Part 1

'knock,knock'

Maria sniffed as she wiped another tear from her cheek
the door flung open ,Michael figured it wouldn't be the FBI
(as if they'd be so polite to knock)he thought.

"What?" sounding extremely pissed off
not that Maria could blame him it was three am in the morning.

"Sorry" She barely whispered, staring at her feet which suddenly
had become extremely interesting.
"I just ...um...I just need somewhere to stay"

"come in" he said souding half worried half curious, opening the
door more so she could pass

"you can sleep on the couch i'll just go and get you a pillow and
dooner "
as he began to walked off to his room he turned back, looking at her

"Maria can I just ask one question?" maria nodded so he continued
"why me ,why not Liz or Alex?"

"because they'll analyze the situation and tell me how silly I'm
being and want me to go apologize to my mother and I just want to
sulk and pretend it never happened"

"fair enough" he turned and went to get maria's stuff from his room

chapter 2

michael walked back into the loungeroom with the blanket and pillow,
maria was on the lounge taking her boots off.He placed the stuff on
the end of the lounge.

"Maria"

"hmmm" maria said looking up from what she was doing

"if you decide you do want to talk, i'm here"
maria smiled

"that's very uncharacteristc of you michael but thanks it means alot"

..............................


michael walked into his room, switched off his and slid under the
covers of his bed.while a war went on in his head.
(maybe i should go out there and talk to her)(she said she did'nt
want to talk)(yeah but maybe she needs to)(she'll come to you when
she needs to talk)(but)(did she pester you to talk when Hank beat
the shit out of you)(no)(good,now go to sleep)

"great i'm losing my fuckin' mind" he mumbled as he rolled over and
went to sleep

...............................
1/2 hour later

"michael,michael"maria whispered as she knelt over him

"yeah"he said groggely slowly opening his eyes (my god your
beautiful)michael mentally kicked himself, he couldn't think like
that maria was vunerable(only sleazes hit on upset women)(and plus
brickwall) .

"you said that if i needed to talk ,you would listen(michael nodded
and sat up next to maria)well...mum and had this huge fight which
isn't like us we never used to fight it only started after she began
dating him"

"who?,Valnti" maria shook her head as tears flowed down her
cheeks,michael drapped his arm around her hugging her close to him

"no john somebody, sleaze probly she met him at one of her
coventions the fighting all started after i told mum what he did"she
looked at michael who had a look of confusionon his face "he...he
hit on me and when i said no he tried to force himself on mum but
came home in time and then he thankfully went of with her"

"what did he say you were doing when your mum saw him?"michaelwho
had become extremly angry

"that we were 'bonding'"maria said holding michael tighter as if she
was holding on for dear life.

"is that what the fight was over tonight?"

"i wish ,mum has decided that were going to live in in north dakota

"what!"(oh god you can't take her that far away from me)he held
maria tighter

"i'm not going though,how can i ...i mean leave my home and friends
to live with someone who's going to molest me

"don't worry i'm not going to let you go anywhere"michael reached
down and planted a soft yet passionate kiss on her lips,laying her
dowm on the bed next to him rubbing her back until they fell asleep

the next morning

ring,ring
ring,ring,
ring,ring

Michael opened his bedroom door ,walked to maria's jacket that layed
spawled across the back of his couch he pulled out her cell phone
and walked back into his room handing the phone to a half sleeping
maria.
"hello"
"no i wont apologize he tried it on and i'm not going with you"
mrs Deluca had began yelling so loud he could now here both sides of
the arguement.
"well then where are you going to live?"

"with me" michael whispered loud enough for maria to hear
she looked at him curiously and mouthed 'are you sure?',
michael smiled and nodded.

"i've got somewhere to live"

"well i'm going up there this week so you can get your stuff while
i'm gone because when i get back i'm going to start packing and
it'll be quicker if i dont have to pack your stuff too"

"fine"
beep,beep,beep,beep

"Michael are you sure about this?"

"very sure maria, when you said about north dekota i nearly died ,i
know i said that i could get intense because i might go home someday
but maria ...these last couple of weeks have been like hell and what
if where looking for something that does'nt exist anymore ,i mean
i'm still going to look for them but...."he pulled maria into his
lap framing her face with his hands ,pulling her closer until their
lips were millimeters apart
"i don't think i can do this without you"

maria sobbed in a last breath before michael swooped down on her
devouring her mouth completely.They broke apart panting from loss
of air.
"I LOVE YOU MARIA"
"I LOVE YOU TOO ,MICHAEL"

PART3
-SAME DAY/LUNCH TIME
-CRASHDOWN

michael and maria sat eating their lunch in the gang's favourite
booth.when max,isabel and alex came through the crashdown doors,
isabel and max slid into the seat opposite them ,while alex grabbed
a chair and sat in front of them.

"so what are you guys doing?" max asked curiously as maria and
michael were almost never together, let alone in public not even
when they were dating.

"playing golf ,maxwell" michael replied with a smirk.

"play nice spaceboy"maria whispered in his ear.michael jumped as
maria's index finger began drawing circles on his inner thigh
inching higher and higher

"no actually max,were eating lunch before michael helps me pack my
stuff so i can move"maria said

"wait, were are you moving to ?"said alex sounding worried, (oh god
as much as i hate to admite it ,it would kill michael if she moved
far away , it broke his heart when he had to brake up with her)
thought isabel and max.

"well my mum's moving to north dakota ,but i'm not going with her"
maria said

"she's moving in with me"michael said finishing off his cherry coke
and tobassco.

"look i know you are pretty upset with me but this what i want"
michael said replying to max and isabel's looks.

"we know"max said approvingly, while isabel leaned over the table
and hugged michael and maria

"thanks izzy"michael said and maria just smiled.

"congrats man"alex said

"have you told liz yet?"max asked

"yeah, she was happy that i'm staying in roswell"maria replied as
liz walked over in a tight purple tank top and low cut, hip hugging
jeans.maria wasn't surprised at what liz was wearing because liz had
told maria of her plan to get max to notice her , needless to say
it was working.

" hi guys...hi max"liz beamed(my plan is working),as she reached
over in front of max giving him a view down her top while grabbing
one of maria's saturn rings ,she could hear him clenching his jaw
and breathing heavily.(woooooooohoooooooo!!!)she thought.

"hey maria do you need any help packing?" liz asked

"yeh we could all help!"isabel joined in" max and i aren't doing
anything today, are we max?"

"no"max said looking up and coming eye level with liz's stomach that
was peeping out from her shirt and then quickly looking back down
again (oh god today is going to be torture)(but the good kind)max
thought as he smiled.

"well i'm in"alex added

"so, when are we going to do this?"asked isabel

"now" michael replied

PART 4 and 4B

-SAME DAY LATER ON
-MARIA'S HOUSE

"where are the guys?"asked isabel, curiously as she walked back into
maria's room holding a box of toileteries.

"down stairs resting their poor little bodies before we make them
carry the big bad boxes"replied maria

"good cause i need to talk to you two in private"isabel continued as
she closed maria's bedroom door

"what about?"liz asked worriedly, while preoccupyng herself by
packing maria's clothes into boxes

"oh don't play innocent with me, miss parker i saw your little
performance this morning" isabel said in a mock scolding voice and
waggling her index finger at liz as she burst into giggles followed
closly by maria and liz's own little giggle session.

"so you don't mind?"askd liz barely able to breath from laughing
so hard

"no and am more than willing to help!"isabel replied

"iz don't take this the wrong way but why?"maria asked curiously

"because.."isabel began with an exhausted sigh "i have someone i
want to get close to but i can't with max moping around pinning
after liz watching me like a hawk and plus i just would really like
to see my little brother sqworm"

"ok ..do you wanna hear the next step and maybe offer some advice
cause this isn't really my field of experties"asked liz

"from what i saw this morning your doing fine on your own but
okay ,shoot"said lsabel sitting down on maria's bed.

"well on the way over from the crashdown i happened to tell max my
alarm clock broke and since my parents are out of town i didn't know
how i was goin to manage to get up on time and max so kindly offered
to ring me as a wake-up call at seven and when i pick up the phone
i'm going to pretend to out of breath, when he asks whats wrong i'll
say i'm just out of breath because i had to run from the shower and
couldn't find my towel so i had to run to the phone without
it....well what do you think?"asked liz

"it's good but...then what"isabel continued as she was shot a
quizzical look from liz "well you see our parents will have left for
work so max will just take a liz shower"

PART4B

-SAME DAY LATER ON
-MARIA'S HOUSE

"im afraid to ask but huh?"maria asked

"a liz shower is the nickname for when max to take a really late or
really early shower and all you hear is ooh,ooh,liz liz oh my god
liz"isabel fell back on the bed laughing with maria while liz turned
a deep red and shyly smiled,while looking at her feet.

"you cant laugh Iz"said liz

"what,why?"asked isabel

"remember maria, when we stated at alex's house last summer"

"oh my god, i totally forgot"maria said trying to stifle her giggles.

"are you serious?"asked isabel with a huge grin planted on her face.

"very!"said maria who had lost her battles with the giggles and was
rolling around on the bed clutching her sides

"cant breath"

"although micheal is most interesting hear"maria sat up listening

"one morning during the heat wave i actuallly thought she was in
there with him"

"well you you wont have to think any more i will be in there giving
his right hand a rest" maria replied

"oh my god!" liz said as all the girls began laughing so hard that
isabell fell off the bed adding more fuel to the fire.

when the guys heard the noise (isabel falling off the bed)
they ran to maria's room

"are you guys ok?" Alex asked with a worried look on his face as he
walked through the door followed by max and micheal.the girls all
stopped laughing,looked at max,micheal and alex standing in the
doorway and started laughing again,liz laughed so hard her chaired
toppled over and she landed next to isabel on the floor,as isabel
reached out and whispered (liz shower)in her ear and made her laugh
harder.

"stop..please stop...can't...breath!"maria pleaded

"what the hell is soo funny?huh?" michael said getting kind of
grumpy cause he wasn't let in on the joke.

"i don't think i've ever seen isabel laugh so hard"max said staring
at liz and iz, amazed

"sorry can't tell, it's a secret!" liz said as she was recovering
from the giggles.

sorry this has taken me so long but i've been hella busy !

PART 4c &5

CONTINUED IMMEDIATLY AFTER 4B


"aww, spaceboy don't be upset i'll tell you later when were alone"
maria purred into michael's ear when she crossed her bedroom leaning
on michael's arm

"fine" michael said taking comfort in the fact he would be told
later and the fact maria's tiny hand's had snaked around his body
pulling him into her embrace while her mouth nibbled on his neck.

liz sat up putting her chair in place and sitting in it ,leaning
against the back of the chair and closed her eyes letting her mind
wonder(damn you maria your so lucky michael actually admitted his
feelings to you ,if only max would open up.oh well if my plan works
max will open up to me and then.....)a small moan escaped liz's
lips, which went unnoticed by the group except max who had been
admiring liz while she lay against the back of the chair (ohhh god i
wish i could just go home now and take a very short shower cuase god
knows thats all the time it would take me right now)

"hey guys i'm gonna have to go i just remembered i have an
assignment thats due on monday and i haven't even started it yet"
max told the group(it's not a lie i do have that one assignment due"

"well why don't you take liz she a brainiac and can help you finish
it early so you can come back and help"isabel piped up

"i'd be happy to help" said liz as she cottoned on to what isabel
was implying"but is it cool if we stop off at my house so i can grab
some clean clothes i hate working in dirty clothes"

"why don't you just borrow some of mine that way you save some time"
said isabel(and liz will have to have a shower at our place)

"fine with me , come on max "liz said as got up from her chair and
heading for the door.

"ohh god!"max murmered under his breath and followed liz.

max unlocked the the front door and walked straight into the
loungeroom ,stopping in the of the room and turned to look at liz
for the first time since they got in the car.

"Um...so i'll go get you a towel and show you the bathroom"

(i really wish you were USING the bathroom not just showing it to me)
liz thought ,(oh i could just die and go to heaven , liz is
showering in my house)max thought at the same time.

"ok cool"liz said following max up the stairs

"so i figured we could do it in my room "max said (get your mind out
of the gutter)

"sure"said liz licking her lips
.......................
"this is the bathroom" max said as he opened the door and handed liz
a white towel with his name painted in the blue on the bottom corner
(his towel).

"thanks max"liz said stepping into the bathroom, closing the door
behind her and began to get undressed ,she reached for the shower
and tried to turn it on but no water came out .
"oh brilliant"she mutterd to herself, wrapping max's towel around
her body and walking into max's bedroom standing behind him as he
was sitting at his computer desk and got shock when liz spoke and
spun around on his chair

"sorry didn't mean to startle you , max ..it's just the shower isn't
working"

"uh..it uh..must be stuffed again ..um..you can use mine"max
stammered out pointing at the door next his closet but never taking
his eyes off liz's legs.

"thanks max"said liz walking towards the door.

"i think i need something cold to drink"said max but sat back down
when he heard the shower start and liz start to sing ,he didn't know
the song but was turning him on extremly.(so need to find the name
of that song and buy that album)
