get it, what does that have to do with anything” asked Isabel
“Because he was your guardian” she said
“What” Michael and Isabel said?
“Max” asked Izzy not understanding what's going on
“How do we know what you say is true, that you are not out to hurt us” Max asked?
“Brandon gave me these to give to Maria when she became of age” said Amy reaching into the box she had in front of her
She pulled out a little black box and handed it to Max. He took it and opened it. Inside was a gold necklace and on the end of it was a pendent. The pendent was black with a gold symbol like the ones on the cave
“I know this” he said looking closer at it
“It is the symbol for the royal queen” said Amy
Reaching into the box she pulls out three more black boxes and passes them out. One to Michael one to Isabel and one to Max. They open the boxes and inside are the same as the one that Max had, just that each symbol was a little different. Max's looked like the one he saw at first but in reverse; it had five stars in a V shape and a circle around it. Isabel's looked like two half moons on top of each other with a star in the middle with a circle around it, and Michael's had what looked like a heart with a half circle around it with five stars in the middle.
“What does the other symbol mean” asked Kyle looking at them?
“One mean King, One mean Queen, one is worrier, and one is Unity” Amy said
“Wait, how can he be there guardian if he was taking, where was he” asked Alex
“The General took Brandon and tortured him, he wanted him to surrender the kingdom but he wouldn't so he punished him to life in space. The Kings men came to rescue Brandon and bring him back. They just didn't know that he wasn't the real one. The fake King wanted the royal family to pay like he had so he was going to destroy them from the inside. When the word was out that King Jamel was ill and wanted to merge the families the first thing he did was get Queen Fa`tima pregnant, that way he would have someone in the royal court of his blood. But little did he know that King Jamel was going the same thing. Four cycles later (that's four months) Princess Ave was born to Queen Fa`tima and Princess Vilandra was born to Queen Medina. When Princess Ave was born something wasn’t right. Omega females don't receive their powers until they are a full cycle but she had powers the first day born. Queen Fa`tima noticed this and went to ask her husband what was wrong and walked in on him changing forms. Before she could know what hit her she was die. He covered it up as she couldn't handle having Ave and killed herself. But Queen Medina didn't by it she just didn't trust King Brandon. By the time Zan was fifteen King Jamel was very ill and King Brandon thought that this is what he needed. Once the other King was gone he would rule by himself until his daughter was old enough to rule. But King Jamel had ordered that Zan and Ave be married at once.
“So I really did marry Tess” said Max to himself
“What was that” asked Amy
“Why did they get married why couldn't the Queen rule until Zan was old enough too” Max asked
“Queen Medina didn't trust King Brandon and told her husband so. That's how he came up with you and Ave to get married, that way, you would be ruler and not him” said Amy
“If we had powers why didn't someone heal him” asked Isabel
“I don’t know, I guess it was his time” said Amy
“So did they get married” asked Kyle
“Yes, but right after the kingdom started to fall apart. Brandon had his men come in and cause havoc to make the Royal Court fall. He made it seem like the Royal Court couldn't rule, and started the take over. He was killing off Omegas and Antarian left and right and having his men pose as them. And when he had enough of his men he calmed war. But what he didn't know was that Queen Medina had a back up plan. She was going to send you guys away until you were old enough to fight but they found out that you couldn't withstand the trip because of the atmosphere or something, so they tried to come up with a way for you to live and survive the trip. One of the scientist I guess was working on a way to clone your race so that you will be about to travel in space and survive, but he never tried it. I don't understand what happen but, somehow they...”
“Took are essence and mixed it with human DNA and made us” said Max
“Yeah I guess, I still don't understand how they did it but, your kind is way more advanced than humans, well that's what Brandon says” said Amy
“So what else happen” asked Michelle wanting to know it all. Through the years she only knew what Amy told her about Brandon and Maria not being human saying that if she told her more it could put her life in danger
“What else do you know” Amy asked looking around at them all?
Max looked at Isabel then to Michael looking for they're OK to tell what they knew. After they both shook their heads yeah he told her what they knew
“Well, we didn't know anything until about a year ago. We just knew we where different
“What happen a year ago” asked Michelle?
“Nasado and Tess came and told us about are destiny” Max said
“Who is Nasado” asked Amy?
“He's are guardian, well that's what he told us” said Michael
“And Tess who is she” asked Amy
“She's Ava” said Isabel
“So why was it that you are just meeting her now, wasn't she in the pods with you guys” asked Amy
“PODS” said Michelle
“Yeah we came out of pods in 1989 when we were six” Isabel said
“Oh my God was it in September” asked Amy
“I think so why” she said looking from Michael to Max to Amy
“Brandon felt you, he said it was weak but he felt it. That's when he went looking for you. He was gone for six months before he came back” said Amy with tears in her eyes remembering when that happen
“When he came back he wasn't the same; he was more paranoid than usual” said Amy
“Wait a minute if you all came out of the pods then how are you meeting her now” she asked
“We didn't know she was their” said Michael
“What do you mean you all came out together right” Amy asked?
“No, Michael come out first then me then Max. After Max came out we followed Michael out of the cave then that's when we where picked up” said Isabel
“Picked up” asked Michelle
“By are parents” Max said?
“Oh yeah Maria told me you where adopted” said Amy
“Not all us” said Michael think about when he lived with Hank
“What do you mean” asked Amy?
“Michael ran when Mom and dad came for us, he was put in foster care” said Isabel looking at Michael to see if he was OK with her telling that
“So where was she all this time if she's just come now” asked Michelle?
“With Nasado” said Max
“Why did he take her and not all of you” she asked
“We were gone before she came out of her pod. Nasado said we came out earlier than he thought when he got there, so he took Tess with him” Isabel said
“So what is this destiny thing you where talking about” asked Michelle wanting to know all she could about the four of them
“Tess has it in her head that Max here was her husband in another life and that they need to be together now and that me and Isabel need to too so that we can fight back home on Antar” said Michael
“Well I guess she was right after all” he said looking at them all
“Not quit” said Amy
“What do you mean you just told us that Max and her where married” he said not understanding
“Yes on Antar” said Amy
“That's what Michael just said” said Kyle
“There is no Antar, so there is no destiny” she said
“What do you mean there is no Antar” asked Max?
“The night Brandon and I well you know he told me every thing, about what he was where he came from and how he can't go back” she said
“And why is that” asked Michael and little harsher than he meant to
Amy looked at him and he shut up quietly
“He said for forty years he has tried to go home. He tired to use his powers and connect to anyone but he never did. About a year before you were sent here Brandon had a dream” she said with a far away look
“He never dream so he wasn't sure what was happening but when Queen Medina appeared in his dream he thought he was died”

“Medina” he said walking to her
“Oh my, your died” she said
“No I'm alive, well I think I am” he said
“Oh sweet...who...when...” she tried to talk but was so overwhelmed that nothing was coming out
“Its a long story, but what I want to know is how are you here” he asked
He see her shoulders shaking and hears sobs coming from her. He rushes over to her to comfort her
“Hey its going to be OK” he said not knowing what was going on
“I'm so sorry, so sorry” she was saying
“Its OK, its doing to be OK” he said
“No its not, its not, its all over” she said
“What is, what are you talking about” he asked pulling back a little to look in her face
“Everything” she said in a whisper
“I don't understand, what's wrong” he asked
“Antar in dyeing” she said new tears coming down
“What ... how” he asked pulling away from her and pacing the small area

Hearing that name he stopped in his tracks, and this energy of pure rage ran through him

Max woke the next morning with one thing on his mind, to find the truth. After calming Michael down last night they decided that Max would go and talk to her, because she would most likely open up to him then anyone. So that's what he was doing this morning, going to see if he could talk to her and get some much needed answers. Not really for himself, because for some reason he believed her, something deep in him knows she's one of them, that she's not here to harm them, but the others have there dough, so that is why he's going to see if he can help them see what he already sees.
“I just hope she talks to me” he said to himself
Maria woke up the next morning still tired. She was up all night thinking about the others. She finally finds out that there's others out there. Well, she knew there were others, she just never really thought that she would met them. When she first found out, she was a little scared, but once it sunk in that she wasn't alone anymore, she was happy. So happy that she could finally have friends now, but she guess that wont be happening. She couldn't understand why they didn't like her. Well, that's not really true, they just don't trust her. She talked to her mother about it and after her telling her that she had to give them time that they would come around. That I had to understand that I'm new to their lives and I have to earn their trust just like they had to earn mind. And now that she thinks about it, it makes sense to her. Getting up out of bed Maria walks to her bathroom and looks in the mirror.
“Man can my day get any worst” she thinks to herself
Max pulls the jeep up to the Deluca/Harris home and gets out. Walking to the door and knocking he tries to think up a reason why he's here. He turns when he hears the door opening
“Um Hi is Maria here” asked Max to the woman in the door
“And who may I ask is calling” she said motioning from him to come in and closing the door behind him
“Um Max, I'm a friend from school” he said standing a little uncomfortable in the hall way
“Make yourself at home Max, I'll be right back” she said motioning from him to go into the den and have a sit
“Thank you” he said walking to sit in a chair
Looking around the room Max was at awe. The room was huge. It had two large arm chairs that sat facing the fireplace with matching end tables on each side of the chairs. A large white and brown rug was in front of the chairs. Behind him was a bookshelf that took up the hole wall. On the other side was a glass door that looks like it would lead out in the yard. And in the far corner was a brown suede couch. Max was startled when someone walked into the room.
“Oh I'm sorry I didn't know anyone was in here” she said
“Its OK” Max said looking at the woman before him now recognizing her as Ms Deluca
“Oh My God, Zan” she said

Maria was coming out of her bathroom brushing her hair when there was a knock at her door
"Come in" she said
"Good morning" Michelle said
"Morning" Maria said sitting on her bed putting her shoes on
"You have a visitor" she said coming to stand at her window
"Me" Maria asked
"Yes you" her aunt said with a little laugh
"Who is it" Maria asked standing in front of her mirror on her closet door
"A young gentlemen by the name of Max" she said
"Max" Maria repeats to herself
"He said he's a friend from school. He's the same gentlemen that came looking for you the other night" her aunt said
"Thank you, could you tell him I'm be down in a minute" said Maria
"Maria" her aunt called walking to her door to leave
"Yes" she said looking at her aunt
"Is every thing OK, you know" she asked
"I'm fine" Maria told her with a small smlie
"I'm here if you need me, you know that right" she asked
"Yeah I know" Maria said
"Just making sure" said Michelle leaving the room
Maria look at herself one last time in the mirror before gabbing her bag and heading down the stairs
Walking down Maria here voices coming from the den. Guessing that's where Max is she heads in to find her mother staring at Max with her hand to her mouth. Max turns to look at the new figure that was standing in the door way
"Max" Maria said coming into the room looking between the two
"How do you know that name, who are you, and what do you want" asked Max taking a step back from them his eyes moving between them
"What, what are you talking about, what's going on" asked Maria worried about her mother
"Answer the question, how do you know that name" Max asked looking at Ms Deluca
"How did you find us" Ms Deluca asked in a whisper
"Would someone please tell me what's going on here. What name, find who" Maria asked looking at them getting lightheaded from the emotion running off the two people in the room
Max and Ms Deluca look at each other not willing to move, not trusting the other. They pull there eyes away from each other when they here a noise like something falling to the floor. Turning to the noise
"MARIA" Amy screamed

Max heard Ms Deluca call Maria’s name and looked over to see her on the floor holding her head.
“Maria” he said running up to her
“I'm fine, I'm fine” she said looking at them still holding her head
“What happen” said Michelle coming into the room to see Amy and the gentlemen on the floor next to Maria
“I don't know, she just fainted I guess” said Amy helping Maria to stand up
“Maria what happen” asked Michelle walking up to her as Amy moved her to the couch to sit
“I don't know, I came in here and saw momma and Max talking but the emotions coming from them must have made me dizzy” she said looking back and forth between Max and her mom
“Want to tell me what had you so scared” Maria asked her Mom
“I’ll tell you later, you need to rest” Amy said getting up to leave
“No, Mom, tell me now. What had you so scared of Max, I felt it? And you, what had you so scared” said Maria

Liz pulled up in front of the Harris house with Isabel and Michael. Getting out of the car they walk up the driveway when they hear a car pull up. Getting out Alex and Kyle walk up to meet the others.

They all walk up the drive and to the front door. Taking a deep breath Alex knocks on the door

Opening the door she was greeted by five teens looking really nervous

Liz, Michael, Isabel, Alex and Kyle walked into the room to see Max leaning agents the wall and Maria sitting on the couch with her head in her hands. Max looks up when he hears someone come in the room

“What happen” she asked?
“Yeah, what's the problem” asked Kyle looking around the room
Michelle walks in the room with a tray of refreshments and sits it on the table between the chairs

There all look at her then back to Max. Max shook his head for them to do as she asked. Michael walk over to one of the chairs and sat down, while Kyle went and took the other one. Liz sat on the floor next to Michael's chair and Isabel sat on the other end on the couch with Alex on the floor next to her. Maria was still sitting on the couch with her head in her hands and Max was still leaning on the wall. Amy walked into the room and looked at them all. Putting her hand to her mouth when she look at Isabel and Michael. With silent tears running down her cheeks she took a deep breath and started the story
“Before I get started I would like to say thank you” she said then took another deep breath.

“We dated for about two months, every time I kissed him I could see the stars. One night he came to me and told me he had to leave, I told him I would love to go with him, but he said where he was going I couldn't come. I didn't understand then, I just thought he didn't love me, but he promised he would come back one day and that he would explain it all to me when he did. That was the longest two and a half months of my life. When he came to my window that night, it was like he was a different man, like he just found out his world was destroyed or something. Little did I know, it literally was. I was so happy to have him back that we made love that night. Afterward he told me the truth about what he was, who he was. Its not like I could really be mad cause I didn't tell him who I really was either. Lets just say I took the news better than he did” she said with a little laugh
“What was he” asked Isabel
“His race is called Omegas and they're from the planet Omega V-pax. One of the five planets in the Antarian solar system.” she said
“And what are you” asked Michael
“I'm the last of my kind, I'm what you might call a witch” she said

“So when we healed you and felt all that power...” asked Isabel looking from Michael to Max

Max could feel this anger building up in him but it wasn't coming from him. He looked around to see if it was one of the others. He looked at Michael first, but all he saw was more confusion than anger, so he looked at Isabel. She looked more hurt than angry, and then he looked at Maria to see her with her head in her hands rocking back and forth rubbing her temples. He had the sudden urge to go over there and hold her, make everything OK, but Amy's voice pulled him back to why they were here in the first place.
“The Omegas ruled half of the Antarian solar system and the Antarian ruled the other. When a threat of war was clamed on the Antarians they call on the Omegas for help. They won the war and to show appreciation for the help they made an alliance and merged the two families together. It was to be the first born that wedded. But the families both had sons. Zan and Rath. A few months later the King, Maria’s father was taking by the son of the General that they had the war with. I can't pronounce the name of their race but in English it means Man with no face.
“Man with no face” repeated Kyle
“Yeah because they can change to look like anyone or anything” Amy said
“Oh my God” Isabel putting her hand over her mouth looking from Michael to Max
“Nasedo” said Alex catching on to what Isabel was thinking
“What about him” asked Michael not catching on
“He's one of them” Max said
“What are you talking about he's here to protect us, he 'is are guardian” said Michael
“You know about your guardian” Amy asked
“Yes, he's the one that told us about are destiny” said Michael

“Brandon gave me these to give to Maria when she became of age” said Amy reaching into the box she had in front of her
She pulled out a little black box and handed it to Max. He took it and opened it. Inside was a gold necklace and on the end of it was a pendent. The pendent was black with a gold symbol like the ones on the cave
“I know this” he said looking closer at it
“It is the symbol for the royal queen” said Amy
Reaching into the box she pulls out three more black boxes and passes them out. One to Michael one to Isabel and one to Max. They open the boxes and inside are the same as the one that Max had, just that each symbol was a little different. Max's looked like the one he saw at first but in reverse; it had five stars in a V shape and a circle around it. Isabel's looked like two half moons on top of each other with a star in the middle with a circle around it, and Michael's had what looked like a heart with a half circle around it with five stars in the middle.
“What does the other symbol mean” asked Kyle looking at them?
“One mean King, One mean Queen, one is worrier, and one is Unity” Amy said
“Wait, how can he be there guardian if he was taking, where was he” asked Alex
“The General took Brandon and tortured him, he wanted him to surrender the kingdom but he wouldn't so he punished him to life in space. The Kings men came to rescue Brandon and bring him back. They just didn't know that he wasn't the real one. The fake King wanted the royal family to pay like he had so he was going to destroy them from the inside. When the word was out that King Jamel was ill and wanted to merge the families the first thing he did was get Queen Fa`tima pregnant, that way he would have someone in the royal court of his blood. But little did he know that King Jamel was going the same thing. Four cycles later (that's four months) Princess Ave was born to Queen Fa`tima and Princess Vilandra was born to Queen Medina. When Princess Ave was born something wasn’t right. Omega females don't receive their powers until they are a full cycle but she had powers the first day born. Queen Fa`tima noticed this and went to ask her husband what was wrong and walked in on him changing forms. Before she could know what hit her she was die. He covered it up as she couldn't handle having Ave and killed herself. But Queen Medina didn't by it she just didn't trust King Brandon. By the time Zan was fifteen King Jamel was very ill and King Brandon thought that this is what he needed. Once the other King was gone he would rule by himself until his daughter was old enough to rule. But King Jamel had ordered that Zan and Ave be married at once.
“So I really did marry Tess” said Max to himself
“What was that” asked Amy
“Why did they get married why couldn't the Queen rule until Zan was old enough too” Max asked
“Queen Medina didn't trust King Brandon and told her husband so. That's how he came up with you and Ave to get married, that way, you would be ruler and not him” said Amy
“If we had powers why didn't someone heal him” asked Isabel
“I don’t know, I guess it was his time” said Amy
“So did they get married” asked Kyle
“Yes, but right after the kingdom started to fall apart. Brandon had his men come in and cause havoc to make the Royal Court fall. He made it seem like the Royal Court couldn't rule, and started the take over. He was killing off Omegas and Antarian left and right and having his men pose as them. And when he had enough of his men he calmed war. But what he didn't know was that Queen Medina had a back up plan. She was going to send you guys away until you were old enough to fight but they found out that you couldn't withstand the trip because of the atmosphere or something, so they tried to come up with a way for you to live and survive the trip. One of the scientist I guess was working on a way to clone your race so that you will be about to travel in space and survive, but he never tried it. I don't understand what happen but, somehow they...”
“Took are essence and mixed it with human DNA and made us” said Max
“Yeah I guess, I still don't understand how they did it but, your kind is way more advanced than humans, well that's what Brandon says” said Amy
“So what else happen” asked Michelle wanting to know it all. Through the years she only knew what Amy told her about Brandon and Maria not being human saying that if she told her more it could put her life in danger
“What else do you know” Amy asked looking around at them all?
Max looked at Isabel then to Michael looking for they're OK to tell what they knew. After they both shook their heads yeah he told her what they knew

“Well I guess she was right after all” he said looking at them all

“There is no Antar, so there is no destiny” she said

Maria ran for hours not knowing where she was going just that she needed to get out of there. All of their emotion were to much for her, her head hurt and she couldn't think. All this time, hell, her hole life her mother knew about the others. Others like her and never told her. Half of her life she thought she was a freak, someone that will never fit in the world, and have no one to talk to. When she did go to her mother she would look at her like she was stupid to ask such a question when she knew the answer. So Maria never asked anymore. She didn't like the felling she got when her mother would look at her. When she over heard her parents fighting one night about her powers the next morning when she was eating breakfast the feelings that she was getting off her parents she didn't like or understand so she never used them around her parents. Every now and then her mother would ask did she know how to do certain things, she would lie to her mother every time and tell her she couldn't use her powers, that they wouldn't work. Her mother would look sad for a minute then be happy the next.
Maria was starting to get tired and cold. She started to walk back to town when it started to rain
“The perfect end to a perfect day” she said to herself
She was about a block from her house when she could fell someone behind her. Taking a quite look to see no one there. Turning back around she stopped in her tracks. In front of her was Tess.
“Tess” said Maria not knowing why she was just standing there looking at her
“Maria is it” Tess said taking a step toward Maria

“What do you want” not liking the vibes she was getting off her. It was like nothing there
“You can have all the little fun you want with them, but in the need I will have him and there will be nothing you could do about it” she said moving to stand in front on her

Stopping at a stop sign she closed her eyes and concentrated, opening them again she ran to the fourth house on the street. Walking up the driveway she paused not knowing, should she go to the door or see if there is another way in. Knowing that it was kind of late to be going to the door she walked around the side of the house to see two windows. One had a light on so she walk to that one hoping they wouldn't mind. Knocking on the window pain she waited to see who would answer.

Max was lying in the bed looking up at the ceiling when he hears a knock. Not wanting to be bothered he just lays there hoping they would go away. No such luck. The door to his room opens up to reveal Isabel
“Max” she says in a whisper

With a sigh he gets up and goes to her room. Opening the door
“What is it Izzy I’m...?” He was saying when he sees her standing there
“Maria” he said coming all the way into the room

“Are you sure your OK, I mean with every thing. I know it was a lot to find out” he asked not really making eye contact

Remembering his dream he moved to go check on her when he sees a shadow out the corner of his eyes. He stands really fast with his hand raised. But when he got a better look he put his hand down. In the shadow all he could see was the red of the PJ’S and the green glow of her eyes

Remembering his dream he moved to go check on her when he sees a shadow out the corner of his eyes. He stands really fast with his hand raised. But when he got a better look he put his hand down. In the shadow all he could see was the red of the PJ’S and the green glow of her eyes

She just stood there not moving. Max walks closer to her, not wanting to scare her.

He was rubbing her back and slightly rocking her back and forth to get her to relax

Isabel heard something in the hall and goes to see what it is
“What's wrong” she asked when she sees Max and Maria walking back to the room
“Its OK Izzy go back to bed” Max said

“Yeah I got it, good night” Max said walking into the room and closing the door behind him

They sat like that for about a half and hour until she calms down and stopped crying

At first he would just yell tell him he was worthless and no good, that no one would love him. Then came the beating. I think he was on drugs or drunk cause he would stumble and fall out afterward. Michael" she said not moving
She felt him all this time when Hank was doing that to him she felt it and there's nothing he can do about it. He hurt her its just like him he finally fines a family and he fines out he has been hurting her this hole time. He was brought out of his thoughts when the back door opened up
"Hey, we have a problem" said Liz walking in with Kyle behing her and looking at the four in the kitchen

Thinking about the last time they seen her
"The last I seen her was at Maria's" he said
"Why what happen" asked Isabel

"She hasn't been home in a few days I thought it was one of your guys thing but then when I talked to her the other day I asked her something and she didn't know what I was talking about" he said

"I just asked her what she thought about the hole thing you know with the new alien and all but that was two days ago but yesterday when Max told me and Tess to check the South side we got a couple of blocks and she told me to stop the car. I did and she got out and ran off. I try calling her back and I even looked for her but I haven't seen her and she didn't come home last night" he said
They all jumped when the crashing of a cup hit the floor. Looking to see what happen all eyes turned to one shaking Maria

LATER THAT NIGHT
The first thing Amy noticed was that she had a massive headache. Trying to open her eyes to see where she was she had to quickly close them from the blinding light that hit her. Lying there with her eyes squeezed shut she tried to well the pain away. When it didn't work she tried to opening her eyes again to see where she was. What she saw shocked her

IN THE KITCHEN
“We have to find her” said Michelle
“We will don't worry” said Isabel putting a hand over hers in reassurance
“I don't understand, why would he do something like this, he was to protect us” asked Max looking out the kitchen window
“I never liked him anyway, this just give me a reason to kick his ass” said Michael
“You are making me dizzy, are you OK” asked Alex to Maria watching her walk back and forth
“What, or yeah I'm fine” she said stopping for a minute then started pacing again
“OK we know who took her, what I want to know is how were going to get her back” asked Kyle from his spot at the table eating an apple
“How can you eat at a time like this” asked Alex?
“I'm hungry” he said with a shrug of his shoulders
The next thing they knew Maria was running out of the room
The five remaining people in the room looked at each other not knowing what to do. Before anyone had time to think she was back in the kitchen with a large map of Roswell and a large crystal hanging from a string.
"What is that" asked Kyle
Looking to her Aunt Maria said
“Aunty you can do a location spell and fine Mom” she said really excited
“Now why didn't I think of that” Michelle said getting up from her sit on the stool by the counter?
She walked over to the table where Maria set up the map and crystal. Taking it in her hand she chanted something in a language that none of them heard before, well except Maria that is and the crystal started to spin

The first thing Amy noticed was that she had a massive headache. Trying to open her eyes to see where she was she had to quickly close them from the blinding light that hit her. Lying there with her eyes squeezed shut she tried to well the pain away. When it didn't work she tried to opening her eyes again to see where she was. What she saw shocked her

“We have to find her” said Michelle

The next thing they knew Maria was running out of the room
The five remaining people in the room looked at each other not knowing what to do. Before anyone had time to think she was back in the kitchen with a large map of Roswell and a large crystal hanging from a string.

Looking to her Aunt Maria said
“Aunty you can do a location spell and fine Mom” she said really excited

She walked over to the table where Maria set up the map and crystal. Taking it in her hand she chanted something in a language that none of them heard before, well except Maria that is and the crystal started to spin

Just then the doorbell rang
going to answer it Michelle was startled when the sheriff came running in and closing the door behind him.
“Sheriff what's wrong” asked Alex
“I have been looking for you guys all over, shit” He said trying to get his breath

“They’ve taking over the White House, about and hour ago” Jim said

“It’s all over the News, I’ve been trying to get everyone indoors just incase something goes down but...” he said

“Yes” The man said turning to face the man in the Omega X-pax uniform on
“It’s being done, Alpha 1 is in position at the camp awaiting word from he majesty, Alpha 2 and 3 are in position at the White House” he said to he man
