Hmmmmmmmmmmm, which time? He tells her he loves her ALL the time (as it should be) but if its either pre-crazy-murdering-ho, or destiny in the van, then i say Max telling Liz he loved her.

I would say when Max saw Liz "sleep" with Kyle. Because in a way it felt like the end.

Hey, lol, i realize I may be posting a little too much, but this was a great question, and i had to share my opinion. Ok i think when they were being chased in destiny because they weren't doing anything illegal. As much as i love our star couple, they commited armed robbery in busted. but in destiny they didn't so anything wrong, and plus they held on to each other's hands, and wouldn't leave each other, which i loved.

The one from destiny was better. They were both heart renchingly sad, but tess wasn't pregnant in destiny. I hate that moment tho, i won't watch it, because it always makes me really upset (with the way he says, "You mean everything to me" and she just leaves
