i've seen the unaired pilot and there were only a couple deleted scenes but it was all minor stuff so where on that episode do max and liz run from someone or something in the middle of the day.
EX: banner for Deliver Me by hopeless romantic.
Or is it just some sort of manip??

This is a wild guess, but it could be from WB promos. I remember JK (boo, hiss) saying on the commentary for 'destiny' that they had shot some promos early on with Max and Liz running through the desert, with some kind of cars chasing them or something like that... nobody was exactly sure how it would fit into the plotline, if it would, but he had a vague notion that eventually they would be in that sort of situation.
But I can't tell you where to find video of those promos, if that's what it is. This is pretty much all I know about it.
There is no video, they were just some promo pics that were taken at the very beginning of the show.

Yeah, Michelle, as per 'Heatwave':
Heatwave wrote:AMY: The truth is...I think I was just a bit upset when that Topolsky person called me. Maria and I aren't as close as we used to be.
SHERIFF: I'm never sure what's going on with Kyle these days. I mean, there was a time before Michelle and I broke up...
AMY: I know, I know. Maria used to tell me every single detail of her life. We'd have these long, intense conversations and...you know, and now she's just so guarded, I...take the whole Alex situation...

Hope this isn't looked at as a dumb question
Not completely a dumb question.
I don't think Jason had much input on the scripts though. Ronald Moore is credited as the writer for 'max in the city' and Toni Graphia for 'meet the dupes' which also referred to the planets, and even had Rath talking about "the ruling families of the five planets." So it'd be more likely to be a deliberate reference if either of those people loved the movie 'The Godfather.'

I was wondering it seems like a weird question alright, i was rading through this thread and i came upon something about the races that might be on Antar. Okay i have a feeling that there are atleast 2 and one altered race(the shapeshifters) or whatever. Alright here is the question there was an episode in season that a pentagon was brought that sent Michael flying. What is that thing?, i thought it took away powers and someone mentioned this already on the thread, was the reason why Michael was sent flying was because he was another race like the enemy or something? I wouldn't be surprised. Also lets just say, thank god those people on antar decided to mix the 4 w/ human essences because if they look like Cal did in the episode that max was acting like an ass trying to get his devil spawn i dont think that Liz would be so impressed neither would Maria. I could see them running for the hills.
1. IIRC, there were three races: Antarians, shapeshifters, and the Skins.
2. The pentagon device was some sort of weapon that releases a shcckwave with two effects: Disabling Antarian powers, and a physical shockwave that only affects those with Antarian DNA.
3. Cal was a shapeshifter, sent to protect the Royal Four. The reason they mixed human DNA with Antarian was to essentially recreate the four, and that they would become more like their past selves as they matured physically and perhaps emotionally. (Off-topic, but could Max's battle with his alien side somehow be connected with his problems with Liz? Hell of a thin limb to be on.) The shapeshifters can look however they want, but the Antarians obviously chose top-notch human DNA. Besides, how many teen series have physically repulsive main characters? Good looks are simply not an option in television.
On another note, the Antarians could shapeshift in the Roswell High series, but it drained nearly all their energy to do so. Chris can probably help you better.
